Kindly show me a photograph & digital X RAYS of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

It is postural related problem you are having, don't sit long hours continously and take plenty of fluids. Do some regular light legs exercise.

Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.

I have a some compression between L4 and L5 as per MRI for the last about 5 years. During walk (occasionally) I feel some difficulty in walking and take rest or I need to sit for about 5 minutes and than feel normal. Please advice if there is any medicine or physiotherapy ? Pramod

Pain in the leg can be due to nerve compression in the back or inadequate blood supply to leg due to vessel compression or narrowing of arteries. Your MRI will have to be seen to evaluate amount of compression. If compression is mild, then an arterial and venous Doppler of both lower limbs will help to assess the blood supply to the legs. The treatment depends on the cause of the pain.

I am 32 years old female. I feel sleepy, drowsy and lethargy soon after my lunch. I keep yawning till I go and take rest or a nap. I also get a feeling of not being fit and sometimes its followed by mild head ache and shoulder pain. I have spondylitis and Thyroid. Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

I have a neck pain on the right side of my neck normally. The problem is it just not only pains, but also gives me an embarrassment sometimes by forcing itself to turn to one side. Meaning, my chin area moves towards the left and the forehead towards the right. Other words, my head and neck slightly slants towards the right (one side) and this happens only at times when I am very cautious of being noticed or even when I go for a hair cut. My barber aligns my head to the position he wants me in, for few minutes, but I am unable to hold it for long. It automatically forces and turns to one side. This is one occasion. The others are when I have a discussion with my Director of the Company where I work. I become so conscious about my neck, that even if I try turning and aligning it back to normal, I am unable to do so. Usually If I am nervous, I think this keeps happening. It is something to do with not just my neck or back. I guess, its something to do with the set of nervous from the upper shoulder to the head upwards from behind my right ear. I have tried my best to explain. In case if any other information is required, I can probably take a video when it happens and post the same. Its quite embarrassing for me, so I humbly request your suggestions or guidance accordingly.

This is a nervous debility/problem You need to do a MRI of brain to rule out any tumor, etc. Take Aconite 30 - thrice daily 4 pills for next 2 weeks and give me a feedback.

Hi if you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know in a week time how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine (ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

My dear, pain in leg is a postural defect. You need to correct your sitting posture while going for study. Sit on a table rather than to sit on bed. Try to move on for 15-20 mints while sitting on study table. Go for aerobic exercise, suitable for legs for 20 mints. Homoeo medicine @ arnica mont 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ rhus tox 200-6 pills, thrice a day. Ensure, sound sleep for 6/7 hrs. Do not skip your meal, it should b on time regularly. Report after a wk, take, care.

You are having viral infection or viral fever take a tablet of paracetamol or calpol. Do warm saline gargle regularly and have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. It will be alright.

Certainly you would not ejaculate or make full sexual act while watching porn movies, talking adult or making out with partner if somebody try to delay or not ejaculate hold on ejaculation for long time pain is felt later on. So it should not done so. Wish you good health.

Follow these usefultips for knee pain relief: * take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * do not do heavy leg exercises like running. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamin-D. *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * check out your blood sugar level and hemoglobin level in every 6 months.* if you have any history of rheumatoid arthritis in family then checkout your ra factor. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.

Get done mri. Picture will be cleared. If she has joint & back pain 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Hi, My son (30 yrs old), is suffering from low grade fever for the last 10 days. In the morning his temperature is 97.8 and at afternoon (1-12 pm) it is 98.6. After that any time between 1 to 3 PM it rises to 99.2 and at night its is again 98.8. He has lower backache, lags paining fatigue and heaviness on the head. The doctor has diagnosed it as viral fever. He is taking Cetodem AZ for the last 10 days. But the fever pattern is the same. Kin dly explain the reason and treatment and if any test is required. He had done Widal test, but it is negative (1/40) only. Please help we are very much worried now.

Hi, your son seems to have low grade fever with backpain. This can arise due to a systemic infection or even a localised infection in the back. So it would be worthwhile to rule out a local back pathology. In view of the same get the following blood tests fasting: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, pcr for tb and x ray ls spine ap and lateral views. X ray of the spine is done fasting and after taking tab dulcolax 3 tabs and tab charcoal 4 tabs at bedtime the night before the x ray. Revert back with investigation reports.
