I have grown my hair long. Bt they are nt so thick. Which shampoo shall I use and should I have Bath regularly?
1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5.Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6.Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7.You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8.You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9.Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10.Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and � cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and � cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. Get some relax during the work and walk for 15 min. In between the work. Intake healthy diet and green leafy vegetables. Drink 1 glass of milk every day with half table spoon of turmeric. Do cervical exercises for that. And not use pillow at night.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Cholesterol medicine is given to patients who have risk of heart disease or known case of heart disease. In case of young person like you its not needed unless you have very high level of cholesterol. In either case one has to continue it for lifelong. Yes, there are certain side effects, but the risk is minimal.

Hi lybrate-user Irecommends the following basic principles to keep in mind if you wish to gain weight in a healthy way: Increase your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day. Carbs are needed to gain weight but include healthier options like banana, potato, mango, whole grains, rice, etc. Instead of sugar-rich foods, chocolates and other junk foods. In order to increase your muscle mass, it is essential to do weight training 4-5 times a week for an hour. You can vary the intensity depending on your capacity. Consume protein-rich foods after you workout to increase muscle mass and eat good fats like nuts and seeds in your diet. Eating a handful of pumpkin or flaxseeds is a good way to give your body the fat intake it needs. Though junk foods like vada pav or burgers are loaded with calories, they only increase body fat and not muscle mass which is not the right way to go about. Here is a healthy weight gain diet plan which includes the right foods one should consume to put on kilos in a healthy manner. But along with this, you also need to engage in physical activity for at least 30 minutes every day. It is also essential to have at least 6-8 glasses of water to flush out toxins from the body. One should follow this diet till the time their ideal weight is achieved.

Miss lybrate-user, as you told you have pcod problem. Basically it is due to hormone imbalance. There are number of reasons for that, it is mainly due to faulty food habits and life style. Stress and anxiety are also main cause of hormonal imbalance. So our line of treatment should have to include all these factors too. Our brain has its own biological clock and it work according to that- like -time of hunger, time for bowel clearance etc. So we must follow this clock. Deviation from it leads to number of disease. Do daily walk take your meal on time, so that it is properly digested, nothing is more important than digestion of food. Make sure that your bowel moment is ok. Do yoga and pranayam - asana, kapalbhati is very good in pcod. Tere are lots of ayurvedic medicine which are helpful in it. Consult for proper medication.

Naturally our teeth colour ranges from pearly white to pale yellow so everyone cannot hv white teeth. Get scalling n polishing done by dentist. If you r not happy with your teeth shade later, you can get bleaching done by dentist which'll lighten your teeth by 2-3 shades. Alternatively you can use a teeth whitening toothpaste such as snowdent after scalling. Whitening gels used daily along with customized dental trays provided by dentist r also available in the market. Avoid heavily coloured foods, tea n coffee, cool drinks, smoking n tobacco products as they stain teeth.

Too much distraction is a problem and may be induced by stress which you may not be aware of. If you meet with a counselor it will help. In the meantime do the following regularly: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night?s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive or coconut oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that you and the family go for counseling too.

I have a fatty lever. Got to know about it after I resumed my morning jogging. (fatty liver is due to excess fat accumulation in liver cells. There are three grades of fatty liver. Grade 1- it is the initial stage of fatty liver. Fat accumulates on the outer surface of liver and does not interfere with functions of liver and the person is asymptomatic. It is only accidentally detected during routine health check up and screening test (increased liver enzymes, increased size of liver on usg grade 2 &3 are are severe form and patient may be symptomatic like 1. Malaise, fatigue, fullness/heaviness in abdomen, liver may be enlarged and tender, 2. Jaundice, dark colored urine, loss of weight, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, 3. Generalised itching, giddiness, bleeding tendency, flapping tremor, impotency etc. 4. It can lead to cirrhosis of liver cause of fatty liver 1. Alcohol, obesity are the two major causes. 2. Other causes could be diabetes, hypertension, hypercholestorlemia, tb, mal nutrition, c, pregnancy 3. Drugs like steroid anti epileptic, anti hypertensive, anti neoplastic precaution 1. Reduce weight if you are over weight by regular exercise, 2. Control diet by avoiding oily, fatty, cholesterol rich and high calorie diet, diary food product, fried /processed/junk food, soft drink, sugar, salt, ghee butter meat. 3. Take foods rich in omega3 fatty acid like walnut, fish oil, flax seed oil, high fiber diet, vegetables, beet/carrot and fruits 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Avoid hepato toxic drugs 4. Total abstinence from alcohol, smoking if you are having 5. Monitor your liver function test regularly and consult gastro enterologist/hepatologist for advice and treatment 6. Control diabetes/hypertension if you have 7. Take hepato protective drugs like liv 52 2 tablets twice daily 8. Consult gastro enterologist/hepatologist for further advice.

Hello- your vitals are normal as per your report, so be tension free you are healthy. >to maintain this health in near future you should follow some tips- 1. Take your meals at fixed timinings and it should contain all the things (dal. Sabji etc) in a proportionate amount. 2. Practice yoga and pranayam daily instead of gym & cardio. 3. Drink sufficient amount of water daily. 4. Have a habit of oil massage with sesame oil daily, it will prevent your bones from osteoporosis and delay ageing process. 5. Have some ayurvedic health supplements like arogya wardhini vati, chandra prabha vati, ashwagandharistha etc along with your diet, instead of chemical supplements like omega 3, vitamin d, or chemical calcium supplements etc.
