Hye, Thanks for the query. Usually, laziness stems from lack of stamina and energy due to poor nutrition. Once your nutrient intake improves your laziness will vanish. Also, at times, laziness is in the head. You must decide, make a plan or set a goal to wake up. Eg. Set a morning time to wake up for exercise or meet up with friends to indulge in some sport or hobby. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Please note the followings in respect to your queries: 1. Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. My mother is a homemaker, so she does all the works at home. 2 days back, when I came from college, she was on bed, very nervous, hands r getting cold, fast breath. Then I called my aunty and she told as low bp. Then she given pinch of salt on tongue. She took rest and recovered. Due to low BP monitor her bp for 3 days and report do 1.Take more salt. 2.No alcohol 3.Take More fluids 4.Regular exercise and walk for 30 mts if can do comfortably 5.Do not get up suddenly from lying down position- first move your feet and ankle while lying down, then sit up on the edge of the bed for few mts and then stand up slowly 6.Raise head end of bed at night by putting blocks/ bricks 7.No heavy wt lifting 8.Avoid constipation and straining at stool 9.Take small frequent meals may be 5 times a day 10.Take less sugar and rice and potato 11.Rest for 10 mts after eating 12.U can use elastic (compression) bandage on calf and thigh for medicine contact on private chat good luck.

For weight loss eat within the first hour of rising eat 4 main balanced meals a day and a small snack every 2 hours in between these (click here) exercise after a small light snack eat main meals after the workout hydrate yourself well, 1 glass of water every hour keep daily oil consumption to 10% of total calorie intake, i. E. On an average 3-4tsp a day all oils ate 100% fat, having the same calories. Even olive oil avoid refined sugar in beverages like tea, coffee, lassi, fresh lime. This is addition of empty calories on a daily basis stay away from artificial sweetner too. They are" artificial" thus the lesser the better. Say no fruits juices, smoothies or milkshakes eat the fruits instead healthy eating is a lifestyle, not a" diet" imbibe it.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. Healthy and glossy hair depends on a healthy and wholesome diet. Hair is made up of protein so a protein rich diet helps grow hair strong and healthy. Minerals are also important for lustrous hair. A recommended protein diet includes wheatgerm, pulses, legumes, and most importantly, soybean. Soybean is not only an excellent source of protein but it also acts as a dht (dihydrotestosterone) inhibitor reducing dht levels in the body. Along with protein, vitamin a and b rich foods like mangoes, dark green leafy vegetables, carrots, dried apricots, wholegrain cereals and peas will help prevent hair loss.

Hi. The discolouration around the genitals or armpits is mainly due to hormonal imbalance, so don't worry about it! In case if there is any other changes like eruptions, excessive itching, etc, then you can take an advice.

In order to enhance your skin you need to take care of your skin from outside. You may use a cream or moisturizer that contains Alpha Hydroxy Acid's (AHA's) like glycolic acid, lactic acid etc. AHA's exfoliate superficial dead skin cells and renew it with newer younger cells. Continued use of AHA's keeps skin in a state of continued renewal. This renewed skin is healthier, lighter and brighter. You may also opt for a few sessions of chemical peeling, particularly glycolic peel, from nearest approachable dermatologist. Glycolic peel utilizes a higher concentration of glycolic acid as compared to that present in creams/ moisturizers. The concentration that is available in peels is 20%, 35% 50% and 70%. Whereas creams contain just 6%, 8% or 10% of glycolic acid. I also suggest you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen, throughout the day. It should have both UVA as well as UV B coverage. Regular use of broad spectrum sunscreen would prevent tanning and also delay skin ageing i.e appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Some sunscreens are also fortified with vitamin C which has skin lightening as well as antiageing properties. Besides topical creams and chemical peeling sessions you may also take a few sessions of microdermabrasion to achieve the desired results. I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for more details and the needful. Regards.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Get it checked for any infection. Some tips to reduce pain. Keep two to three pillows while sleep. Don't lay completely flat. Your head should be at a higher level. Do warm salt water rinsing thrice daily.

*should eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. Etc *do not miss or skip your meals *eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. *eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. *proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. * do breathing exercises daily in morning & evening. *avoid all fast foods and if you have habit of smoking or drinking. Exercise immediately after eating is not recommended. Try to do it on empty stomach or 3-4 hrs after eating.

I am suffering from chronic depression since 5 years and my medication is Potheadin75 x2 at night , floxin40 and etirest. 5 in the morning, but recently I feel sadness along with fear without without any cause, the medicine prescribed doctor is not working at all, I have consult the doctor prescribed again the same medicine. I may kindly be give some medicine which relief the morning depression at least. Thanking you.

Dear lybrate user...As per your details you are on prothiaden which is the class of antidepressant usually prescribed in depression when anxiety symptoms are significant, so I assume that along with the depressive illness you also have significant anxiety since the beginning of illness. Now again the anxiety features what you have stated as fear are increasing. Assuming that you have depression since a while which has been taken care of with prothiaden and fluoxetine, my suggestion would be to increase the dose of fluoxetine as its dose can be optimised till 60mg in depression. But still I would suggest you for a detailed interview before taking any step. Take care
