He is having pain at both foot when he stands still with more than 15 minutes or walks more than 1 hour. Pain started from heel then now happening at foot fingers joint and at center of foot. He is having uric acid between 5.6 to 6.4 depending on the food intake and water intake. But relief after taking more than 3 liter of water in a day.

Hi lybrate-user, this sounds like plantar fasciitis which is an inflammatory condition of the foot. This can be confirmed by consulting a pain physician/ orthopedician and taking a foot x ray. Simple things that can be done include rest, icing your foot/sole twice a day, orthotic plantar arch supports, elevation of foot in the night on a pillow. Sometimes patients require injections if the conservative management fails. Please confirm diagnosis and proceed.

As you feel pain in knees, follow these usefultips for pain relief: * first check out bone mineral density (bmd). In case of low bmd, your calcium level in body are low. So take take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * give a gentle oil massage to knees regularly and wrap your knees with cloth dipped in hot water for atleast 10-15 minutes. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamind. *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * check out your blood sugar level and hemoglobin level in every 6 months. * if you have any history of rheumatoid arthritis in family then checkout your ra factor. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.

Hello lybrate-user, If the condition is not that severe then you shoul try conservative management of physiotherapy and then see the result before getting into epidural one.

You should start walking with partial weight bearing, your heal will be slightly sore initially but that will heal with time.

I am 25 and married but yet to plan for kids 1) Need suggestion to reduce weight in a healthy manner 2) Going through severe pains in the joints especially on to lower back and knees. You can take tab. Uprise D once a week for 4 weeks and take calcium supplement also. Get your haemoglobin checked. As for reducing tummy, you have to take care of diet and lifestyle. You can contact me for diet plans to reduce weight.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate your mother in detail. Rule out diabetes. Any way it may be tried, -- dolokind plus (mankind) [aceclofenac 100mg +paracetamol 350mg] 1 tab. Od & sos. X 5 days. --. A-z g0ld 1 tab od x 10 days. (you may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of ac or cooler. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Do mild exercises for neck & shoulders. Knee & legs. Foot ankle. (take help of a physiotherapist use no pillow under the head. Kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines. (contact family doctor, if needed). For emergency treatment visit nearest hospital. When I run I use to have pain in my legs at a particular point in between knees and ankles. What to do for curing it?

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.
