Having problem with cough and cold from last 2 days and I'm a asthma patient what should I do now?

DAA, DNB
Pulmonologist, Bangalore
Hi. I understand your concerns. You may be having viral infection now. Try steam inhalation and warm salt water gargling. If you have breathlessness or wheezing then you have to consult pulmonologist. Hope your questions were answered. Thanks.

My husband (32 years old) is an Asthmatic and he is using Asthalin Inhaler but after taking the inhaler he feels acidity or stomach problems. Some time mild chest pain. What should he do? Can his asthma be cured? Should he take Homeopathic medicine or some home remedy can help to cure his asthma problem? Please suggest. Thank you in advance.

Asthalin inhalers will not cause acidity or chest pain it may be due to something else asthma can be well controlled with medications if it is due to allergy, it can be cured by Immunotherapy.

I have cough and cold from last 3 days. Also I have problem in inhalations what should I do now?
Drink plenty of warm fluids. Drinking warm fluids helps to loosen the secretions in your sinuses so that your mucus flows more freely, making you feel better faster. Studies show that drinking warm fluids relieves cold symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, sore throat, and fatigue. For further queries get back to me.
