You might be suffering from paronychia, it is an infection that develops along the edge of the fingernail or toenail is called a paronychia. It is the most common hand infection and if left untreated can progress to a more severe infection of the entire finger or toe. Care at home includes warm soaks in a mixture of 50% warm water and 50% liquid antibacterial soap three to four times a day for about 15 minutes. This soaking should be done at the first sign of redness around the nail. To prevent it in future: Avoid biting your fingernails. Wear rubber gloves if you have frequent hand washing or moisture-type exposure. Control long-term conditions, such as diabetes. Wash your hands frequently, especially if your work involves working in dirty conditions, carpentry or any job where your hands get soiled and have the potential for cuts and scrapes. Medical treatment include antibiotic and draining the abcess if required. Consult for the same.

I am 28 year old. My face skin is really dead. I want to make it shine. What should I do for the same.
Your skin will be healthy and the face will be bright once you maintain healthy life style and disciplined habits. *.Take nutritious and timely food. *.Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, pulses, greens, milk and whole grains *.Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits.. *.Have timely and adequate sleep. Your body will be fresh after good night sleep. *.Be relaxed and avoid tension *.Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and all parts of body. Facial massage will also promote good circulation. *.Don’t expose to hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun.. Generally 10 AM to 4 PM is the hottest. Avoid exposure at that time. *. When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. Your skin ‘breaths’ through its pores which are not to be closed for long. *HOMOEOPATHIC medicines are taken internally. Hence, NO DIRECT CONTACT with your delicate and sensitive skin, thereby no problem of skin allergy *Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits. Your face will look brighter For any further help, we have good treatment in homoeopathy.Take homoeopathic medicine Berberis aquifolium mother tincture 5 to 10 drops in a glass of water once daily. Give me feedback after 20 days. Consult privately. (Prime-Rs.149/)
