Hi doctor. I am aged 30. A non smoker and non alcoholic. A week back I had a sudden pain in my right testicle and has reoccurred today since morning. The pain is consistent in my testicle and giving discomfort slightly above the naval area in right hand side.

Thanks for your query. It is possible that due to pressure on testicle you have developed this pain. It could be like sitting in an uncomfortable position or wearing tight undergarments. Please wear loose underwear and sleep without one fora few days and avoid driving 2 wheelers for a few days. Please ask me in private section for medcines.

Dietary changes – •Check the oil that you are using. Vegetable-based and olive oils are good for you. Cut down on ghee, butter, cheese, paneer and margarine. •Limit your carb intake. Restrict yourself while eating potatoes, white rice, sago, pasta and other products made of refined flours. •Use only skimmed milk and skimmed milk curd. •Give up on all the fried foods until you get that shape. Nothing will come easily. Avoid fries, pakodas, samosa, fried momos, chips, and other fried snacks. •Increase your fibre intake. Eat whole cereals, oats, broken wheat / daliya, brown rice, brown breads, fruits with skin and a lot of green veggies. If possible mix bran into your flour. •If you are a non-vegetarian and enjoy fish, you will love this diet. Eat fish upto 4 times a week. Bake it, grill it but don’t fry it. You can have other lean meats up to 2 times in a week. And egg whites for breakfast are a good idea. •2 tsp of Triphala churn, along with ginger water is excellent way to help you liver to break down fats speedily and effectively. •Cut the intake of wheat. Extra carbs always end of on hips and thighs. Include other cereals like jowar, bajra, and mix these flours with horse gram flour and soya flour. •Go very light with your dinners. A plate full of salad made out of veggies, sprouts, fruits along with soups will help. Fill in with a very small portion of brown rice or daliya. In short have a fiber and protein rich dinner and go low on carbs. Eat dinner around 7.30 pm and having a small walk after it will only add up to your goal. •Consume as much of water as you can and eat different varieties of melons for better results. How to lose fat from hips and thighs through exercise •Walking is the best exercise for your hips and thighs. Walking up to 4 km per day will make your goal appear closer and closer. •If I ask you, “how to lose fat from hips and thighs”? You would probably answer cross trainer or the cycle at gym. Frankly you are not helping yourself if you are doing these to lose fat from hips and thighs. These exercises will only help you in tightening your muscles and then bulking them up. •If you have been walking already, but don’t see much result, then you might need to increase the distance by a km and the intensity of walks from the 30thminute onwards. Also check your diet to ensure you are following the tips above.

Clarified butter is an excellent source of saturated fat and calories, hence it can increase your body weight. Plus, clarified butter helps your body absorb more vitamins and minerals that help lubricate stiff joints and give your skin a healthy glow. 1. Mix one tablespoon of clarified butter with one tablespoon of sugar. 2. Eat this mixture twice daily, at least 30 minutes before eating your lunch and dinner. 3. Follow this routine for a month.

Hello welcome A period of low carbohydrate ketogenic diet may help to control hunger and may improve fat oxidative metabolism and therefore reduce body weight. But ketogenic diet is used primarily to treat difficult-to-control (refractory) epilepsy in children. So it is better to consult a doctor physically.

There may be slight difference in size of two testes. But if there is marked difference, then get examined by a surgeon.

Use warm water for drinking,take healthy ,warm food,fresh fruits,dry fruits,take proper rest,sound sleep,do regular exercise, yoga,pranayam. Avoid- chilled water,cold drink, foods kept in fridge,oily,spicy,outside food,water, avoid late night works, travelling ,overexertion during menstruation. consult privately for complete relife... best luck..

Sir, 1 month sa mera ser ka bal bahut hi jada jare, suddenly very bad hair loss from last 1 month. Bal jhadna ruk hi nahi rahe hai. Ab mere eyebrows or eyelashes ka bal (hairs) jhad rahe hai. Din ma 8-10 bal nikalta eyelashes ka. Face wash karta towel sa pocha to towel pa bhi rehra. Pata nahi mujhe kuan si bimari ho gaye. Please try to give best answer. Hi, I can suggest you some home remedy for hair fall which is troubling you like many others. Hair fall is very common these days and chemical lotions are best avoided 1.Take the white of one egg and mix in a teaspoon of olive oil. 2.Beat to give a paste-like consistency and apply to the entire scalp and hair. 3.Keep it on for about 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse with cool water and a mild shampoo. Here are some easy tips to help avoid hair loss. Another method is to apply Aloe Vera Aloe Vera gel also works wonders. Massage the scalp with aloe gel, leave in for a few hours and then wash with lukewarm water. Aloe gel, coconut milk and wheat germ oil make a great hair conditioning treatment to help fight hair fall. Massage it on the scalp to reduce hair fall. 1.Wash hair without shampoo. 2.Apply coconut oil and do not shampoo, and leave it to dry. It will not make your hair oily as it will dry up in minutes.. 3.Look at the ingredients to find a mild shampoo. 4.Use a good hairbrush. 5.Try a scalp massage. 6.Test your hair for thinning if you're concerned.

Do urine re/me, culture and sensitivity test and take full course of antibiotic for 7 days accordingly after consulting physician. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass) daily.

Hello you need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Thank you.
