Mr Ganesh Kumar, since you have T1 DM, I am sure you are on Insulin injections. By now you must have learnt that Insulin injections is the treatment for T1 DM. In addition to that you have to take a properly planned diet that provides exact calories based on your wight, physical activity (daily exercise) and blood sugar levels. Plus you will have to avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Also refrain from smoking and alcohol. Do regular exercise for at least 1 hour a day. In short you have to adapt a modified lifestyle.Plus do self monitoring of blood glucose wit the help of a glucometer at home. This is essential to keep a track of your glucose levels in order to avoid severe hypoglycemia.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Hi, it's very important to prevent pregnancy as you are not married and don't want to have any kids at this time. So'prevention is always better than cure! better you use condom and at the same time she should also take an emergency pill to make sure pregnancy hasn't taken place (as condom failure rates are there). Bleeding on first intercourse occurs only when the hymen (a thin membranous layer covering the vaginal opening) is hard, thick, tight and tough and bleeds after getting ruptured; but many females have flexible, soft and thin hymen which being thin and flexible gets aside and allows penis to enter the opening and bleeding never occurs (in first and further intercourses). Pain during first intercourse is variable depending upon the threshold of pain of a female, her tolerance level and the thickness of the hymen.

Your sleep disturbance needs to be evaluated, you need to be taught sleep hygiene, if no results you may need not sleeping pills, but some pills which promote sleep naturally increasing sleep neurotransmitters, like melatonin.   1. Choose high fiber carbohydrates: Carbohydrates are an essential element of the daily diet but have a huge impact on blood sugar levels. Hence, it is important to pick the right carbohydrates. Your diet should have a limited amount of refined carbohydrates such as white bread, pasta, soda etc. and should be focused more on high fiber carbohydrates such as brown rice, sweet potatoes, rolled oats and bran flakes that are digested slowly. This prevents your body from producing excessive insulin.
  2. Be sweet smart: The key to indulge your sweet tooth and controlling diabetes is moderation. Abruptly, removing sugar from your diet can make you crave for it. Instead, gradually lower your sugar intake. If you can't miss out on the dessert at the end of a meal, reduce the amount of carbohydrates in your meal. Adding healthy fats like peanut butter, yogurt or nuts to your dessert can also slow down the digestive process and thus control blood sugar level.
  3. Keep a food diary: When you are diabetic, it is very important to eat at regular intervals. Eating frequent, small meals are often better than fewer large meals. Try and maintain a food diary to keep track of your calorie intake. This helps identify problem areas of where your body is getting excessive calories from. When you are aware of the calories associated with things you eat, it is easier to cut down on snacks and replace unhealthy snacks with healthier options.
  4. Choose fats wisely: It is impossible to completely cut out fats from your diet. While some fats such as liquid vegetable oils and commercial baked goods are unhealthy, others have important health benefits. Unsaturated fats are the healthiest and safest. Replacing your vegetable cooking oil for olive oil and biscuits with nuts are easy ways to make smart choices with your fat intake.
  5. Go green: Green leafy vegetables are low on carbohydrates and high on nutrients. Thus, make them an integral part of your meal. Vegetables like kale, spinach, lettuce, etc. can be eaten raw or cooked. Along with being nutritious, they also add texture and color to your meals, thus making them more visually appealing.

Dear Lybrate User, The size of penis depends on four factors:- 1) HEIGHT OF THE PERSON :- Every organ of a taller person posses greater dimension than those of a shorter person. 2) TESTOSTERONE HORMONE:- Less secretion of this hormone leads to underdevelopment of sexual organs 3) SEXUAL DISEASES:- Patients suffering from Erectile dysfunction often complaints of short penis. 4) FATTY TUMMY:- With every increase of 6 kg in weight, the waistline is increased up to 2 cm. This fatty layer of abdomen conceals 2 cm of the length of penis by surrounding it. Kindly remember that the penis will not remain erected all time. To stop hair fall change food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, salad, milk end milk products, do arobicexcersices, yoga or walking will help.
