Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200, Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week. After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Well I am having a bald spot on my head along with frequent hair loss I mean i am just 18 so any suggestions to that ...
Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies. Do reply back for private consultation for rx.

Best Essential Oils Guide for Skin

Skin care is a matter of taking care of your skin with the best ingredients and elements that are available naturally and have been absorbed into concoctions like creams and ointments as well as scrubs, face washes, moisturisers and other such products for your benefit. There are naturopathy products that make use of these elements in their most natural form so that you may get the best qualities and properties of these ingredients. Oil is one such extract that can be found in many fruits, herbs and other kinds of growth. Let us find out about the various essential oils that help in your skin care process.

  1. Lavender Oil:Lavender oil is derived from lavender and can be put to many good uses as far as the skin and stress levels go. As we all know, stress is a factor that shows up on the skin before its signs can be seen anywhere else. With the help of lavender oil, you can help in dealing with stress by lighting an oil lamp with this oil on top, and also cure a number of skin problems like age spots, scarring and other such ailments.
  2. Carrot Seed Oil:Carrot seed oil is a highly beneficial oil that helps in rejuvenating lack lustre skin with its highly cleansing properties that help in toning the aging skin even as you remove and regenerate the dead skin cells which can sometimes get hampered due to clogging. This clogging can happen due to pollutants, dust, dirt and grime.
  3. Frankincense Oil:This oil is well known for its anti bacterial qualities which make it ideal when it comes to fading bruises, scars, injury marks and even spots that have come about due to sun damage and other such ravages. This oil is also a good fix in you are suffering from acne prone skin. The anti bacterial action of this oil helps in protecting the existing skin cells even as new skin cells are encouraged to sprout. It helps in visibly reducing wrinkles and tightening sagging skin - processes that come about due to aging.
  4. Geranium Oil:This is another essential oil that is required for regulation of excessive oil production, an action which can prevent acne and blackheads. This oil is best used by people who suffer from persistent breakouts on the skin. It also helps in treating burns, cuts and other such marks that do not fade in a hurry.
  5. Myrrh Oil:This oil is best used for rashes. Its soothing properties create better skin tone and help in removing chapped skin and eczema as well.

The various healing properties of essential oils can help in various other ailments as well.

Treatments which can stop hairfall And how much do it cost for hair weaving and hair implant.

Treatments which can stop hairfall And how much do it cost for hair weaving and hair implant.
You are too young to think of hair transplant or weaving. Don't become a victim of commercial ads for short cut solutions. Follow these really. Wait for 3- 4 months. Don't be in a hurry. You will lose your money for getting nothing. STRESS AND WORRY are major factors in causing hair fall. Unless it is answered, it is very difficult. In stead of bothering about hair fall, concentrate on what is required out of you at this age. You will excel there and your problem will stop by itself. Do not go for any anti anxiety drugs. Avoid all medicines and shampoos. General guidelines: Take utmost care to get good sleep; if stressed out knowingly or suffering unknowingly, seek help to address the issue. Total darkness in the bed room is very essential for good sleep. No night lamps even. When sleep is disturbed, hair fall starts. Don't go for any so called branded hair oil but use genuine, virgin coconut oil only. Avoid all shampoos. Apply virgin coconut oil freely, let it soak it for 20 minutes, Apply Shikakai or mild, very diluted shampoo lightly. Not more than once a week. Continue and wait for 3 months to see good results Food: Panneer, cheese, eggs, chicken, fish. If it does not work out even after 3-4 months, PRP can be considered. You need to take some medicines to supplement with minerals, trace elements and vitamins. Pl come on private consultation for prescription medicines.
