See if your mother is suffering from arthritis then there is no choice but you have to decide when you want to get it done if pain is less and she is able to move around then you can wait.

The most common form of morning stiffness and pain is due to muscle imbalances and poor conditioning of the muscles themselves. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and learn how to safely, easily, stretch and strengthen the weak and tight areas of your lower back and hips which cause pain while sleeping. Dear user, if fingers are not folded it may be hand or legs, apply heat fermentatio and do some finger folding excercise for few weeks. You can see the difference I 7 days.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hello mam, Follow this procedure pain is reduced if the pain not reduced consult physiotherapist. Apply hot or ice fermentation 3- 4 times daily. Do the lower back and leg muscles stretching exercises. Avoid forward bending. Avoid single leg standing. Avoid long time standing, walking, sitting. If your over weight try to reduce weight.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Hi. As information provided it may be carpel tunnel syndrome or cervical radiculopathy. Conplete assesment needed. Please check with ortho or physiotherapy. Carpal tunnel syndrome is dur periodic compression on median nerve located in wrist as while using computers or ipad even mobiles. Sometime carpal tunnel can be due to systemic disease like diabetes, hypothyroidism etc. Advice: *rest the hand *wear a wrist splint modify hand activityi. E. Avoid repitative movement of hand check doc. For any systemic disease.

If you are it profession you have to change some postural changes example sitting with straight back support, arms should be rested, avoid prolong standing, forward bending, weight lifting etc. Consult physio they will give treatment to reduce pain after reducing pain you have to strengthen your back muscles. Apply ice or hot pack for 5 to 10 minutes daily 4 to 5 times.
