The standard size of the penis is 4 to 6 inches. But if you want to increase the size You do massage with olive oil and almond oil twice a day. Try some vacuum therapy, kegel exercise and jelqing exercise. Start eating a healthy diet like green vegetables like spinach, cabbage, kale etc contribute in male enhancement. Also citrus fruits like avocado, orange, and lemon that are rich in Vitamin B9. You can use aswdhanda 50gm+satwari 50gm safadmusli 25gm +silageet10gm mix and use 1\2sppon morning evening with milk. Eat a handful of strawberries before intercourse. Its high zinc content and glucose concentration can help you last longer. Eating a banana just before sex could help improve your performance as it contains potassium. It also has a large amount of glucose that can help you last longer. Drinking Amla or gooseberry juice every day could help you last longer in bed and also improve sperm quality as it contains iron and zinc. Also you can concern with us, if you want fast result. Dear user. TO CAUSE PREGNANCY on a woman, sperm should be ejaculated inside the vagina or fresh sperm should be inseminated inside the vagina with some means during the fertility period of the woman. There are many determinants of pregnancy. You should be sexually matured. Your partner should be sexually matured. The period of your partner should be in the fertile stage. Her egg and your sperm cells should be healthy enough. Then her uterus should be capable to get conceived. If all these were satisfied, the pregnancy could be a result. Semen do not pass through clothes to make pregnancy. Sex during periods does not cause pregnancy. Usually precum do not contain any sperm cells. Period means disintegration of the uterus membrane which is meant to be for the child. Swallowing male sperm cannot cause pregnancy. If you have taken unwanted 72 within 72 hours of intercourse, the chances of pregnancy is low. In the given case, there are less chances of pregnancy. Talk to a gynecologist for advice. Take care.

What are the symptoms of the swine flue?
How can it prevent? Is any treatment available for it? Can human save after ...
Hi, the following are the symptoms of swine flu: - sore throat, - stuffy nose - cough - fever and chills (not always) - bodyache and headache - nausea and vomitting - diarrhoea - fatigue all these symptoms appear within 1-3 days duration. Please follow these precautions: - avoid touching nose, eyes or mouth frequently. - cover your face while coughing or sneezing with a tissue or handkerchief and make sure people around you also follow the same. - avoid public places, crowded areas and unhygienic conditions as ther is a possibility of catching an infection. - if you are feeling sick, stay back at home and take rest so that you can avoid spreading of the disease and even you can recover fast if you take adequate rest. - in swine flu endemic areas, wear standard swine flu mask (h-95 mask) which are worn by the doctors and sample collecting technicians. Regular surgical mask which sold in the market like hot cakes are not good enough to prevent the entry of the viruses. - maintain personnel hygiene by washing your hands before and after eating and after visiting public places. Once diagnosed, the patient has to be shifted to the hospital where the patient is symptomatically in an isolation ward as it is highly contageous. They may be treated with antivirals like oseltamivir (tamiflu) or zanamivir (relenza). If this disease is treated properly in time, then one can get cured completely.

Why is Coconut SO good for you?

MS (Psychotherapy and Counselling), Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)

Why is Coconut SO good for you?
Apart from its use in many Indian homes for traditional reasons, coconut has several health benefits to offer -

1) Helps diabetics by slowing sugar release into the bloodstream.
2) Boosts metabolism and increases energy because it is more likely to be burned as fuel than stored as body fat.
3) Helps treat malnutrition because it is easy to digest and absorb.
4) Kills disease-causing bacteria, fungi, yeasts and viruses because of the antimicrobial effects of its fatty acids.
5) Prevents strokes and brain disorders such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
6) Prevent tooth decay - coconut oil fights bacteria responsible for tooth decay and could be a healthy, non-chemical additive in toothpaste and mouthwash.

Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. Avoid using comb in wet hairs.
