Hello, Yes, it's very normal during change of weather, one should protect by covering properly. Take Schwabe’s Alpha-CF and Biocombination-11, both after every 2 hourly for 4 days. Use Bakson's Nasal-Aid spray/ 1-2 sprays after every 4hours. Management: - Avoid cold drinks and fried food, take healthy food. -Avoid exposure to Air-conditioner or cold air (wrap a warm stole or mufflar around neck). -Avoid excessive or rough use of your voice/ shouting. -Gargle with warm water and salt 3 times a day and take steam-inhalation once before going to bed. -Take enough sleep and rest.

Hello, kindly follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapatti etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Kindly go for CBC test and consult physician for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

If you have medicine it will take longer time to get cured, because your age is less than 35. Because there wint be any organic disease during this age. Mostly functional disorder which you can overcome very easily. So my suggestions is start to do some exercise regularly which will remove toxin from body and reduce the nerve sensitivity. And also it will increase the insulin receptor and easily managed the sugar metabolism. High sugar is most cause of premature ejaculation when you manage the sugar level in your body. It is not necessary to have the sugar. There are so many facts for premature ejaculation. Let me list out few causes. 1) main is high sugar not necessary to have diabetes but junk foods, white wheat flour products like pastries, cake, bread, parotta, naan, samosa and etc. And next soft drinks, french fries, and processes food will try to keep your sugar level always high without your knowledge and cause liver storage disorder. 2) hypo or hyper thyrodism 3) acidosis by acid food and due to other chemical used mostly in hotel as flavour enhancer, which will reduce the functionality of kidney and make your body more acidic and which inturn lead to premature ejaculation. 4) sleeplessness make improper metabolism which inturn cause premature ejaculation. 5) less fiber food cause more unwanted bacterial growth which will cause inflammation and which inturn cause premature ejaculation. And there are so many causes. And 70% of causes can be overcome by only exercise and meditation. Only those who are really suffering from disease need medicine. Pre diabetic state where a person initial symptoms is premature ejaculation. Which cannot be identified by blood sugar. Still there are more factors, what I said will easily resolve your problem.

To get a healthy body do regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, push ups, sit ups etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, sugar, sweetened juice. Eat more whole fruits, vegetables. Take yogurt, dates. Eat protein rich foods like fish like tuna, egg, cottage cheese, lean meat, peanut, soy products etc. Use good fats like fish oil, olive oil, refined vegetable oil, flax seed, pumpkin seed, almond, walnut etc. Eta whole wheat, whole grain, oats bran, brown bread, brown rice etc, drink lots of water. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Proper rest and stress free life.

ASTHMA DO'S and DON'TS Do's 1) close windows at night to avoid pollens 2) take regular medicines 3) do exercise and pranayama daily 4) diet should be healthy 5) keep bedroom clean and dust free 6) regular checkup at clinic 7) use a light color to wall as well curtains.(especially bedroom) 8) dinner should be taken before sunset. 9) Use mask while going out or apply coconut oil to nostrils 10) carry inhaler all the time (emergency) 11) massage to the chest and back warm with oil, afterward take hot fomentation. Take cap, Nasollerin 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 days. Avoid cold and refrigerated food. Drink boiled and cooled water. Take steam inhalation by adding 1 or 2 drops of eucalyptus oil to boiling water. Wear warm clothing. Avoid intake of sweets and oil fried food.
