Hello, you should do these following exercises to strength the ocular muscles:- Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing rather reducing the power of your eyes. Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. Get your vision tested and wear glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try contact lens or lasik laser. As your age is now 30 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy.

Homoeopathic medicine-------------- sepia 30 (dr reckeweg) drink 1 drop direct on tongue daily night for 3 month--------------- natural treatment to eliminatemoles----------- castor oil helps remove warts and moles. Being a discutient, it helps dissolve and eliminate unusual growths. This method is not likely to leave scars. However, it tends to take a lot of time as it gets rid of moles one layer at a time. 1. Mix a pinch of baking soda and a few drops of castor oil. You can also mix in ground aspirin. 2. Gently rub the mixture on your mole. 3. Leave it on for a few hours until it dries naturally. 4. Do this twice daily for about one month. If you do not have baking soda, you can use castor oil alone.

!. Wash your eyes frequently and put ciplox eye drop one drop 3 times daily 2. Take one tablet of paracetamol 500mg sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily 3.Take one tablet of cetrizine at bed time 4. consult doctor if no relief

Prolonged working on laptop/tv/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include a. Headaches b blurred vision c. Neck pain d redness in the eyes e. Eye strain f dry eyes sometimes watery eyes these symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions. Measures to reduce this include 1. Work under proper light. 2. Blink a lot. 3. Cold compresses 4. Use good lubricating eyedrop.

this is wrong statement that putting pressure during defecation is cause of retinal bleeding, retinal bleeding is due to some other reasons what ever find out after complete history and after careful examination. But your concern is constipation take some laxative in ayurveda like triphala, Panchsakar choorna, avipattikar choorna or abhyarista at bed time, you should also use ghee in your diet regularly at night meal if not clear plan for panchkarma treatment (ayurvedic procedure for purification of body eg gut also) for check retinal bleeding you should use of herbs know as adhatoda vasaka as decoction if you want to more about any things please consult online to me

Get your refraction done and wear spectacles for change in power. eat green veggies. Carrots. Strain less your eyes. Relax your eyes in between work. Blink regularily if working for long time on computer. Lower the brightness of your screen. Work under adequately illuminated conditions. If needed wear corrective spectacles.

Fatty liver is due to excessive fats deposition in liver cells. You should reduce weight by exercise and dieting. Medicines are not of much help. Get your lft done from any pathology lab. Contact gastroenterologist.

Eat Healthy To See Bright And LONG

1. Corn

Lutein and zeaxanthin are the Prdominant  Carotenoids in corn, Accounting for approximately  70% of aain the human retina , the light –Senstive inner Surface of the  eye, Where they protect against oxidative damage caused by blue light. High levels of these carotenoids  in the blood are strongly linked with reduced risk of both macular  degeneration  and cataracts.

2. Kiwi fruit

Macular degeneration is the leading cause of vision loss in older adults. 3  or more serving of kiwi fruit per day  is proved to decrease macular degeneration by 36  percent. This is thought to be associated with the kiwi’s high levels of lutien and zeaxanthin-both of Which are  natural chemical found in the human eye.

3. Grapes

Resveratol present in grapes can protect against diabetic  neuropathy  and retinopathy , conditions caused by poorly controlled diabetes  where vision is severely affected . it reduces  the effects of natural changes and damage associated with diabetic neuropathy .

4. Spinach

Spinach is a rich source of riboflavin and thiamine as well as pigments like lutein , beta carotene, chlorophyllin and xanthenes. Spinach is thus very good for the maintenance of healthy eyes, cardiovasculat system , and nervous system.Beta carotene and lutein in spinach help maintain healthy eyes and prevent  the occurrence of eye disorders like itchy eyes ,dry eyes ulcers. Lutein  is also a  powerful antioxidant that help prevent cataract . Lutein and Xanthene  also help prevent macular degeneration caused by ageing .

5. Orange

Orange contains vitamins A and other anti-oxidents such as alpha carotene, bata –carotene , beta-  cryptoxathin , Zea –Xanthin, fibre, phyto- nutrients and lutein ,.  All these Phyto- chemical  are good for eye and eye vision.

6. Green peas

Fresh green peas carry  adequate amounts of anti- oxidents flavonoids such as carotenes, lutein and Zea – xanthin as well as vitamins –A

7. Papaya

Papaya is good for your eyes due to the presence of antioxidents like vitamins  A,C, and E. it also contains carotenoids, lutein and Zeaxanthin that provide  protection against high energy blue light that can damage the retina of your eyes. They also protect against developing cataract , glaucoma  and other chronic eye diseases .

8. Tomatoes

Tomatoes are a rich source of lycopene , lutein and beta – carotene , powerful antioxidents that have been  shown to protect the eyes against light- induced damage associate with the development of cataracts and age – related macular degeneration ( AMD). The Age Related Eye Disease  Study (AREDS) recently  found that people with high dietary intake of lutein and Zeaxanthin ( both carotenoids found in tomatoes ) had a 35 percent reduction in the risk of neovascular AMD.

9. Carrots

Carrots are rich in beta- carotene , Which is converted into  vitamin A in liver. Vitamin A is transformed is the retina, to rhodopsin , a Purple pigment necessary for  night vision. Beta-  carotene has also been shown to protect against macular degeneration and senile cataracts.

10. Amla

Amla helps to    improve and preserve the eyesight . It is rich in Vitamin C, thus helps you attain a better vision . This Vitamin rich berry also strenghthen  the  eye muscles . Another major benefit of amla is that it prevents cataract . Amla Powefully  inhibits the free radicls, Which are one of the sources of cataract .

11. Beans

Carotenoids that are found in green beans  can also prevent muscular degeneration ,Which is a decrease in vision and eye function . Lutein  and Zeaxanthin are focused at the macula on the eye , and play a key role in preventing any stress to the inner workings of the eye . Ensuring that these carotenoid levels  stay  strong to prevent vision deterioration is one of the many benefits of including green beans in balanced diet.

You have not written present status of eyes, you should take balanced diet , lots of green vegetables & seasonal fruits but always keep in mind that healthy eyes is only possible in healthy body for which you may join Yoga classes , exercise ,swimming &take the help of pranayam.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.
