Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Hello doc. I am 31 years old married for 9 yrs. I have fear in my mind about having sex. I feel pain in my vagina. My doc suggested me a minor surgery. She said they will do a Minor cut on my vaginal opening just to widen it. So that I would not feel problem while having sex. Pls tell me is this OK to have it? She ensured me that I would not have any problem. It needs only a day rest. Pls guide me.

Yes,hymenotomy is done to widen the opening,and it's safe also.You can go for it.Also you can dip sterile cotton in oil and moisten your vagina to make it smooth

You may follow some regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk every day. You may use light diets and soups of carrots and beetroots and green vegetables. Avoid oily or junk food as well as sour products e. G. Pickles etc. And dahi (yogurts). You may follow some ayurveda medicines as bellow. Hemtab. 1 tab twice daily with water after meals. Hempuspa 10ml twice daily with water after meals. Follow regular for 3-6 months. Here are some tips to help you reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes.

Check your risk of diabetes. Take the life! risk assessment test and learn more about your risk of developing type 2 diabetes. See your doctor for regular check-ups. As you get older, it's a good idea to regularly check your blood glucose, blood pressure and blood cholesterol levels.

. Me and my partner had a sex on 14 February. And than she had a periods the after our sex on 15. Than after 8 to 9 days she again had a period. Then we had a sonography test but it was normal. Then the next period date was on 14 but she did not had a period. Now we are in confusion that is she is pregnant or not. And she everything alright What is the best we can do now?

As you said she had repeat periods after 8or9days hence onwards count her last cycle from the last period.

My wife is pregnant starting 6months which food is better this time. climate is very hot.
She needs wholesome food with plenty of protein carbs & fat besides vitamins calcium iron and other essential nutrients. She needs approx 2400-2600 cal at this stage. Milk dairy products fish meat eggs nuts greens and fruits sprouts pulses wheat or brown rice are good. Give her coconut water butter milk and curd as well. Avoid junk and processed food with artificial flavor or added colour. She can indulge in sweets occasionally but do watch for excess fat going in her diet in form of fried stuff as thats not required. Baby needs quality of nutrition not quantity. There is no need to eat fot two. Encourage to drink plenty of fluids and split her meals into many small meals rather than 2-3 big meals during the day. Sports drink energy mixes and alcoholic beverages besides excess of caffeine etc is not recommended.

Dear, For making regular your periods these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition. Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily. • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb. Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily. Start these exercise for 3 to 4 minutes daily then increase time slowly. If you are obese loose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods. Syrup Dashmolarisht or, syrup EVECARE of himalya. 2 tsf daily once in a day after meal.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. How to Increase Height? It is really difficult to increase height after the age of 25, primarily due to the fact that the bones stop growing at this age and the production of growth hormones in our body declines and finally stops. However, with a few tricks and tips, it is possible to add a few inches to your height or at least appear taller. Hi if her periods are regular have intercourse daily from 10 th day for 10 days, meaning 10th day to 20th day. After ejaculation she should lie down for 30 min before washing. Proper is hygiene is important before sex. Hope my answer helps you. Regards.
