How and when to perform kegel exercises! How, when, how much, which position is best! I need the details regarding it.
Three sets of muscles control urine. One set is the bladder muscle itself. The second set is sphincter muscles that open and close the urethra and the third set is the pelvic floor muscles. They support the uterus, rectum and the bladder benefits of kegel exercises for men. Many factors can weaken your pelvic floor muscles, including the surgical removal of the prostate (radical prostatectomy) and conditions such as diabetes and overactive bladder. You might benefit from doing kegel exercises if you: have urinary or fecal incontinence.

your diet should include enough carbohydrate, fats, protein. Take food supplements like vitamin, cacium.Get a haemoglobin done to see if you need extra iron too. Improve your weight, general health... periods will be normal

I am 23 years old male and have knee joint pain in right leg. I tried lots of exercises and medicine but not a positive result I get any time. popping like sound coming from knee joint continuously whenever I bend my leg. I used to be a football player but from 2 months I am not able to play because of this problem. I request you pay attention to my queries and recommend a best solution.

Goodevening sir I have understood your question. What I would advice you to do is firstly take a session of 10 days of physiotherapy ultrasound treatment for your knee. Then continue with cold and hot packs daily for about 15 mins. After this your exercising should be in the right way. Please follow my steps for good knee stabilty as I list the exercises below, > isometric quadriceps exercises - that is you should press your knee own on a towel and hold for 10 seconds and then release. > place a rolled towel under your heel and press your heel down on the towel. Place your heel down for 10 seconds and then release. > then squeeze a towel in between your knees for 10 seconds. > lie down and raise your leg upto 45 degrees and not more than that and hold for few seconds. > do 10 knee bending exercises. All these exercises as I have listed below will help you to improve knee strength and stability. You must also be assure to do these exercises daily. Precautions to be taken - - kindly wear a knee cap on both your knees whenever you are going to play. This will protect your knee from any further damages and injury. - next after every game that you play (football) you should take an ice pack for your knee. The popping up sound that your hearing is due to the two joints rubbing against each other. Please follow the advice so that you achieve good health.

There is no need to worry or take action to bring down the temperature unless it is above 100.5 farhenite or it is hard to tolerate. Wet cold compresses on the forehead, back of neck, wrists and calves will bring down the temperature. Take care not to reduce the temperature too much. A child with fever should not be sponged or bathed in cold or lukeworm water. This can lead to excessive drop of temperature that brings in shivering. Shivering may cause further rise in temperature. For this thermometer should be used frequently so that this could be reported to the doctor. Plenty of liquids should be given to the patient so as to enable pass plenty of urine. Water or drinks with vitamin C like lemon or orange juice are good choices. The room of the patient should be well ventliated. FOR MEDICATION CONSULT ONLINE IN PRIVATE
