Take belladonna 30 - for headache when required. For stomachache take -- asafetida, also known as hing, has antispasmodic and antiflatulent properties that help treat stomach aches caused by gas or indigestion. Simply add a pinch of asafetida to a glass of warm water, mix it well and drink it two or three times a day. You can also add a pinch of rock salt. This remedy is equally effective for both a stomach ache and gas. Alternatively, add one teaspoon of asafetida to a cup of warm water. Soak a cotton cloth in the solution and place it on your stomach for 10 to 15 minutes. This will soothe the stomach and reduce pain. Do this several times a day.

from Your height and weight mentioned your BMI is 29.3,whcih is classes as over weight. So first thing should be proper weight management with diet and regular exercise, because it can have effect on your asthma also. You should carry your inhalers. should be regular in its use if symptoms are present. avoid any trigger factors that you can identify that increase your asthma symptoms. Many a time changing geographical area changes your disease pattern as well due to change in vegetation's and allergens, so who knows you may remain well there than here

For a sensitive skin you need proper sunprotectiona nd sunscreens only help if applied 15-20 minutes before exposure and depeending upon there type the effect last from 2 -3 hours then you need to reapply it. Secondly even after applying sunscreen its advisable for someone who has to stand a lot under sun to use physical protection like wearing a hat etc more elaborate guidance can be given on further discussions. Hi 1 relax and stay positive. 2 increase fluid intake. 3 eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins 4 do stretching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. 5 if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. 6 do check your calcium and vit. D 7 apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many. You can try any of the following methods. You can do squeeze and stop technique. You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated. You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation. You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent premature ejaculation. Hope this may help you. I have foul mouth smell, now my mouth is acidic and more acidic when I eat biscuit etc. Last 2 day my tongue feels heavy. I have to brush and clean tongue 3-4 times a day. I go 3 times within 30 minutes in the morning to clear my bowel. 1-2 times in 10 days I have to take Aciloc or Eno. Normal BP No Sugar.

Hair fall and hair thinning are two different problems. Hair fall is the initial sign of thinning of hair. Loosing hair on daily basis is normal. Our growth: fall ratio is 80: 20. So 20 % of our hair area always in fall phase. These hair normally grows back. But if the scalp is visible then it is thinning of hair. There are reversible baldness and irreversible baldness. Reversible baldness means growth is possible eg --alopecia areata, diffuse hair loss. Irreversible baldness means hair follicles are dead and regrowth is not possible eg---male pattern thinning, scarring alopecia. It is important to check the scalp and hair. Consult trichologist.

Hello. Unfortunately, there is no such exercise which would make you free of spectacles. Yes, there are a few precautions which would prevent the spectacle power from increasing further. Let me enumerate the diet necessary for healthy eyes. (1) green leafy vegetables including spinach, sprouts, cabbage, beetroot. (2) fruits-blue-berries, black-berries, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi fruit, grapes, pineapple, pomegranate, grapes, guava. (3) dry-fruits: almonds, walnuts, apricots, dates. (4) cereals: oats, barley, millets. (5) drink a cup of green tea daily. (6) drink a glass of milk daily. Also, I have a few suggestions for you regarding the usage of computers, mobile phones and books. Follow the rule of" 20" this means that every 20 minutes, take a gap of 20 seconds, blink your eyes actively 20 times and focus at an object which is minimum 20 feet away. This will help in relieving your eyes from the continuous strain that is caused due to staring. Staring at the computer continuously causes us to subconsciously blink less than normal. This causes the tear film on the surface of the eye to dry up. The result of this is pain, discomfort, etc. Another suggestions regarding the usage of computers is to maintain a proper posture. The computer must be positioned at the same height as your eye level. The neck should not be inadvertently flexed or extended. Remember the rule of 90. Roughly, an angle of 90 degrees should be maintained between your upper body and thighs. Likewise, a similar angle (90 degrees) should be maintained between your lower legs and thighs. Also the angle between your hands and arms should be roughly 90 degrees. This is the healthy ergonomic way of sitting while using a computer. Maintenance of proper posture would help in further relieving the symptoms of eye discomfort and pain. Also remember the rule of 1. At least 1 time in a day, wash your eyes with clean hands and clean water in a gentle manner. Exercise for at least 1 hour in a day. Try to spend 1 hour with nature. (eg. In a park, garden, etc.) you could consider preservative free lubricant eye drops 4 to 5 times daily. These eye drops would ensure that your eyes stay well lubricated and fresh. All these suggestions may take a while to sink in and imbibe in your routine. Once followed, they are sure to work wonders for you. Take care-regards.

Oral Sex

Definition: Contact of the mouth of a partner with the genitals of the other is known as oral sex. Stimulation of male genitals by the tongue, lips and mouth is known as Fellatio, and oral stimulation of female genitals is called Cunnilingus.
Either form of oral-genital sex can be done with one partner stimulating the other individually. Stimulation is known as '69'. Fellatio and Cunnilingus are used to induce or heighten the sexual arousal. Vatsyayan has labeled oral-genital sex as 'Auparishtak' and mentioned 8 different ways of performing it.
The glans and frenulum are particularly sensitive to oral stimulation. Many women are highly aroused by licking or sucking of the clitoris during cunnilingus. There is no health risk in swallowing semen accidently.
Oral-genital sex is quite common and many see it as normal and pleasurable part of lovemaking. From the scientific viewpoint, it is no less hygienic than mouth to mouth kissing, provided the parts are kept clean. It does not give rise to any disease.
It should not be performed during pregnancy as it can cause air embolism resulting in sudden death. Persons with STD or HIV should avoid it.

Hello, Kindly explain me what type of irregularity is there - are you getting periods frequently/ getting delayed/ much bleeding during the menses? Since how long you have been suffering from this problem? Any associated symptoms or complaints? Any medical condition do you have? Have you got your investigations done (if yes, share the reports with me)? Answer all these questions for proper diagnosis and proper treatment. Any nutritional deficiency can also lead to irregularity. Take more of green vegetables, nuts, salads, seasonal fruits, yellow coloured veggies, milk & milk products, plenty of water and enough of sleep & rest. Take homoeopathic medication for your irregular menses – Schwabe's Pulsatilla 200/ once daily for 10 days (not to take during menstrual flow), Schwabe's Five Phos. Hello if you want to be energetic after office you should follow certain parameters from morning 1. Wake up by 6.30 2. Drink 3 glasses of water 3. Walk or jog for 45 min 4. Do not skip breakfast. 5.
