Hi doctors my whole body feel light. Mostly my head. And pounding heart. All my test is good. My throat pain as well. What's the cause?

Hi doctors my whole body feel light. Mostly my head. And pounding heart. All my test is good. My throat pain as well....
You have GERD, which is the root cause of every problem. Eat a regular diet but no medicines. No heavy foods which are likely to come out of valve separating stomach from upper food pipe. No oils or heavy spices. Reduce weight by eating healthy semisolid nourishment and light exercise. Pounding heart is due to extra load on it due to extra body weight. No medicines and no tests needed now. Do get back here later after a month of diet and exercise.

I am suffering with snoring. One day when I woke up from sleep at night one o clock in the train while travelling, the passengers are looking at me with lot of impatience. The reason is lot of noise from snoring. I could not recognize because I am in sound sleep. People around me are suffering. Kindly suggest how to get rid of this problem.

BAMS
Ayurveda, Bangalore
Hi, Please follow these tips to stop snoring: - Reduce your weight if you are obese. - Perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - Quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - Quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - Sleep on sides instead on back. - Elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - Clear the nose before going to bed. - Establish regular sleep pattern. - Keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - Perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - Anti snoring appliances can also be used.

I have earache. My ear is paining a lot. What should I do. Tell me some ear drop.
Earache can not be relieved by any random drops. There can be many reasons for earache. You have to get an ENT surgeon's opinion for cause of it and take treatment accordingly. By the time you visit ENT surgeon you may take mild painkiller which suits you.

Ulcers in mouth: It is also known as apthus ulcers. They are very painful and restrict chewing and swallowing due to pain. Mainly it is due to Dyspepsia, consumption of heavy Antibiotics which kills normal Bacterial flora which makes vit B complex for our body. It is also due to mental tension. I have seen so many exam going students having ulcers in mouth and when exam is over it is cured . It is different from cancer ulcer as cancer ulcer is not painful and it doesn’t heal. High dose of Vit B , pain killing oral paste, Tratment of constipation, Stopage of Heavy antibiotics added to it , etc as per requirement helps the pt.

The drop in platelet count can be tackled with many natural foods. Papaya leaves have been proven highly beneficial in treating Dengue and increasing platelet count. The best way is to crush three fresh leaves without adding any fibrous parts of it to make a glass of juice and consume it as two tablespoons every six hours in a day. Berries such as strawberries, blueberries etc. Are found to be rich in anti-oxidants and consuming them in good quantities may help in increasing platelet count. Omega-3 fatty acid boosts the immune system and can naturally increase your platelet level count. Hence consuming them can help cope with the low platelet levels.
