My mri report is Minimal right knee joint effusion Partial tear of pcl low grade partial tear of acl Grade 2 medical signal (intrasubstance medical tear/ medical degeneration) in posterior horn of medial meniscus. My Symptoms : When I run locking leg sometime then it regular. Also slightly move between between joint So should any surgery required or not? What should I do?

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference? Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg apply hot fomentation twice daily. Up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Numbness sitting cross legged is common because in that position your nerve gets compressed that is why you feel numb. So you actually require no treatment for this. If you are having numbness while normal activities like sitting, walking etc, the it becomes significant and we will have to evaluate you for that. Before two day my bike was standing in parking at the time taking fell down on right side I didn't hurt but in my right shoulder only in joint bone not in muscle paining and I have taken dicloran pain killer move spray and if I lift my right hand it I'll pain and if I keep normal position down no pain, Please help me.

As your doctor might have instructed you not to drive because of recurrent pain in spine disc it is better to follow them but during recovery from your pain you can try for shorter distances of not more than ten minutes in a session with good spinal strengthening exercises and postural required changes if any

It can be infection/inflammation, postural, low protein levels in the body due to deranged lft, kft etc. It ca also be due to cardiac causes, hypothyroidism etc. So please get a full body worup including cardiac evaluation to see whats the cause in your case. It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold fomentation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumbar support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. For management of gout you actually need to have a low purine diet which can be formulated by a dietician, also you need to consult a urologist for your problem of kidney stones as there are many causes for it and may not only be linked to your diet issues. There are ways to keep your uric acid value in body to low levels. General recommendations are: - decreasing intake of red meat, alcohol, rice in your diet and other purine rich sources - also increase your water intake so that uric acid is excreted from body well. - keeping your weight to normal levels will also help you. - intake of fresh fruits, citrus fruits and cherries has been implicated in reducing uric acid values in the body as well. Nowadays there is a medication by the name of febuxostat which helps in lowering uric acid levels in body but kindly check out that it suits your body. You have not mentioned the nature of your job .For backache take yograj guggul 2 tabs twice daily with maharasnadi kwatha 4 tsf with equal amt of water after meals.chew the tablets for better results .plain til taila could be applied on the back .avoid lifting heavy weight and use hard bed for sleeping .Good luck.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

For pain take tablet paracetamol and we need to do exercise regularly and avoid pickles and papads in your diet and take tablet folvite twice a day for a week
