Perfectly all right finding. The placenta which prov ides nutrition oxygen blood to baby is not formed lower down, that might cause bleeding and a loss.

Dear lybrate-user, Thanks for using Lybrate. The time around 14 th July was fertile period for you and I do think there is possibility of pregnancy. Before we communicate further I will request you to get yourself tested again tomorrow morning with first urine sample of day. In case the reports turn out negative it can be said conclusively that there is no pregnancy. In case you get positive results or doubtful result contact me for further guidance. I will be glad to help you. Thanks again.

I started my period a week back with two to three drop and it stop after that. So is there anything to worry?

I started my period a week back with two to three drop and it stop after that. So is there anything to worry?
Menses more than a drop is considered as a normal menses. If u r married then u should get pregnancy test done asap. Or if u r not married then there is no need to worry and no treatment is required as it can happen with the stress or hormonal changes which will get auto-corrected next month. If this problem persists in subsequent cycles the u r likely to be benefited by ultrasound and TSH test

My wife gave birth of a baby on 21.11. 15. Till then, she had periods of around continuous 2 months. After that no period at all. Elders said it is normal. Is it ok to have physical without any precautions to avoid pregnancy. If no, she is thinking of taking anti-pregnancy pill to birth control. When should she start? And is it safe for our child? please suggest.

While breastfeeding, ovulation does not occur thats why no menses, but that is not the rule. Even without menstruation, ovulation can occur. Best contraceptive for the breast-feeding women is copper-t. While choosing a method of contraception, it is important that it not interfere with lactation or have negative effects on the infant. Iucd or copper t is more effective than condoms and progesterone only pills. Oc pills like novelon suppresses milk production. Progestin-only contraceptives or minipill like cerazette for 28 days are safe for use by breast-feeding mothers if copper t is not acceptable.

Pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle, day of ovulation when ovum is released from ovary of woman. That is why couple should have 12 to 24 cycles of unprotected sex around time of ovulation before going to Gynecologist or infertility specialist for further evaluation and advise. For other complaints It needs detailed medical history, clinical examination, looking at old reports and may be take out some new reports before you can be advised so meet Gynecologist.

Chances of getting pregnant is unlikely if u had sex on 14 th feb onl n u were due then provided u were clean before. So stay cool. In case if u had sex before tht then go for preg test
