Ejaculation time is dependent on your excitability and if you get extreme excitation, you ejaculate fast. So it is better to get" taught" about how to delay ejaculation by doing an exercise at masturbation. Every man know that during ejaculation there is a point when the ejaculation can not be stopped even if sex or masturbation is stopped. This is the point of ejaculatory inevitability. At masturbation, go to this point of ejaculatory inevitability, and just before that press the penis head at the neck, using two fingers. This pressure must be for 1 minute and also firm enough to cause some mild pain. If successful, the pressure when released will show that ejaculation has been stopped. Repeat this till you can maintain ejaculation for a good 15 -30 minutes, be repeating the process. If you can master this, it will improve your ejaculation time at masturbation and at sex.

You can help yourself with practice of pranayam and meditation. Morning walks and taking light food esp at night will help. Clean the gut every week with mild purgative. Later withania somnifera preparations may be used if needed, as per directions.

Sexually Transmitted Diseases- Symptoms and Treatment

Sexually transmitted diseases can often be shortened to STDs. STDs often do not show any symptoms. It is possible that you may have had a disease such as chlamydia and not even known you had it. However, it is crucial that you get yourself tested as soon as possible so that the sexually transmitted disease can be treated in the best way possible. Since there are many sexually transmitted diseases and they all have different symptoms and treatment, here are the symptoms and treatment for the most common ones:

  • HPV: HPV stands for Human papillomavirus and it may display no symptoms, whatsoever that you have the disease. However, when you do get symptoms, you will get symptoms such as genital warts, infection of the throat and mouth as well as cervical cancer, penile cancer and various other cancers. The treatment for HPV is to take a vaccine; as if you have not been vaccinated, it is hard to cure.
  • Chlamydia: Chlamydia is a common sexually transmitted disease, however only 25% of women and about 50% of men show any symptoms of it. However, the most common symptoms when they do appear is a discharge from the vagina or penis which is not regular and it may even cause a painful or burning sensation. Since this is a bacterial disease, it can pretty easily be treated with antibiotics.
  • Gonorrhea: Gonorrhea is yet another common sexually transmitted disease. It usually occurs along with chlamydia. The symptoms and treatment for gonorrhea are also extremely similar to chlamydia.
  • Syphilis: Syphilis is another common sexually transmitted disease. However, it is a little hard to treat because the symptoms appear in stages. In the first stage, there is only one main bump on the body. This bump may look like a cut, a sore or even an ingrown hair.  In the second stage, this bump becomes a rash, which goes all over your body and it may develop sores in your mouth, vagina or anus. Symptoms usually completely disappear in the third stage. However, if there is a fourth stage, the brain or organ damage may occur. Antibiotics are used to treat syphilis as well.

Junk food/fatty foods are digested slowly, meaning they spend more time getting digested in your stomach -- leading to more acidity. Avoid junk food. Even if you do then add loads of vegetables to smaller portion of food to make it more nutritive and less fatty. Hope this answer helps you.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Hi lybrate-user. The average indian penis size when erect is 4.5 inches. Though its very difficult to increase the length of penis by medicines alone apart from plastic surgery, some modern medicines r been found to be specially effective in increasing it upto 2 inches. Dear, there is no treatment in any kind of medical system to increase penis size. Only 2-3 inches of penis length is sufficient to satisfy your spouse / partner. Sexual performance is based not on size but on foreplay, knowing your partner needs, making your partner feel desirable and maintaining interest in sexual activity.
