Hi, take homoeopathic medicine - schwabe's damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. One can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises. These exercises are good for gaining and maintaining good health. Also, practice pelvic floor exercise or kegel exercise, consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor. In order to locate your pelvic muscles try to stop and begin the flow of urine as using the bathroom. You can perform kegel exercises with the empty bladder as exercising pelvic muscle with the full bladder might result in urinary tract infections.

If you check sugar ten times , everytime it will be different, because sugar leveks aren't stationary,it changes every second. In a day it fluctuates round about 10 thousand times.Accuracy of glucometer is 10 to 15% plus minus.

I am a cricket player in gali cricket team.A ball hit in my ankle. Its 3 days past but my pain not relive. What I do?
what is the severity of pain? is the pain continous or intermittent? is it pulsating? since pain is a complex phenomenon, there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. Apart from pain killers, there is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. A therapeutic diet complemented with few medications for pain management can also work wonders. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

What is the way out? Also facing gastric problems. Latest Blood Sugar report is FPG : 127, PPG :121. BP : 160/80.

Hi, My mother is a diabetic and hypertensive patient. She is taking medication but feeling some problems like hunger,...
Mr. Lybrate-user, blood glucose levels mentioned look well within control. What is the hba1c%? it should be <7. If one maintains these levels then energy level of the patient is usually good. Bp should ideally be 140 / 80. May be needs to improve the treatment. Walking helps better utilisation of blood glucose also makes person feel fresh and energetic. She should walk at least 15 to 20 minutes with in the house premises or around it. Walk 2 to 3 times a day, so that a minimum of 45 minutes of walking is done by the end of the day. If possible she should also learn pranayam and practice it daily. It helps improve energy level and also helps in relaxation. Thanks.

Dear Prakash, With advancing age, the metabolism becomes slack, slow and older people react badly to foods and climate etc. Since you know heavy, spicy dinner is affecting him badly, make sure he had light, early dinners. The alcohol content of beer is less 5-9%, as compared to over 40% in case of whisky. The calorie count of beer is also important, as it varies from type to type. Avg is around 4-7 calories per ml. So, consume accordingly. Yes, you can take medicines with /before drinks as they are having calories.
