These might be the side effects of the medicines or your ptsd. To hep you recover from ptsd, I suggest that you include counselling as part of treatment to help you to reduce the residual emotional impact of the incident and it's memories. Counselling can also help you to rehabilitate emotionally and socially if you are feeling lonely and isolated. Some tips to help you put the incident behind you and move on: 1. Get moving with doing physical exercises like running, jogging, sports, mountain climbing, biking, trekking etc. This will awaken the numbed nervous system and help you remain in today's reality rather than the past or the future. The exercise will help you to feel confident, powerful and in control of yourself and your surroundings as you complete each round of the activity. Relaxing in the lap of nature is an integral part of healing from ptsd. The quietness can be calming and healing to the tortured soul. 2. Meet people: connecting with gentle and understanding people who have the time for you and are non judgemental of your past will help you to heal the scars of the past and move beyond them. This gives a sense of safety, security and support which ptsd people need. 3. Remind yourself that you are alive after all: this in it self is a huge feeling of power over the source of trauma. If you can, help other people who are undergoing the same trauma or donate blood and volunteer with the underprivileged. This work is very healing in itself and you realise your own power to heal and help others. 4. Cut out smoking and alcohol and have a nutritious and healthy well balanced meals. This also helps the mind and body to recuperate from the trauma as the nutrition repairs any cell damage in the brain and body. Meditations, pranayama and yoga are very effective tools to reduce panic and anxiety attacks pertaining to ptsd.

Hello,lybrate user, You are obeased ,first try to enshape your body,else with u may suffer so many unwanted problem,please, to gain weight will b improper,instead. Go for a brisk walk in d morning. To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Dear, These are the causes of acne: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid acne: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes.

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the knee against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

Use acne ann pimple cream of himalaya. Syrup purodil 2-2-2. Saarivasav 2spoons twice orally with equal quantity of warm water. Mahamanjishthadi vati 2-2-2 take all for 6 months. Follow healthy diet. Green vegetables salads fruits. Lot of water. Stop junk foods and outside food. Avoid eating spicy oily fatty and sour food items.

Dear lybrate-user, probably it is your brain neurochemical that is making you feel like committing suicide. Please go to a psychiatrist and get treated. Depression is like a passing cloud. You yourself can observe that there is few hours when you feel good also. Whenever you felt hopeless in the past how did you cope up. Use the same coping now also. Now you have few more strengths with you to cope up. Actually if you think of your life you can see many good things happened. You are not disabled in any way. Many of your main organs are functioning well. Nobody can be 100% fine. Just some chemicals are low - they can be corrected.

It is all about training your mind dear shruti. Everytine you crave to eat an ice cream ask yourself a question will it help me in a long run? the answer should be no. This is a first step to practicing self discipline. And then taking an action after that question. Along with this I would suggest you to keep a small box of almonds. So everytime you crave put some 3-5almonds in your mouth. Remember to skip one thing you love the most, the moment you eat an ice cream. Hope this helps. These are just the baby steps I have recommended you. Start following these regularly and then come back. Ps: keep a habit of eating nutritious food every 2-3hours:)
