Hey , I have facing a health issues. I feel my weight is loosing with time but not in kg's I am 21 years, weigh 45 kg and I eat according to my appetite but still my body is not healthy enough for the growth. Sir I am suffering from premature ejaculation but don't have sex yet I assume this on the basis of masturbation because my time is very less 50-60 seconds also my penis is very sensitive it got erect very easily when watching some sex scenes I am over weight also 110 kg with height 5'10" is it curable problem.

What is Mental Health?

Mental Health is - mental/emotional wellbeing. Being mentally healthy means being peaceful from within, being able to deal with life's challenges and being able to manage emotions and relationships, etc.

There is a lot of misunderstanding about "mental health" and 60% of mentally sick or disturbed people are not taken to doctors or other mental health professionals. Instead, they are taken to astrologers, or tantriks. Some are even punished for being crazy.

In today's highly stressful world people do not have time to think and plan their lives. Because of modern lifestyles and nuclear families people do not have outlets to share their feelings and express their intense emotions.

Sometimes emotional wounds like deep hurts, insults, neglect, shaming, physical and/or sexual abuse in childhood, may cause Personality or Behavioural disorders.

A person who loses temper for any small thing, or who is suspicious all the time or the one who breaks down or cries at slightest provocation, or who is jealous and possessive to the extent of being obsessed, or who is anxious all the time etc. needs to understand his/her feelings and find out the root cause of such feelings and behaviours.

I am 22 years female I have deep acne scars from past 10 years can you plzzz recommend any treatment.

To clear the scar marks - • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it. *Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. *Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes.

Dear lybrate user, *do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. *you can apply amla powder, *add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. *eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Consume gooseberries daily in empty stomach. Avoid dry, maida related junk foods.

As your all reports are normal you just do maintain proper diet and do regular exercise.These two can reduce your medicinal dose even can reduce insulin taking.Do exercise like yoga,swimming,walking,push ups.You can use fenugreek seeds with 1/2 glass water on an empty stomach in the morning but you have to adjust your medication.Eat small amount of food more frequently.Take food 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals.Take lots of watery and whole fruits,vegetables.Use unrefined foods but not more.Take extra protein.Use healthy fats small amount.Avoid sugar, juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.No underground vegetables,banana,pumpkin.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Stay stress free and take proper rest.You can use nutritional supplements to control diabetes.

Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated. Protein powders like whey is very good. But you need to exercise well which is weight training to get the best benefits of all the proteins consumed in a day and it will also help to build up the mass.
