Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy.But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting.But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight.If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts,only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating,only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. I had spontaneous normal vaginal delivery on 20th September 2015. One junior wrongly stitched my perennial area then she called her senior and she managed it. But on 6th day of my delivery, stitches got tear open. I went to hospital, they said. There was no infection but they can't resuture it. One private doctor is saying that we can restore it. please help me out that whether I should go for restoring or not? And if it heal on its own. How much time it will take? Please advice me.

You shall have to repair otherwise you may develop genital prolapse later. You must go to a senior gynaecologist who can do the perineal floor repair operation. It should be a good centre with high standard ot facility, where the gyn shall operate. You shall get totally cured.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Hello Lybrate user you may have develop hyperacidity problem. You have to take some antacid medicine. You can have himcocid syp of Himalaya 2 tsf two times a day.

Eat 6-7 times a day. Have extra ghee in your daals and rotis. Take stuffed paranthas with butter in breakfast. Have milk shakes and fruit juices. Have at least 3 rotis and rice in lunch. Eat green veggies and fresh fruits, nuts. Boil 4 dates in milk and have it at night. Have eggs, chicken, meat, cheese, curd.Keep yourself hydratedand stressfree.

Hello, As she had menses after having sex and her expected menstrual date is due, wait for 4-5 days more (if she has normal menstrual cycle of 30 days), then after 1 week of expected date of menses get pregnancy test done to clear your doubt or else visit a gynaecologist.

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals. Homoeopathic treatment will be beneficial to you.
