Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash

Dear lybrate-user. Once you know the reason for your lack of focus, why can't you change it? the duty of your mind is to think. You cannot control your mind's thinking. Once you just leave your mind without diversion, it always end up in negative territory. But certainly you can divert your thinking. You can make your mind to be always positive by engaging in creative activities, hobbies, games and passionate towards whatever you do. Thereby you can reduce your stress and tension also. Once you can do this, loss of proper sleep and stress also can be made normal. Take care.

Eat lots of garlic. If you cant have it get it homeopathically allium sativum,(biochemic) nat phos, avoid all types of fats and red meat. Hello, Do not wait for the thirst signal,keep drinking water at regular. Inculcate the habit of drinking 1 glass per hour. That will help you a lot.Don not have water along with meals.

A.Healthy sleeping patterns can help you solve many hair problems, so get a good 7-8 hour sleep everyday. B.Make time for physical activity every day. Walk, swim or bike for 30 minutes a day helps balance hormonal levels, reducing stress levels thereby reducing hair fall.  c.If you want to keep hair healthy, you must know how to take care of them. Avoid rubbing your hair dry with a towel. Rather, let hair dry naturally.  d. Wet hair is very weak. Brushing wet hair increases chances of hair breakage. If you must comb wet hair, use a very wide-toothed comb. Use your fingers to undo tangles, not a comb or brush.  e.Hair is a delicate structure. Do not use excessively hot water to wash your hair. Hot water strips your hair of colour and activates the oil-producing glands. Use lukewarm or tepid water which will help dilute the oil glands’ secretions, remove dirt, and improve blood circulation. It’s best to end with a cool or cold shower. Such a finish will stimulate circulation at the hair roots and make your hair look smooth and shiny. F.Castor oil especially has excellent hair growth properties and is considered an effective remedy against hair loss. Warm a little oil for a few minutes. Gently rub it over clean scalp and hair shafts allowing the oil to penetrate.  Leave it on for a few hours, preferably overnight and then wash with a mild shampoo. Take care.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Dear user. Jumpers knee or patellar tendonitis is an overuse injury that results in pain at the front of the knee, localised at a point towards the bottom of the kneecap. Repetitive strain from too much running or jumping causes inflammation or degeneration of the patella tendon. Please consult a bone specialist for treatment and take rest for a month. Take care.

What is your bsl level please mention it. Take diaboherb syrup 1 tablespoon thrice a day for 1 month. Go for morning walk. Avoid potatoes, rice ,and sweets. Take some things to eat every 2-3 hour Best regards

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result on pores and dark spot.

Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss, it requires cut down in calories (under the guidance of dietitian) along with exercises like brisk walking or cycling or yoga and stretching 5 days a week for at-least 25-30 mins. Include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like onion, tomato, cucumber, kakri, cabbage and fruits like melon, watermelon, plums. Avoid fried foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take chamomile tea before going to bed. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of flaxseed powder in the morning and go for walk. Don’t skip breakfast. Thank you.

Hi, Losing someone close to us is one of the biggest stresses in life, it changes our life in many ways and affects us on many levels. I do not know how close this person was to you and under what circumstances you lost him/her and in what ways your life has changed after his/her passing. Yet the truth of life is that no matter how great our loss, we still have to go on and live our life on a daily basis, somehow we have to find meaning in our life once again to go on living. There are a number of things you can do such as:- - Think of the things that were important to this person, how he/she would have liked to see you doing in life had they been around and then try to do those things. - Honour their memory by doing something that was close to their heart maybe donate or volunteer somewhere; write a diary or journal where in you note down your precious memories with them. - allow yourself to feel the pain, sadness, anger, helplessness, shock etc as these are normal feelings that emerge when we lose someone close to us. Do no try to shut them down. At the same time do not let them overwhelm you, acknowledge them and then also try to do what needs to be done on a daily basis so as to move forward in life. - Speak to your family, friends and near and dear ones, talk about your feelings, ask for help if you need it, go out with them and do some of the things that would have made you and your loved one happy. - allow yourself the time to heal, give yourself permission to take time off when you are feeling down. -Very often we feel disconnected from the rest of the world, it feels as if the rest of the world is going on when our life has come to a standstill. Try to connect with people who may be going through a similar situation or read pages online/on facebook such as The Grief Toolbox etc. They help us to feel normal and give us strength to go on. You could also read a book such as Healing after Loss. - Last but not the least, please pay attention to self care - have proper meals, get good rest and exercise, go for walks, they help us to refresh ourselves too. - If you are experiencing very severe symptoms, then do not hesitate to see a psychiatrist for some medication that may help you to relax and lift your mood too. Menstrual cycle may be irregular due to psychological reason, sudden change of atmosphere, disturbance in hormonal levels. Hemoglobin level also affect menses. Thyroid dysfunction may be the cause.

Menstrual pains are a normal criteria in the life of a female. Nothing to worry about. Homoeopathic medicine dysmin (sbl) chew 4 tab 2-4 hrly depending on severity of pain during periods nd report after 3 months.

Can my asthma became life treating any time. I have mild asthma with normal pft report and no allergy found in tests. I got several attacks bt situation in control with in minute . Are there any tests to predetect any sereve attack ?any warning signals?

Dear, Asthma is a genetic disease. In allopathy, like diabetes and hypertension it can be kept under control. Glad your PFT shows mild asthma. But a patient can get an acute attack anytime. Hence it's important to check your peak flow reading daily, take inhalers as suggested, regular exercise and pranayam. A fall in peak flow is the best warning sign. Hope this helps.

Gooseberry is a really famous fruit in India which treats almost every ailment in this world. If you want to fight obesity, stomach problems skin infection, hair problems, etc. then you should definitely go for Indian gooseberry.Gooseberry is known as ‘amla’ in Hindi and you can easily find it in a vegetable shop or in the form of juices and pickles. You would need to buy powdered gooseberries for treating white hair. Mix powdered gooseberry with lemon juice and apply it on your hair. Apply it on your scalp as well. Massaging the scalp with this mixture will make your hair black in few days. Do this on a daily basis for best results.
