Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine baryta carb 200 (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Absence of facial hair can be associated with pernicious anaemia, hypothyroidism, inflammatory bowel disease, nutritional deficiency, diabetes, stress. These have to be evaluated. You also have to make a lot of lifestyle changes. Stay away from chemicals like hair dyes, bleaches. Avoid straighteners and hot combs. Stay away from alcohol and caffeinated drinks like coffee and cola since they produce antioxidants which damage free radicals. Exercise regularly for it promotes blood flow and enhances healthy, shiny hair growth. Yoga and meditation help destress. You vil need to take biotin tablets everyday after breakfast. As you are young and so there is still chances of gaining height. There are methods by which you can gain some centimetres of height. 1. The height of body is largely depend on the length of your spine (vertebral column or back bone in general language). So you have to add the exercise of stretching of spine daily in morning. Here are the exercises! * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Bone growth depends upon the adequate intake of calcium rich diet. So take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Vitamin d play very important role in bone growth. So sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are notso strong. 4. The growth and height is controlled by growth hormone which is secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. For meditation, listen toslow and spiritual music, take long breaths for 15-20 minutes everyday. It makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Cut a few lemons and squeeze out the juice. Apply the juice with a cotton ball directly onto the acne scars on the face. Allow it to remain for some time and then wash with plain water. This tends to have a bleaching effect on dark scars.

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. I am sure things will get better and you be settled soon, do not lose hope, keep faith. If you are feeling stressed do some exercise, eat healthy but if you have symptoms like, not wanting to do anything, not finding pleasure in activities which were pleasurable earlier, decreased hunger, sleep, suicidal thoughts etc you should consult a psychiatrist for medicine treatment. You should also take counseling from a psychologist. All the best sir, remember every cloud has a silver lining, your present situation is not your final destination.

I have 49 years, I am suffering from diabetic for last 14 years. I am using human mystard 25 mg for morning and night, as well as galvusmet 50/1000 in the afternoom and supradin, now my sugar level under control. My problem is my sexual organ is not working properly, it will not expand, what ever I am trying no reaction will not be there. It will hang as it is, it will not stand straight. She has what is called OCD, i.e. obsessive compulsive disorder and it can be quite crippling. She must meet with a counselor and doctor immediately and follow their prescriptions. It is good for you parents to attend the meeting with the doctor and throw some light about her childhood.This is a fear-based condition and for some reason, she has not been dealing with childhood fear which has now developed these repetitive adaptations to seem to need it for normal functioning. The behavior will then become based on magical thinking like you describe and certain rituals will become necessary to do normal things making her believe that either the frequency or the ritual is important to its success. This, of course, is a fallacy but there will come a time that even if told the truth, her belief will defy any logic and she will continue behaving like that even if it cripples her in her daily routines. It only appears as though some other force is behind these behaviors and that she is compelled to act in this fashion. That is obviously not true but no one can convince her of anything different. The obsession is a repeating thought pattern with no meaningful outcome and the compulsiveness is the need to act on those obsessions also in a repeated behavior pattern as though she just cannot help herself. There are certain behavioral techniques to be implemented and if they work she may get out of this condition rather easily. If that does not work as desired, then medication has to be introduced, and in combination, much work can be achieved.

Sir I am married but after marriage of one and half year during sex my penis foreskin stitch break and it started pain and bleeding. Bleeding stopped immediately. Hi, regarding your sex you should wait for 7 days to let injury heal. After 7 days you should use condom for few days. It is always better to let doctor see it once to avoid future complication. You can apply cream topi heal for 5 days. Stitch whether required or not will depend on if you get similar incidences in future.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.
