Hello, I advice for go for morning walk daily & do hot fermentation daily 3 times & apply diclofenac gel gently to affected part. If the pain persist then kindly consult the orthopedic doctor. Regards

Your sugar levels are not in normal range. You have not mentioned what medicine you are taking. What is your age body weight n your profession. Taking alcohol will definetly have adverse effect on you. So do not take alcohol.

I am 20years old I hv a lots off dandruff in my hair from my birth. I use many medical shampoo but it still not working n my hair was ruf for all of reaction for anti dandruff shampoos what can I do?

Hello. Few self-care tips can help you control and manage dandruff: Soften and remove scales from your hair. Apply mineral oil or olive oil to your scalp. Leave it in for an hour or so. Then comb or brush your hair and wash it. Wash your skin regularly. Rinse the soap completely off your body and scalp. Avoid harsh soaps and use a moisturizer. Avoid products that contain alcohol. These can cause the disease to flare up. Wear smooth-textured cotton clothing. This helps keep air circulating around your skin and reduces irritation. If you have a beard or mustache, consider shaving it off. Seborrheic dermatitis can be worse under mustaches and beards. If this is the case for you, shaving might ease your symptoms. Avoid scratching. Scratching can increase irritation and your risk of infection. Gently clean your eyelids. If your eyelids show signs of redness or scaling, wash them each night with baby shampoo and wipe away scales with a cotton swab. Warm or hot compresses also may help. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Badiaga 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Anti-Dandruff shampoo and Anti-Dandruff oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 1 month.

I have very thin hairs. I think its genetically thin because my father, paternal uncle and my grandfather too have thin hairs. My hairs are so thin that my scalp can be easily seen between my hairs. Consume fresh fruits and juices carrot, grape, etc. Coconut water in after noon. Avoid fried, spicy and pungent food. 1- lodhra powder 50 gm + manjistha powder 50 gm + arjun powder 50 gm + tankan bhasma 10 gm, mix in mixer, make it very fine (kapad chan), take 3-4 gm mix in honey and apply the paste on dark circles twice in a day keep for 1-2 hours and later wash with warm water (take care that paste may not enter in eye) 2- sarivadyasava 15 ml twice daily with water after food 3- triphala churna 5-6 gm at bed time with warm water continue for 3-4 months and give feed back after every month.

First of all you need to cut the intake of sodium (if you are suffering from high blood pressure cos you have not mentioned whether you are hypotensive or hypertensive) and carbs in your diet. Then include yoga n exercise in your daily regimen. It is helpful for both blood pressure n diabetes. There r many yogasanas the help in stimulating the pancreas to keep the blood glucose levels in control. Cut down the rice intake for dinner n can have in the afternoon. Here are few tips which can help you keep your blood sugar levels at control. 1. Take fenugreek seeds 1 tspn in the morning on empty stomach 30 min before food. 2. Mix equal quantity of turmeric powder n amla powder n take it with warm water in the morning 30 min before breakfast. 3. Take cinnamon tea thats cinnamon soaked in hot water for 10 mind drink this 1 hour before breakfast and dinner.
