Better try to apply hot pack or hot water formatation daily at least per day 4 times needed,after pain subside pls trt to do isometric knee exercise

You may have a complete neurological examination by a neurologist preferably, and few blood tests for additional information for any diabetes, Hypertension or any kidney or other vital functions, after this, a physical therapist may be engaged for exercises by his help assisted exercise to bring tone and prevent further weakening wasting of muscle mass, to give mobility to affected area joints knee, hips, ankles etc. Some supportive medicines, minerals, vitamins and specific meds depending on findings of tests may be given Sometimes recovery occurs by this guidelines best wishes.

When sit in the Indian toilet my legs are paining and it carry over through out the day and in night slowly the pain relieved, then next day once again using the Indian toilet the pain once again getting started, What should I do for this problem and kindly advise me.

Hello lybrate-user, its a case of osteoarthritis. Stop using indian toilets and have western kin. Start knee exercises twice daily. Static quadriceps with warm water application will work. Avoid sitting on floor, and get less exposed to cold. You can consult me for further management.

Conditions needs evaluation with X-rays or MRI. You can try: 1. Hot water compression thrice daily for 3 week. 2. Spine extension, upper back, shoulder and neck exercises to be done. 3. Local gel can be applied. 4. Medications like Myoril, Etova MR, Enzomac and Neurokind LC will help. 5. Maintain proper posture.

I' m 20 year old boy. I used to get back pain and gas trouble if I even take a small amount of food containing gas. I don' t drink cool drinks. Is it the reason for underweight I' m only 45 kg but 170 cm tall. Give idea to increase weight and gas trouble problems.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn spinal exercises. 3. Use lumber spine belt. 4. Don't sit on floor. 5. Don't lift heavy things. 6. Don't do forward bending. 7. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum
