Hello, take Arnica 30 ch , 3 drops twice daily. Take Calendula 30 ch , 3 drops twice daily. Apply topi heal on the injured wounds. Revert after 7 days. Take care.

I am 11 weeks pregnant now. My history was; hyperptolatemia, pcod and one time miscarry. Now my scan report is normal. HR also normal. Now am getting leg pain, sometimes getting abdominal pain and since three days am getting headache also. Why am getting headache? Is there any problem with me?

Hi! Unless you have spotting or bleeding don't worry. As you have already got your first scan and FHR is normal so ruled out the possibility of tubal pregnancy. Please take rest and drink enough water may be you are tensed about your previous miscarriage that could be reason for your headache. As long as you don't have fever and spotting or bleeding don't worry. Go for your regular checks without fail Eat well . If you think your symptoms are unbearable please visit your gynic doctor. You have got itching means having infection. Commonly dandruff or any other infection and lack of hair nourishment are the main causes for hair fall. I haven't slept for 2 days and now my head is aching, what to do? please help me.
1) have sweetened warm milk with jayphal at night. 2) apply cow ghee on soles of feet. 3) have a warm water bath before sleeping. 4) stop wartching tv at least 3 hrs before sleep. 5) go to bed before 10 pm. 6) don't have tea/ coffee/ alcohol after 7 pm. 7) have early & light meals. These all will help you sleep.

Best time to have fruits is midmorning 11 am or 4 pm in the evening. You should avoid high calorie foods in the night.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine alfalfa tonic (sbl) (1tbs) twice a day for 15 days and update. *avoid fried and spicy food *avoid stress and anger. *take a sound sleep. *take milk twice a day *include fruits, vegetables in your diet. *take small meals.

How can you increase my stamina? Tell me how to do it daily. I Want to increase it on a daily basis.

To increase your stamina you need to have complete sound sleep of 6-8 hours. Sleep & wake up early. Exercise daily early morning as it peps up your energy level by releasing happy hormones. Drink 2-3 litres daily water to prevent dehydration & thus low stamina. Have plenty of fresh fruits & vegetables, green tea as these provide antioxidants that increase immunity & thus stamina. Include good quality proteins like fish/ chicken/ egg/ dairy product (esp curd), nuts, oilseeds, cereal-pulse combinations as it helps with body building, tissue repair, improved immunity & stamina. Eat small meals every 2-3 hours to keep your energy levels boosted.

When I was 16 to 18 year old around. My body is perfect muscular. Then I have suffering from losses losses motion and I admitted tehn. After release my body is so loose now. Then I join gym. Usse bhi faark nahi pada please tell me how can get back my pahle wali muscular body.? Sab bimari padne pe hua tha.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.
