Hello, you should go for natural and herbal sources to make your complexion fairer. But firstly start taking a full nutritious diet. A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health. And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is berberis aquafolium mother tincture. Take 5 drops of it mix with water, twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day. 3. Wash your face with besan and curd, mix a pinch of turmeric also. 5. Apply rose water to your face at night. 6. Apply cucumber juice+ lemon juice+ tomato juice on your face. 7. Apply multani mitti pack on the face, wash it off after it dries.

Acne occurs mainly due to the action of hormones on the oil glands in the skin. The draining ducts of the oil glands get blocked and hence they are not able to drain the oil secretion. The oil and cells inside the blocked gland form a perfect environment for the growth of propionibacterium acnes (the organism responsible for acne). Thus, it results in the formation of pimples or acne. Drink water 10 glass / day wash your face 3 times / day avoid oily food eat one orange daily do not squeeze pimples, because that often leads to infections, worse acne and scars. Wash your hair often if your hair is oily. Try to keep your hair off of your face. Avoid hair care products such as gels, mousses, cream rinses, and pomades that contain a lot of oil. Use berberis aquifolium gel 2 times/ day for 8 days. Avoid touching your face. Protect your skin from too much sun exposure. Follow up after 8 days.

Can we do greying scalp and beard hair into black/naturally stage through medication?
Graying of hair is a natural process as you grow older. It is not a medical condition so there is no need for any medication. However, having a healthy diet full of vitamins, minerals and protein keeps hair strong and healthy and can delay the graying process.

Scalp getting oily and hair is getting thinner, is the indication of the problem androgenetic alopecia. There are various kinds of baldness. Reversible and irreversible. Reversible means hair roots are alive and regrowth is possible. Irreversible means hair roots are dead and regrowth is not possible. It is very important to understand the status of hair follicle and density of the hair on front and top area of the scalp. Eat food which is good for hair like sprouts, beans, nuts, green leafy vegetables. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3 /week consult trichologist.

Hair Fall - 12 Things Behind It!

Hair Fall - 12 Things Behind It!

A head full of shiny and healthy hair remains a dream for most of us. Hair loss is one of the problems caused not only by cosmetic impact but also by major psychological effects like low self-esteem, reduced confidence, and other personality issues. Ways to restore hair are always in demand; however, what is more important is to reduce hair fall. Read on to know some of the common ways of preventing hair fall.

  1. Environmental factors
  2. Emotional stress
  3. Ageing
  4. Genetics
  5. Nutritional deficiency
  6. Excessive smoking
  7. Hormonal imbalances like thyroid
  8. Anemia
  9. Unhealthy hair products
  10. Infections of the scalp
  11. Chronic medical conditions like diabetes
  12. Chemotherapy

This list can go on and on, however, when seeking treatment for hair loss, the doctor will be able to identify the underlying cause and suggest an appropriate treatment.

  1. Hair oil massage: Coconut oil, almond oil, castor oil, gooseberry oil, and olive oil can all be used to provide nourishment to the hair. These restore moisture and nourish the scalp and help in restoring hair growth. For best results, use warm oil and apply slight pressure on the scalp. Repeating this process weekly will ensure best results.
  2. Gooseberry: Vitamin C deficiency is one of the main causes of hair fall, and gooseberry is rich in vitamin C. Not just that, it also has high anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial and exfoliating properties, which promotes hair growth and a healthy scalp. Amla powder or paste is available easily and can be mixed with water or lemon juice and left on the scalp for about an hour before washing it off.
  3. Fenugreek: This is rich in ingredients and is highly useful in preventing hair loss. Fenugreek seeds contain hormone antecedents that enhance hair growth and help in rebuilding hair follicles. The seeds can be soaked in water overnight and ground to a smooth paste which can be applied for about an hour and then washed off.
  4. Aloe vera: The alkaline property of aloe vera reduces the scalp pH, which promotes hair growth. It also has enzymes essential for promoting hair growth, reducing scalp inflammation, improving luster, and relieving scalp itching. A spoonful of aloe vera juice in the morning has multiple benefits on the body.
  5. Eggs: Eggs are rich in proteins and minerals and are one of the best conditioners for hair. They also help in hair growth. It can be mixed with olive oil and applied on the hair and washed off after an hour.

Losing hair can lead to bald spots and eventual baldness, which can be easily controlled in a timely manner using the above measures. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dermatologist.

Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs.

Dear patient, life style management to prevent hairfall 1. Quit smoking 2. Junk food, coffee and alcohol 3. Ease stress 4. Headbath twice a week. 5. Lack of beta carotene 6. Lack of nutrition to hair roots. Now it's not too late for you to get right treatment. Now, you need" trichoroot act" hair oil and medicines which are homeopathic, safe & easy to consume and no side effects. This will control and cure hair fall quickly. Many patients are happy with tra. Please take a photograph of your head before you use tra. So that you can compare it after 3 to 4 months of usage to see the result. Keep a healthy diet a proper diet so as to prevent hairfall should incorporate food items that are rich in minerals and vitamin a along with iron. Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients. Revert back within a week of use of hair oil and medicines. Take care.

Protein - hair is made up mostly of protein so a protein rich diet is necessary. But not if your main source of protein is a large steak. In fact, eating large quantities of meat as americans do can be counterproductive. A steak will increase testosterone levels, and this has been linked to hair loss. Eggs are an excellent source of protein (see link below on how to boil the perfect egg). Also add nuts, seeds, beans and fish. Other good choices are organic soy foods, and hemp foods. I can add too that the korean diet has little or no meat on a daily basis.

Dear lybrate user, you have to take care of your face first. Never rub or scratch the acne. Wash your face thrice daily. Apply listerin on your face for one hour daily and wash it. Do it for five days. Drink plenty of liquids. Avoid constipation.

Tape a piece of banana peel, inner side down, over the wart before you go to bed. A chemical in the peel can slowly dissolve the wart. Or, try the same with a piece of lemon peel. An oil in the peel seems to discourage warts.
