You need Behavior Therapy for this. Your behavior and thought process needs to change. You have fears in approaching girls for which you need to understand what makes you to hesitate. You may not be having any healthy relationship with any girl in the past. This has made you insecure. When you approach girls, you fear that they may know about your sexual needs and ditch you. For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily... Take baidyanath chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily for a week.....+ 1tsf triphala churna daily..., take small meals 4-5 times a day..eat healthy n light food ...drink plenty of water...walk 1km daily in evening...follow up after a week.

Please follow the advice given below. 1. Take a break-use 20-20 rule, take a break for 20 second after working in computer for 20 minutes and look at some thing 20 feet away. 2. Blink frequently to prevent dryness of eyes 3. Use of computer glass- it optimises your eye sight when you are looking at digital screen and helps to decrease glare 4. Keep your monitor bright- this decreases flicker 5. Use proper lighting like incandescent light 6. Check position of monitor- monitor should be placed 4-5inches below eye level and 20-28 inches from eyes 7. Adjust, screen resolution 8. Minimise glare- clean monitor regularly to remove dust and place an anti glare screen 9. Try massage or eye cupping- massaging the area around the eye will relax eye muscle. Rub your hands together to create friction and warmth, then gently cup your palm over the closed eye and rest them 10. Take multivitamin tablet containing vitamin a, c, e, b complex, zinc and antioxidant (one capsule of revital daily after breakfast) 11. Go for yearly eye examination.

Let’s take a inner view of the post-ejaculatory state of human body Just after ejaculation of sperm a sudden decrease in the amount of TESTOSTERONE hormone occurs. This TESTOSTERONE hormone plays an important role in metabolism & muscle growth. Daily Masturbation leads to a chronic decrease in the TESTOSTERONE production as a result of which the metabolism process of body becomes slow. This internal slow metabolism is externally manifested as muscle loss, weakness, fatigue etc. So, it is evident why masturbating too much is prohibited. Allergies can be hereditary. But if you try to boost your immune system you will have lesser problems. Get your allergy test done, if you have not done it till now. Stay away or avoid all those things which trigger allergic reactions in your body. You may also try ayurvedic or homeopathy medicines because they will treat the root cause. But please remember, that with your consistent efforts you can rid of this. So do not get frustrated. You need to go for walk/jog/cycling whatever you like. Do yoga and pranayam as well. Have healthy food and on time. Take adequate rest and have plenty of water. All this will boost your immune system. In the morning when you get up, first thing is - sit comfortably, close your eyes and tell yourself that your body and mind is getting stronger every day. Do the same exercise at night. Allergies are triggered when you are under lot of stress. Please try some de-stressing exercises. Take care.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Hye, Thanks for the query. To stay fit and healthy you need to eat as per what your body needs. Try to avoid long gaps in between meals. Do not fast for long hours. This will help avoid binging in the next meal. If you want to adopt a healthy diet includes a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, and lean protein including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds, and healthy fats. Include foods you can find in your local grocery store  — rather than specialty non local foods. Local and seasonal foods always give us the right nutrients. Do consider your health risks if you have any when choosing foods. Stay away from calorie-laden, fatty and salty convenience and highly processed and junk foods.  Experiment with quick and healthy cooking techniques, such as baking, grilling and sauteing. Learn important food safety tips. Avoid unwanted stress. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Sleep well and drink plenty of water.

It is claimed that it increases platelet count. There is no reliable proof. There is no medicine also to increase platelet count. If platelet is proved to be going down continuously, platelet transfusion is the only answer.

Hi Lybrate User, Firstly never give up on your efforts to stay fit. 1. It is unfortunate that many Gym Instructors are just body builders with no idea about Body Physiology and the Science Behind Weight Reduction. 2. Please do not rely on such Gym Instructors. 3. There is nothing such as Fat Burner. It is just waste of money and time. There is no medicine, herb, mix, that can burn fat. 4. Fat can only get eliminated through a balance of sensible eating and proper exercise. 5. Dieting is usually a wrong approach. People tend to give up Roti and stay hungry and in the evening eat one biscuit packet and a samosa. 6. Get a healthy nutrition plan. Eat more fruits and veggies and salads. 7. Drink one glass of water every hour from waking till 8 pm. 8. Cut down on outings. .malls. .parties. Popcorns. Burgers. Pizzas. 9. Get a complete body check with Sugar/Liver/Thyroid/Cholesterol/BP etc profile done. In case there is any other problem you will get to know. 10. Change your exercise. Make it more intensive. Visit youtube and try to copy/do 20 min intensive Aerobics. Join a Zumba/ Aerobics Class. 11. You are trying to lose weight. But the methods are all wrong. Thats why its not working. 12. Get proper advice.

Dear, you must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Take care.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine colocynthesis 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 2 days and update. Avoid fried and spicy food. Drink lot of water. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet.
