Dear, These are methods and instructions to reduce cholesterol in body : * Avoid Butter , Ghee & cream in your diet . * Eat five leaves of Kari patta and five leaves of neem once in a day . * Avoid non veg food because it contain high fat content . * Do not eat fast food and avoid cold drink. * Do running and jogging daily for 15 minutes . Start with 5 minutes then increase time period slowly.Do morning and evening walk daily . * Do not drink alcohol it harmful to your liver and disturb your metabolism causes increase in cholesterol. * Add Kali mirch( black pepper ) in your breakfast . * Drink 6 to 7 glass of water daily . * Take sound sleep in night of 6 to 7 hrs .Do not take stress .

Hi, take arnica 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day tab biochemic silicea 6xtabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth and apply arnica q (10 ml quantity to be bought) take 2 drops in 1tablespoon of water and apply over the both cheeks once a day.

dear lybrate user due to raise in body temperature during summer and respiring hot air the nasal excretion gets dried which further damages thin mucosal layer leads to blood clots. inorder to control this drink plenty of water everyday to cool ur body temperature,avoid working under hot sunlight,take oil bath,drink fresh fruit juices,dont remove the nasal excretion forcefuly,take sniffs of coconut oil as it will softens the nasal mucosa.wash with cold water.

Hello lybrate-user, You are probably feeling that there is no end to your problems and suicide seems like the only way out, but please understand that suicide is not your way out. There is help available. Please reach out to a psychiatrist and get help. Life is worth living you may not feel so now coz everything thing may seem negative to you but trust me ,hold on you won't regret it. Where ever you are reach out and get help. If you are on medication and it is not helping tell your doctor they can change it. There is a solution to all problems. You are right now only concentrating only on the problem look towards a solution. Try some of the following tips along with medication and it may help Tough times are a part of our life, sometimes we are unable to handle it leading to us becoming slaves to a lot of negativity. There are a few things you can try to  help tide over it. * Firstly stop being in denial   accept the situation stop getting angry and bargaining for something better, accept and tell yourself  I want to face this  and  I will do my best to deal with this.* What next? - calm down, think through and try to figure out what to do next? Start working on a solution for the issue rather than just focusing on the issue. * Solution may not come to you immediately but at least start working towards it one step at a time.  * To find solutions we should put ourselves in a third person perspective. Finding solutions is a lot easier this way. Remember that every problem has a solution. * Get help - do not shove away family, friends or any loved ones who are trying to help you. Seeking help does not make you weak. Try and discuss the issue with them to get an outsiders perspective. Since they are not a part of the problem they will be able to have 360 view of the issue and they may be able to help you better. * Positivity is important - it may seem like a difficult task but try to focus on the positive things happening in your life. Try to surround yourself with positive people, and people who see the good in you. * Don t give up   never give way for negativity to seep into your life. Stop yourself from focusing on negative thoughts and emotions.   Drugs/ alcohol - never look at drugs, alcohol, smoking or abuse of any kind as a solution for your problem, it only gives you a perception that things are fine, but the truth is, it only increases your problem. * No blame game - do not blame yourself or others for the problem. Blaming will not solve your situation. * Stay healthy- do not neglect your health. You need to be there for yourself too. Finally remember this too shall pass.

A guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. You can add one teaspoon of honey to the above mix and have it in the morning. This combination is believed to burn the fat inside the body. 1 cup of green tea or black tea or black coffee without added sugar You can choose any of these for your diet plan or change the items daily to avoid monotony. Breakfast You can have a breakfast which contains less than 350 calories. Here are some options Two rotis along with half a cup lentil gravy or tofu gravy OR 1 quarter plate brown bread or broken wheat upma and a cup of low fat milk OR 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar  and ½ cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Take ½ cup melon/cucumber and carrot salad or 20 grapes or a fistful of peanuts/ almonds/ melon seeds. Make sure that the calorie consumption is between 50-70 calories. Lunch There are multiple options for vegetarian lunch. You can eat rotis with vegetables or go for brown rice and vegetable gravies or have some roti and rice, according to your preference. Make sure that the calories do not exceed 350 calories. Here are some suggestions for your best vegan diet for weight loss. 1 cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and ½ cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. 2 rotis with ½ cup vegetable gravy of your choice and one small cup raitha or green salad. You can change the above menu to ½ cup rice, and one roti with vegetable gravy, if you prefer to eat both rice and roti for lunch. If you feel that your stomach is not full, try having some clear soup before having your lunch. Evening In the evening you can opt for any of these Green teaButtermilkSalted lime juiceHalf cup oats cooked in low fat milk or water If you prefer to eat some snacks, you can select any of the mid morning snack or can opt for a half cup of cooked pulses or beans. Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. You can eat 2 rotis or one quarter plate upma or 3 slices of brown bread or one bowl of oats at night along with ½ cup vegetable and 1 bowl of salad. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

There are few like osteoporosis and oral thrush. Gargles after use and use calcium tablets if required. No major side effect.

Tab. Keraglo men once daily for 3 months. Qilib men solution 6-8 sprays once daily. Increase protein diet. Green leafy vegetables. Anaphase shampoo. Test- hemoglobin, thyroid function test.
