It is a mistake to think that Pimples, acne or dandruff are skin problems of face or head. These are just symptoms of a body laden with toxins. Therefore no local treatment like applying creams, lotions or face washes can do anything good. Even if by some medicine these are suppressed the body toxins will come out in some other form which will surely be more complicated than the present ones. From the above it is clear that when toxins are removed all such problems will go away. Only Naturopathy can remove the toxins from the body.

Hello, don't use any creams or soaps. Instead try the following home remedies: TEA TREE OIL: Use tea tree oil facewash twice a day followed by tea tree toner and an oil free moisturizer. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: Mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water and use the mixture as a toner. Apply on your face with a cotton swab. ALOE VERA: Aloe Vera has burn-relieving properties and can promote healing, fight infection, and even reduce scarring. Scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your face. HONEY AND CINNAMON: Add half teaspoon of cinnamon powder with 1 tablespoon of honey and apply on face. Leave it for an hour, or if possible leave it overnight. Then wash off. CHAMOMILE STEAM: Make 2 cups of chamomile tea and add fresh rose petals to it. Then take this soothing steam while it is still hot. (Put a bath towel over your head to prevent the steam from escaping) ORANGE & HONEY MASK: This mask provides a high bleaching effect. To prepare it, grate the zest of one orange and mix it with one tablespoon honey. Apply this paste on your clean skin. This mask not only whitens your skin, but it cleans the outer layer from dead skin cells. DIET: Diet is the most important factor in dealing with any skin problem. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables especially citrus fruits. Drink a lot of water (5-6 litres) throughout the day. and 2-3 cups of green tea.

Dear lybrate user, hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) effects of radio therapy or chemotherapy. 4) nutritional deficiencies. 5) autoimmune diseases. Modes of treatment for hairfall/alopecia includes surgical modes, oral medicine & local external application. The minimum duration of the course of oral medicines & external application is 6 months. You need the following medications:- 1) take 5 drops of thuja 1000, once in a week. 2) take 5 drops of homoeopathic acid flour 200 every morning before brushing your teeth. 3) take 4 tablets from biochemic kali sulph 6x tablets, thrice daily. Just chew the tablets as those tablets are sweet in taste. 4) take homoeopathic mother tincture jaborandi q, 30 drops, twice daily, after meals, in a cup of water.

Definitely your hair can regrow but you need to know the cause for hair fall. And treat if there is any nutritional or genetic or external factors. Oils only help in conditioning not for growth.

I am 18 years old and I have tan on my neck and hands how to remove it, give me some home remedies or medicine.

I am 18 years old and I have tan on my neck and hands how to remove it, give me some home remedies or medicine.
Before starting any nourishment treatment, there is a need of removing the dead cells those have formed already due to improper maintenance. If you wouldn’t have taken care of your neck that much, it would have filled with more and more of waste accumulated dead cells by now. Let us scrub away them with a magical kitchen ingredient called ‘oats’. You have to simply grind oats coarsely and add a dash of tomato puree to it. Make sure not to grind oats as powder fine powder as it might loose the exfoliating properties. Apply this mixture evenly on to your neck skin and leave it for about 20 minutes. After that, wet your finger tips and start scrubbing your neck gently; wash away with cold water and moisturizer. This process can be followed twice or thrice a week to achieve faster results in removing dead skin cells and dark patches from the neck. • Take a resolution to wash your neck every time you wash your face. • Never hide the facial moisturizer from your neck skin. • Heat almond oil and massage your neck once in a month for better blood circulation and glow. • Doesn’t your neck mind the harmful UV rays? Your neck skin needs sunscreen too, so never say no to sunscreen lotion and make your neck suffer. • Last but not the least; do not wear allergic metal ornaments or other street bought chains on your neck as they cause neck darkening.

