Here are some home remedy tips for you: Soak some almonds in water overnight, remove their skin in the morning and grind them. Add a teaspoon of gram floor, one teaspoon of milk and 4 drops of lime juice. Make a paste, mix it well and apply it on you r face.Regular massage gives you long lasting clear and fair skin. Include healthy fruits like banana, papaya, apple and watermelon in your diet according to the season and availability. Vegetables like Spinach, Carrot, Tomato, Cabbage also provide required minerals, vitamins and proteins to your skin. Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin. Prepare a fine paste of ripe papaya, oatmeal powder, milk cream and honey. Cover your face with this paste for 15 minutes. Wash it off with water. Apply buttermilk to skin, keep for 10 minutes and then wash off thoroughly for softening, cleansing and radiating effect. To remove skin marks, apply a mixture of carrot juice and pineapple juice to skin twice a week. This not only removes the marks but also adds shine to your skin Revert back for any assiatnce

Rashes on skin are mostly caused due to allergy or called hypersensitivity. It may caused by some special food items or cloth fabrics. * you are advised to please check the clothes you are wearing. Avoid all types of synthetic cloths like nylon & use only cotton clothes to avoid rashes. * avoid peanuts, jaggery (gur), garlic, tila, cashew, pista, dates, spices, curd, egg, chicken, alcohol because these food increase the internal heat of body which may also cause redness of skin & appearance of reddish spots, itching & burning. * apply calamine lotion on sites of rashes to get relief from itching & burning. * drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday. * practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes. You can ask me to get detail of this pranayam.

Vitamin D: Good for Overall Health and Penis Health

MD - General Medicine
Sexologist, Delhi
Vitamin D: Good for Overall Health and Penis Health

Men who are on the lookout for the best penis care practices shouldn't just stop with the manhood - they need to look at overall health as well. A man's overall health can greatly affect his penis health, and vice versa. Therefore, certain nutrients are a must not only for ingestion, but for topical application, too. One of those very important nutrients is vitamin D.

What exactly is vitamin D?

Many have heard of vitamin D as a necessity for good health. Many foods and drinks - especially milk - are fortified with vitamin D. Other foods contain it naturally, such as salmon, cod liver oil and even portabella mushrooms.

Most vitamin D is made by the body, however, as a reaction to sunlight. That's why at least a few minutes outside each day can help a man feel better in many ways, thanks to more than enough vitamin D coursing through his system.

Vitamin D is great for keeping bones healthy and strong. It helps enhance cellular function throughout the body, boosts the immune system and lifts a person's mood. In fact, sometimes those who suffer from depression during the darker months of the year can benefit greatly from a supplemental dose of vitamin D to bring their levels back to normal.

A blood test can help determine if there are high enough levels of vitamin D in a person's body. If not, a series of supplements can bring levels back to a healthy amount.

What does it do for penis health?

That's what vitamin D can do when ingested, but what does it do when applied topically? Any penis heath crème worth its salt will contain vitamin D, which is then applied directly to the penis skin. The advantages of this include allowing the vitamin D to soak into the skin, thus upping the benefits. And those benefits include:

1. Libido. Vitamin D and testosterone levels often go hand-in hand. When one is low, the other probably is, too. That's because vitamin D is integral in the production of testosterone, which is necessary for sexual drive and all sorts of other sexual functions, such as getting an erection.

2. Sperm production. Sperm counts are tied to the amount of vitamin D in the body; a healthy amount means a healthy sperm count. This might also have something to do with the testosterone-vitamin D connection.

3. Sperm quality. A lot of sperm doesn't mean much if it isn't the high-quality sperm necessary to impregnate a partner. Sperm quality is always boosted by getting all the right vitamins, so it makes sense that vitamin D, applied topically and ingested orally, can help ensure those little swimmers are in good shape.

4. Genetic information. As the sperm forms, genetic information is encoded. That is then carried to the egg, where it becomes half of what will eventually become the offspring. Vitamin D can help ensure that genetic information is seamless, that there are fewer possibilities for genetic issues, and that only the best sperm get to the egg.

Those looking after their overall health, as well as their penis health, can do so by ensuring they get the right mix of nutrients. This includes vitamin D and many of the other vitamins, nutrients and amino acids present in a top-notch penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). In addition to the wonders of the vitamin D "miracle," men can also enjoy vitamin A for odor control, alphia lipoic acid to fight against free radicals that threaten to damage penis skin, vitamin C for better blood flow, L carnitine for better sensation and of course, vitamin E and Shea butter for perfect hydration.

Nothing to worry. If you r too much concerned for ovaries. Get her ca-125 blood test done just for screening. If it's normal then nothing to be done. And about her menses, she is having perimenopausal irregular bleeding. So don't worry. Use precautions to avoid pregnancy.

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

I am suffering from back pain for past 8 months. please suggest some remedies for it?
Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Management: -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Dear lybrate-user Diet does not respond to the problem areas. When you lose weight, you lose weight from all parts of the body. I would suggest you start exercising on a regular basis. Do some crunches, tva contractions, plank, sit ups, leg raises as part of your workout routine.
