I sleep a lot. 12 hours straight. I am not able to get up from bed even if I am awake, I just feel like sleeping more. I have lost my will power to study which is troubling me a lot. If possible lie down in a tub of warm water for 40 minutes. If you cannot get a full body tub lie in the morning sun till your body warms up. Before doing so please drink 2 glasses of water, wrap a wet towel on your head and ensure that your face and head are not exposed to sun. Take a lukewarm water bath immediately after the sun bath.

Hi lybrate-user, I went through the details about your mother, it looks like she has features suggestive of senile depression, but you also told that she keeps on repeating same thing again and again, it appears that she has mild memory loss (MCI which can be a part of depression) but I feek that there are some cances of early onset dementia too, so it needs detailed evaluation, Do not worry, she requires proper care froma psychiatrist and family support too, which of course you are providing, that's why you asked me the question. A pre workout gives you energy to do intense and hard workout. It acts as a fuel for your body while working out. Whey protein is a post workout thing that should be consumed immediately after workout to help your body get enough protein for building muscles or grow your body in shape and size. There is no side effect of pre or post workout things.

Hello, It is not required to soak the brown rice in water if you are cooking it in pressure cooker. If you plan to cook it in utensil on gas stove then you have to soak it for 30-45 minutes in order to reduce the cooking time. Thanks.

Hello , you are suffering from premature ejaculation.Take Avena Sativa Q, 15 drops with water twice daily. Take Nux vomica 200, 5 drops twice daily. Take Schwabe's Damiaplant, 20 drops twice daily with water. Revert after 2 weeks.
