Post abortion I got my first periods after 5 weeks of it .my doctor advised me to take a break of 6 months before planning a baby again. Hello you need not worry. Its one of the possible effect of yamini, you can loose still. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Thank you.

Hello, TSH level 7 mU/L, is considered sub-clinical hypothyroidism. Treatment is advised only after TSH goes over 10 mU/L. Now at this level one needs to take precautions like avoiding soy beans, soy containing product, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, mustard, peanuts and coffee. Plus consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Always use whole grain flour for chapati and roti. Avoid bakery products and other items made of maida. Exercise regularly to maintain normal weight and take a balanced diet providing exact calories based on ideal body weight and extent of daily physical activity. Plus check your TSh level at least once in 3 to 4 months. Thanks.

You are obviously stressed and probably doing a lot of emotional eating. Your sedentary work style is not helping at all. You seem to display a lot of anger. Your over-eating may be due to that. Apart from that, you need to look at your metabolic rate ? my assumption is that that may be low as well. So the thing to do is deal with your feelings with a counselor; eat a lot of fiber food, whole grains, vegetables, and fruits; exercise every day in the morning and during the day, take periodic breaks and just walk around from your desk; and finally do some stress management course. Among these things the exercise will increase your metabolic rate and your expressing feelings are the most critical.

Hi, * stress/anxiety/depression are the main causes of insomnia. * to over come stress/anxiety and depression, you should go for meditation for 30 mnts at the same time this process will inculcate stamina from within to fight, insomnia. * if, possible go for a walk in the morning in open air for an hr. * take plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to keep your blood, diluted. * avoid junk food. Sweating related more to climate & weather. In winters we do not sweat much inspite of heavy exercises. Fat & weight loss should be the major concern & not sweating. Yoga is one of the best forms of exercises which leads to fat loss, muscle toning & relaxation as well. You may use a weighing machine to keep a track of your weight.

If the mouth ulcer is causing a lot of pain, gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water. You could also chew on a clove bud (lavang) and direct the juice generated to the area where the ulcer is located. Clove buds are a great ingredient to cure sore throat too. To prevent the ulcerated area from getting infected, make it a point to rinse your mouth with a little salt water. Remember, this won’t make the ulcer disappear, but it can help reduce the pain. Honey is a natural humectant. It helps reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth. This, along with its anti-microbial effect ensures faster healing of the mouth ulcer. Chew a few leaves of tulsi along with some water about three to four times every day. This will help in getting rid of ulcers faster and also have a preventive action against their recurrence. Applying a little coconut oil directly onto the mouth ulcer or chewing some coconut (fresh or dry) helps reduce pain and inflammation and hence, ulcers heal faster. Mix some sugar to crushed khus-khus seeds and consume this mixture for instant relief from ulcers. You could apply a little ghee directly to the ulcerated area, or drink a glass of buttermilk two or three times every day. Mouth ulcers left untreated generally go away in a week or so; with these home remedies, you can expect faster relief. However, if you notice an ulcer in the mouth that is persistently present although it does not cause you any pain, do not neglect it or try to treat it with home remedies beyond a few days. Make it a point to see a doctor soon because often, a painless mouth ulcer is one of the earliest signs of oral cancer.

For males growth usually stops after puberty which is around 20yrs of age and for females it is 18 yrs, dont get decieved by false advertisements which claim to increase height post puberty, instead you can concentrate on looking tall by reducing weight giving yourself a lean or muscular appearance.
