Hello- yes you can gain weight by the use of some brilliant medicines and asanas mentioned in ayurveda in case of diabetes. A) chew tab shiva gutika 1 twice daily. B) tab vasanta kusumakar ras 1 twice daily. C) mix ashwagandha+vidarigandha powder with milk and take in the morning. D) practice pawanmukt asana daily at morning.

Hi Lybrate user, you do an barium meal x-ray for proper diagnosis, you can do homoeopathic treatment for your gastric pain, pain generally due to hyperacidity you must avoid spicy &fried&spicy food, drink adequate water, proper sleep, Anacardium 30 2 drops to be taken every after 4 hours with half cup water & Mag phos 6x +Natrum phos ,4+4tabs to be taken twice daily after meal with water, ifs need you can consult with me privately, Take care.

There are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

Hello. White patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be because of deficiency of vitamin D (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i. E, without any cause). Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder which can be treated with homoeopathic medicines, but chances of relapses are also there. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night and Ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20 days (it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with SPF 40 on the skin (specially on the white patches/ spots) 20-30 mintues before going out under the sunscreen and reapply it after 3-4 hrs. Again.

I have severe digestion issues since my marriage it has been 1 n half years since my marriage in indore and I am not able to adjust digestion wise in this place. Food habits have changed .i have started eating non veg quite often. I have gained 7 to 8 kgs after marriage and also my thyroid levels increased. It was 6.3 tsh.

Dear lybrateuser, - To keep weight under control restrict the calorie intake of refined carbohydrates like rice, chapati, also nonveg, have one piece a day, have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas & nuts which are fibre containing foods & provide less calories & keep you full - chew your food well, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, have meals on time, do not skip meals,have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, raise the pillow end by 4-6 inches at nighttime for proper digestion - avoid deep fried, processed & junk food - have at least 7-8 glasses of water per day - take an antacid like gelusil if gas & bloating problem is there - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, yoga & deep breathing to reduce weight, for proper digestion & to keep fit - take medication to normalise thyroid hormone levels which will improve digestion & also help in controlling weight.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and Junk food 2 Eat and drink slowly. 3.Avoid carbonated Drink, Beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5.Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean , peas, lentil, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli,mushroom,whole wheat bread 6. Avoid oily, spicy, fatty and junk food 7. Avoid stress, anxiety 8.stop smoking 9. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 10Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 11.Take unienzyme 1 tablet thrice daily after food for few days. 12.consult me for further advice
