Hello, Physical activity of 150 minutes/week is enough to keep one self healthy. This can be done either by 45 mins activity 3-4 days/week or 30 mins activity 6 days/week. Also maintaining a balanced diet by including all food groups and having 12-15 glasses of water is important to maintain good health.

Hello, you need to reduce your weight, first. Fallow this diets breakfast take oats or dalia salty one plate, 11am take sprouts one plate in lunch take proper meal like dal, 2chapati, vegetables, salad in evening take green tea with 5pics of badam in dinner take vegetables roti and salad, take proper water like 12glass of water every day add in daily diets sprouts, paneer, rajama, fruits.

Hello lybrate-user. Molar extractions often lead to trismus. It means inability to open mouth properly. Take muscle relaxants, do salt water gargle. And practice mouth opening exercises for a week. If these are not helping you then see a dentist soon.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hair loss is due to dietary deficiency, hormonal imbalance, stress, strong chemical effects, styling tools, dandruff.
Remove these causes first and also follow these steps:-
1. For hair growth eat healthy diet.
2. Include protein rich diet. Soya food, protein shakes, beans, pulses are good for hair. 3. Nuts are good source of omega 3 and fiber. Its also good for hair. 4. Drink lots of water. 5. Start herbal tea or green tea. Its good for hair growth. 6. If you are non veg then its also good for hair. Protein helps in fast growth of hair and also prevent hair fall. 7. Take all dairy products. 8. You can apply curd on hair before head bath. After that wash hair with normal shampoo and apply conditioner. Use arnica hair oil . For complete cure and medicine revert back .

1.Do blood test like ESR,CBC,Sputum for AFB(3 samples),X ray chest and consult chest physician for advice and treatment. 2.If all the reports are normal,you have to do Upper GI endoscopy to exclude peptic ulcer after consulting gastroenterologist 3.Consult me for further advice

No shaving will not increase the thickness of beard. The growth of the beard happens according to the age of the individual. Therefore the only way is to trim it instead of shaving.

Hi… apply mixture of aloe vera gel and divya godhan ark on the scalp, @take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, @take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, @take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, @take 20 ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVA and 2 tablets of raktastambhak vati after meals, @use vatajatadi taila and rootz shampoo, do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…thanks.

Hye. Thankyou for your query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Once you are regular with a good exercise routine, are active and eating right, you will see a change in stamina. Just adding antioxidants don't help increase stamina. It's all about a healthy diet.

Hi there. Chest pain on eating food warrants thorough examination by a gastoenterologist to rule out any problem in stomach or 1st part of small intestine like ulcers. Avoid eating oily and spicy foods. Long course of antacids might help. See your physician or a gastrologist. Take care.

Hi,Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion.Take homoeopathic medicine 1. Gastrobin (WSG), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day. Lycopodium 30, 3 drops once daily in the morning for 7 days. 2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. after meals. 3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 4. Drink two cups of coconut water daily. 5. . Avoid heavy spicy and oily food , pickles. Revert me after 7 days.
