I have stopped smoking. How can I clean my lungs, so that it does not cause problem later.
That's very good, you can see the positive impact of smoking cessation on your physical fitness will starts appearing soon after quitting. Purification of the lungs takes a very long time although your lungs may become cleaner over the time. Eat fruits, green and leafy vegetables for detox you lungs. Do some physical exercise daily like jogging, swimming, outdoor games etc. Many people feels stressed after quitting smoking so try to be relaxed, meditation is also very helpful. Always remind that if you continue smoking your lungs will only continue to be damaged. Please do not forget this point and keep up your motivation for quitting smoking. Be proud of your everyday improvement you have already achieved. Thanks.

Hair loss happens due to various reasons and to treat it correctly the cause has to be known. There are temporary and permanent types of hair loss. You can try taking a multivitamin supplement with iron and zinc for a month to see if it helps. If your hair loss doesnt reduce with this you should consult a trichologist for further investigation as early treatment is the key to successful results in hair loss. Hair follicles once damaged or dead are difficult to be revived back so do not waste much time on trying shampoos or oils instead look for internal causes of hair loss. Have a healthy balanced diet and include sprouts, green tea, almonds, walnuts and flaxseeds and leafy greens in your diet. Avoid red meat, ghee, cheese, butter, smoking, fried food and sweets. Exercise regulary to improve the blood circulation to your scalp.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

By white flow I suppose you are referring to white vaginal discharge. It is a myth that vaginal discharge causes weakness, pain or tiredness. Vaginal discharge is normal. It's color, consistency and amount varies according to the time of the month and sexual arousal. You may be simply stressed out due to this misconception. That may be causing the weakness. Visit a psychiatrist to rule out depression or anxiety.

As per your query black spots and rashes on face are result of extra sebum produced by sebaceous glands to keep skin oily and clogged pores of your skin. When the pores become clogged the sebum produced by sebaceous glands collects inside and results into black spots and rashes. I would suggest you use mild scrub and gently massage your skin this will perform the function of cleansing and exfoliation ,apply benzoyl peroxide on face to make it bacteria free and oil free, your face to soften the pores of your skin. You should avoid use of heavy makeup and sunscreen products, have some vitamin C and E supplements to make your skin texture better and apply aloe vera gel. You can also use metallic extractor. Keep your face free from dust ,wash your face with mild face-wash twice daily and cover your face while going outside .If condition still persists then contact dermatologist. Hope your concern has been resolved.

My mouth becomes dry very quickly as I have to take some liquid or water, but as I take after 10 minutes I have to go to toilet. And I night I have to get up 3 times for toilet. In day it is unstoppable. Please help.

5 Signs You Are Suffering From Migraine

A migraine is considered to be one of the worst headache of all. It causes excruciating pain along with a range of other symptoms. Notably, a migraine pain is very different in nature compared to general headache. A migraine pain is mostly felt on any one side of the brain. Since a migraine is difficult to diagnose, here is a list of 5 signs that will help you to understand, if your headache qualifies as a migraine:

  1. Vision splotches: It is very common among migraine patients to experience blind spots and a sudden flash of light. While this might appear to be a little unusual, it is pretty normal for migraine patients. The visual cortex of the brain is responsible for incidences like these. They often pace up and slow down to cause such unnatural feelings. For cases like this, the nerve gets activated by the optical lobe and crashes immediately resulting in such sensations. These visible auras are felt by both the eyes.
  2. A spinning sensation: A migraine patient often gets a swirling sensation. This requires them to immediately lie down. This is accompanied with nausea and throwing up. Certain migraine-induced changes caused in the brain causes hearing imbalance which is very similar to vertigo. These auras often serve as the onset of a migraine and can last for over one hour before the actual migraine cycle starts. If a person is suffering from these symptoms, it is a clear indication that he is suffering from a migraine.
  3. Light sensitivity: Migraine patients often becomes oversensitive to sound and light. This is perhaps the reason why most migraine sufferers like to spend more time in dark and solicitude. Studies have shown that sudden exposure to light activates the optic nerve fiber which in turn activates the pain receptors in the brain. A study conducted by the Nature Neuroscience journal conducted in the year 2010 showed that even blind person (with a migraine) suffers from a sudden glow of light.
  4. Touch sensitivity: Sensory auras often cause sharp pain from tiniest of touches. This is a condition known as the allodynia. This is a condition by which the spine and the brain get super excited by the inflamed blood vessels. This condition should be reported to a doctor since the most common medicine of a migraine does not work well if a patient is suffering from allodynia.
  5. Funny Face: Aura of the tongue, face and lips are known as cheiro-oral. There is a type of aura that makes even speaking and eating difficult. At time sufferers feel that they are suffering from serious diseases such as brain tumor. If this condition prevails, it makes sense to consult your doctor at the earliest and start medication.

I am 37 year old height 5 ft 9 inch weight 75 kg from few months near about 2 month when I walking up and down stairs feel little pain in both knees but after few days only feel little pain in left knee and right knee normal no any pain and if I morning walk no matter how far I walk 2 km 3 km I walk with no any problem, I have no any accident or injury on knee in previous time. One thing I clear you not know its related with my problem but I clear you in previous months I take some ayurvedic medicine for slim my tummy reduce fat from tummy. I have no any other medical problem, now little pain in left knee only while walking up and down stair pain percentage more while up and little while down.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area
