Hi my wife give birth to a girl baby and baby Is healthy. But my wife has changed​ a lot in her weight, black marks on face, breast is very big. Pls suggest me what is the solution for this.

Breast can be reduced by exercises or surgery. To lose weight, you must burn more calories than you consume a day from your diet, if you burn 3000 calories, you’ll lose a pound a week. People who lose weight slowly, about 1 to 2 pounds per week, are more successful at keeping the weight off. You'll also burn additional calories if you increase your physical activity. You weight-loss plan should do all of the following: •Emphasize fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. •Include lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts. •Contain foods low in saturated fats, avoid trans fats, and limit cholesterol and salt (sodium). •Avoid refined sugars and processed foods. Some tips to help you lose weight: •Keep a food diary. Writing down everything you eat is critical! Noting how you feel when you eat will help you identify emotional triggers that may cause you to overeat. Emotional eaters tend to overeat. •Eat when you're truly hungry rather than when you're tired, anxious or stressed. •Eat slowly. If you eat too fast, you eat more than you need to satisfy your hunger. Your brain needs time to catch up with your stomach. •Plan your meals ahead of time so you make healthy choices. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. You'll have more difficulty making healthy choices throughout the day. Find resources to help you keep track of your food choices and nutritional values and that can offer additional support when you need it. Exercise for Belly Fat Not only females but also males desire to have flat belly. Read on and find about the best exercises for losing belly fat. Fight your belly fat with the right kind of exercise and the right diet. Belly fat can be effectively reduced with abdominal exercises. They help you to tone the abdominal area apart from enhancing the flexibility of the area. The most important point is that they resist the accumulation of fat around the belly region. The only thing that you must keep in mind is that you must regularly perform these exercises and be patient as nothing happens overnight. Exercises for Losing Belly Fat Some very simple but effective exercises to Lose Belly Fat Stretch 1 – Lie down on a floor mat. Position your legs vertically up and stay in this position for 5 to 15 seconds. This can be repeated thrice. Stretch 2 – Lie down on a floor mat. Stretch your legs straight. Place your hands behind your head and lock your fingers. Now raise your torso and bring it towards your knees. Stay in this position for 5 to 10 seconds and slowly return to your lying position. Repeat this for 15 times in sets of 5. Stretch on Chair – Lie down on a floor mat and position yourself with a chair so as to raise your legs on the chair. Your legs should be at 90 degree to the rest of your body. Place your hands behind your head and clasp your fingers. Now lift your torso and rise up as if you want to touch the knees. Continue for 15 minutes and repeat in sets of 3 or 4. Cycling – Lie down on a floor mat. Raise your legs and rotate them as if you are pedalling a cycle vigorously. Repeat the exercise for five minutes in sets of three. Breathing Exercises to Lose Belly Fat Let us briefly understand on how these work. Oxygen acts as fuel for the body. The extra oxygen that you inhale while performing the breathing exercises result in certain chemical reactions that in turn burns up more calories than you actually take in. You lose extra fat. Pavanmuktasan – for practising Pavanmuktasan, take a deep breath as you lie on your back. Bend you left knee, hold your toes and pull it towards your stomach. Simultaneously lift your head and touch your bent knee. Your other leg must be straight. Breathe in and count ten. Return to your original position and breathe out. Repeat the set with your right leg. Bhujangasan – for practising Bhujangasan lie on your stomach and place your hands under your shoulders. Lift your torso backwards using only the back muscles and not your hands. Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds and slowly return to your original position as you breathe out. Dhanurasan – Lie on your stomach and bend your knees. Hold your ankles as you breathe in. Push your body outwards in the shape of a bow and pull your head back as much as possible. Hold this position for 10 seconds and release the posture as you slowly breathe out. Apart from these there are aerobics that also help you to lose belly fat. Regular simple workouts, like jogging, walking up and down through the stairs fast also helps to shed those stubborn belly fat. But remember, it is always advisable to seek the advice of a fitness instructor before you decide as exercise regimen for yourself in order to get the maximum results.

It's called sunburn and it can b relived through some home remedy as well as medication. Apply the kumkudi taila over it also massage it with gulab jal and besan four. Also massage it with egg yolk.

Your question is not clear, still if you want to know that your pregnancy is the cause behind your hypothyroidism, its not the case but the vise versa can happen that is your hypothyroidism was one of the reason behind miscarriage, you should try to have normal thyroid levels before conceiving.

What type of diet should be taken in second trimester of pregnancy. Can we take heavy fat diet. And what type of exercise require.

Diet in second trimester should be healthy, home made food preferably, not very spicy/ fried/oily, protein rich (pulses, daals, eggs, fish, sprouts). Include all seasonal fruits except raw papaya/ pineapple, take dry fruits like 1/2 almonds, preferably soaked, 1/2 walnuts, figs, black raisins, it gives you iron & calcium required for pregnancy. Eat small frequent meals, every 2/3 hrly which reduces discomfort/ nausea after meals.

Hello, Yes you do have gestational diabetes as your fasting value is high..! Kindly modify your diet and repeat fasting sugar and two hours post lunch and see ur doc..! Try walking for 20 mins after lunch n dinner.

I am 34 weeks 3 days pregnant. Yesterday I went for ultrasound and my doctor told that my baby's head size is big. Is that a big problem? BPD - 87 MM HC - 320 MM AC - 317 MM FL - 66 MM.

Bpd 87 mm = 35.5 weeks hc 320 mm = 37 weeks ac 317 mm = 35.8 weeks fl 66 mm = 34.01 weeks as you can see all the fetal parameters are corresponding almost within 3 weeks. This is absolutely normal report. If the head size would have been big, radiologist would have mentioned hydrocephalus or fluid collection in the head. As you did not mentioned something like this, that means hthere is none. Bpd can do upto 9.5cm normally.

Your wife does not have interest in sex. I advise her to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. My friend is 37 yr old and got married 3 years before his wife is 29 years old now they want to conceive baby. My friend is having lack of sexual desire and always feeling dull and tired when He came from office. Frequency of sex is 3-4 times in month. Your friend needs to meet uro-genital surgeon for sperm count and along with that wife should meet gynaecologist or both together to infertility specialist- for conceiving a baby. However for sexual complaints they should meet sexologist.

1. Low calorie food; stops cravings.

I am 26 years old female. I have sex with my husband on 23rd march and did not take any precautions. And I am not pregnant too. And my period should come on 11th and that day very little blood I have seen but after that its not flowing. This is the second time it has happened. What is my problem? At the age of 23 I have aborted a baby by operation.

This could be implantation bleeding so if proper menses does not start by 18th then please get urine pregnancy test done. Hormonal changes also can cause this. If negative then keep repeating the test weekly till you get menses.