Shampoo In order to have healthy volume of hair on your head, the rate of hair loss and replacement should be in tandem. With age, your hair growth cycle shows signs of slowing down and factors like age, disease, and hormonal changes among others affect the pace at which an individual hair follicle moves through the 3 phases of the hair cycle. A disruption in your hair cycle can give rise to loss of hair that’s rapid and unexpected. Hair loss or alopecia can affect both men and women. So what can cause your hair to fall at an alarming rate? The reasons behind hair loss could be many, but here are 6 major ones: 1. Lack of protein in your diet When you exclude protein from your diet, your body starts to conserve the protein that it has by altering the growth cycle of your hair. In such cases, your hair enters into the resting stage, resulting in zero hair growth. In India, 9 out of 10 people are said to suffer from low amounts of protein in their diet, with 91% vegetarians reporting protein deficiency. 2. Iron deficiency Iron plays a very important role in the transportation of oxygen to the different organs of the body. Lack of iron in your diet (which is the principle reason behind anaemia) can give rise to several health problems including hair loss. Your body attempts to direct oxygen to important organs so as to support their functioning. As a result, your scalp witnesses a low supply of oxygen, which causes hair loss. 3. Vitamin D-3 deficiency Deficiency of vitamin D-3 gives rise to a type of hair loss called Telogen Effluvium (TE). This is a temporary hair thinning phenomenon that takes place when the all the hair on your scalp enter the resting phase at the same time, subsequently causing you to shed a large amount of hair later on. 4. Smoking Smoking can also affect the health of your hair, especially the rate at which it falls and the number of strands lost in a day. A research carried out by the Harvard School of Public Health has revealed that smoking can cause a rise in a hormone called dihydrotestosterone (DHT). An increase in DHT level prevents new hair cells from growing and causes hair follicles to reduce in size with each hair cycle. As a result, the area on your scalp that gets affected by DHT experiences a lack of hair growth. 5. Use of testosterone supplements in gym Intake of testosterone in the form of supplements and injections to build muscle mass can trigger hair loss in men. This takes place when the testosterone in these supplements gets changed into DHT, thereby affecting your hair loss rate and amount. 6. Past illnesses (dengue, TB and typhoid) Falling of hair can also be brought on by illnesses such as typhoid, TB and dengue as the hair growth cycle comes to a stop. Hormonal or metabolic stress that is experienced during the course of such diseases may cause hairfall. What are the treatments available to cure hair loss? 1. Hair transplant Hair transplant is a minimally invasive surgical technique that transfers hair follicles taken from other parts of your body to the balding area. Known by the name of Follicular Unit Transplantation, this hair loss treatment can help to bring back the natural appearance of a fuller head of hair. Hair follicles are harvested using two procedures- follicular unit extraction and strip harvesting. Procedure can vary from 4-8 hours or more depending on the case. 2. Platelet- Rich Plasma (PRP) Platelet- Rich Plasma (PRP) is another treatment alternative that can reverse hair loss. It’s a simple non-surgical procedure that lasts about 60-90 minutes. In this form of hair treatment, the patient’s own blood cells, more specifically blood platelets are injected into the scalp. Usually 8 sittings are required with each sitting being 2 weeks apart for better results. 3. Low Level Laser (Light) Therapy (LLLT) This form of hair therapy utilises light energy of a specific wavelength and threshold to stimulate cellular activity, thereby promoting hair growth. Various controlled clinical tests have revealed its effectiveness in encouraging hair growth in both the genders.

I have hair fall problem. I am trying many things; but not improved. Give me the solution?
It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. The common reasons behind hair fall are lack of essential nutrients in the body, improper and unhealthy dietary habits, hormonal imbalance, certain medications, dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, stress and tension etc. Natural oils such as coconut, olive, jojoba, almond etc. Can be used to massage the scalp for countering hair fall. Gently massage the scalp prior to head bath twice a week. Also check hemoglobin for anaemia and thyroid status with serum tsh. Have more proteins and trace minerals like copper, zinc, selenium in diet. Start taking a hair nutrition supplement. Keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. Get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated.

Water therapy? what's that please doctor help me. Is it beneficial for skin problems.

Water therapy? what's that please doctor help me. Is it beneficial for skin problems.
Hello. Water Therapy is the consumption of a gutful of water upon waking in order to "cleanse the bowel". A litre to a litre-and-a-half is the common amount ingested, also known as Indian, Chinese, or Japanese Water Therapy, is claimed to have a wide range of health benefits, or at least no adverse effects. Advocates of water therapy claim that application of water therapy at first will cause multiple bowel movements until the body adjusts to the increased amount of fluid. Do not eat or drink anything else for 1 hour prior to and after drinking the water. Do not consume any alcoholic beverages the night before. When starting out, you may want to make it easier by modifying the protocol slightly, as follows: Drink 4 glasses, then pause for 2 minutes, then drink the last 2 glasses. While ingesting about a litre-and-a-half of water is generally considered harmless, excessive consumption of water can lead to water intoxication, an urgent and dangerous medical condition. Yes, it's not only beneficial for skin, digestive system, kidney, etc. Thanks.

On my face there is a dark circle.
And still it is not removing from a long time. Please give me the remedy for this.
Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above.

I have much hair fall since last 2 years, I tried different types of oils but still no use. Can you pls tell me what ...
Dear Ms. lybrate-user,the first thing I would suggest for you is to stop using a hair oil for controlling your hair loss, WHY?BECAUSE IT will not WORK. Oils were used in the olden days to moisturise the hair and to ease combing. Regarding your hair loss, consult a dermatologist who will prescribe the necessary investigations. In addition to that he/she will also do a trichoscope examination of your hair to find out the type of hair loss you are suffering from. Based on their findings along with the investigations treatment can be initiated with oral supplements, daily use lotions, mild shampoos and if required mesotherapy or PRP therapy. Do increase your daily intake of protein as well. I hope this answers your query!
