Mr. Lybrate-user, if you are controlling blood sugar well it is really good. Good control means fasting closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c%<6.8. Secondly slightly higher blood sugar level or even much higher level is hardly producing any day to day changes in symptoms. Blurring of vision can occur particularly if hypoglycemia (<70 mg/100ml) is seen. I suggest get your retinal examination done by visiting a good ophthalmologist. Thanks for the question.

Hello, PCOS is not a disease,it is a disorder ,so it cannot be cured,but can be managed easily. Hirsutism or unwanted facial hair growth is most common problem with PCOS . Lose weight to keep your hormones under control and ensure you are exercising regularly. Drink lots of water to curb bloating. Avoid heavy meals and be stress free.

1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. [use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). (excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well dont carry much weight on shoulders). Exercise: practice shavasana or corpse pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on high or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Tips to Enjoy More Sex Life

  • Communicate properly with your partner
  • It's perfectly appropriate to tell your partner what feels good in the middle of lovemaking.
  • Avoid criticising during sex.
  • Confide to your partner about changes in your body. If hot flashes are keeping you up at night or menopause has made your vagina dry, talk to your partner about these things. It's much better that he know what's really going on rather than interpret these physical changes as lack of interest. Likewise, if you're a man and you no longer get an erection just from the thought of sex, show your partner how to stimulate you rather than let her believe she isn't attractive enough to arouse you anymore.
  • Try to be honest. You may think you're protecting your partner's feelings by faking an orgasm, but in reality, you're starting down a slippery slope. As challenging as it is to talk about any sexual problem, the difficulty level skyrockets once the issue is buried under years of lies, hurt, and resentment.
  • Give yourself time
  • As you age, your sexual responses slow down. You and your partner can improve your chances of success by finding a quiet, comfortable, interruption-free setting for sex.
  • Change the situation, timing, and place of your sex. You can choose early morning or afternoon instead of monotonous night shift!
  • Romanticise your sex
  • Make your surroundings romantic and hot. You can play a hot music or erotic vids in the background!
  • You can use lubricant jelly/oil or use vibrator to tease your partner. But of course, take her/his permission 1st.
  • Engaging in kissing and cuddling and romantic foreplay is essential for maintaining an emotional and physical bond.
  • 'Sensuality not the sexuality' should be the rule of an ideal love making
  • Practice touching. It should be soft and slow. Never squeeze or rub hard. The sensate focus techniques that sex therapists use can help you re-establish physical intimacy without feeling pressured. Try to feel and explore each other's body with all your sense organs slowly and gently.
  • Never try to copy the methods you have seen in a pornographic movie. Because real life sex is totally different from that.
  • Women prefer a slow, gentle and romantic love making. They try to feel their lovers body by closing their eyes.
  • Try different positions.
  • Learn proper Clitoral and G-Spot stimulation for your woman. It will make her crazy for your love! Oral stimulation of the clitoris combined with manual stimulation of the G-spot can give a woman a highly intense orgasm.

Do Kegel exercises

  • Both men and women can improve their sexual fitness by exercising their pelvic floor muscles. To do these exercises, tighten the muscle you would use if you were trying to stop urine in midstream. Hold the contraction for two or three seconds, then release. Repeat 10 times. Try to do five sets a day. These exercises can be done anywhere - while driving, sitting at your desk, or standing in a checkout line.
  • Do something soothe together before having sex, such as playing a game or going out for a nice dinner? Or try relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises or yoga.

  • Your sexual well-being goes hand in hand with your overall mental, physical, and emotional health. Therefore, the same healthy habits you rely on to keep your body in shape can also shape up your sex life.
  • Don't smoke and avoid alcohol. It will definitely hamper your performance.
  • Take fresh colourful fruits and leafy vegetables.
  • Take a right diet.
  • Keep your body weight under control and try to love your body too.

A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea C. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk.

Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2.
