* Don't scratch or pinch your pimples. This will cause more damage---cause scars, pores and black spots. * Avoid fried and oily foods.
* Prefer fruits and green vegetables.
* When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. *For your information, many skin creams (mostly fairness cream brands) are considered harmful and banned by Central Govt, Health ministry during March, 2016. The Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL) supported the ban.
*Your skin ‘breaths’ through its pores which are not to be closed for long. Blocking pores by creams may cause more pimples.
HOMOEOPATHIC medicines are taken internally. Hence, NO DIRECT CONTACT with your delicate and sensitive skin, thereby no problem of skin allergy. Homoeopathy has good treatment without causing adverse effects. The medicines work internally, tackle the root of the problem unlike face cream which is a surface treatment.
Take Antim crd 200—once daily in the morning.

How to reduce hairfall loss my hair is falling frequently please give me better solution to stop it.
Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like
*physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases.
*hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers.
*dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall.
Follow the tips *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel.
*take a sound sleep.
*avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.
*it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.
For medicine consult privately.
