Hello, take Sulphur 200 ch ,5 drops , single dose. Take Azadirachta 1X , 2 tabs twice daily. Apply Topi Cantharis on the red skin. Revert me after 15 days.

physical activities are must to have sound sleep. regular morning walk yoga exercise are very helpful to sleep. and ultimately a fix time to go sleep. bedding ventilation and room temprature should be favourable. and if all is ok then before going to sleep take a glass of hot milk with mishri and sip to have good sleep.

These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores ,which in turn clear the skin .steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily.• Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals You can also avail my glow skin package for treatment. Be healthy.

Hello, Take single dose of Merc sol 200, 5 drops, in the morning , empty stomach. Borax 30 ,3 drops twice daily. take 5-6 tabs of BC No 04, after dinner. Drink 10 to12 glasses of water daily. Eat fiber rich green vegetables and fruits. Revert me after 10 days.

Dear Lybrate User, It is also important to eat the right vitamins to support eye health. Vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin A, C, and E, are all important to eye health.all day, your eyes are probably under a lot of strain. Do yourself (and your eyes) a favour by taking a break for about 10 minutes for every 50 minutes. Simply close your eyes for a minute or get up and walk. apply heat to your eyes by rubbing your palms together and then placing them over your eyes. You maybe suffering from allergic rhinitis and pharyngitis. You need to avoid the cause of your allergies and also take anti allergy medications. Please consult for prescription. If you have an infection and have fever you will need to do a course of antibiotics. For now do warm saline gargle and steam inhalation 3 times a day.

Dear Lybrate user. Please don’t panic. You must understand erectile dysfunction. There is nothing called erectile dysfunction while having masturbation. Loosing erection in the initial stages of sex or not having erection at all or having late erection or lack of sexual desire are called erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction can be a sign of a physical or psychological condition. It can cause stress, relationship strain, and low self-confidence. The main symptom is a man's inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. Patients suffering from erectile dysfunction should first be evaluated for any underlying physical and psychological conditions. If treatment of the underlying conditions doesn't help, medications and assistive devices, such as pumps, can be prescribed. 1. Lean red meat: it is loaded with proteins and iron and aids in quick weight gain. Choose rib-eye, t-bone, new-york strip and beef tenderloin. These varieties should be taken with a healthy diet for a healthy body.

2. Peanut butter: it is loaded with proteins and fats; hence they are great for weight gain. A tablespoon of peanut butter contains 100 calories and it contains various essential nutrients like magnesium, vitamin e, b3 and folate. While purchasing a bottle of peanut butter, opt for one that doesn’t have added sugar.

Symptoms of Diabetes 1. Excessive Thirst 2. Frequency of urination especially in night 3. Excessive Hunger 4. Fatigue 5. Blurring Of Vision, irritability, tingling and numbness in hand/feet, fatigue 6. Recurrent boil/fungal infection, Sores or cuts that won’t heal Prevention 1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2.
