Hello, kindly follow advises given below: 1. drink lot of water 2. you can use good quality neem soap like Himalaya 3. Wear proper washed cloth 4. you can use god quality Tel com or Deodorant 5. Dry your towel completely and change in 4-5 days 6. Prefer cotton cloth than synthetic 7.Vinegar can be used in various ways to control body odour. 8.Rosemary herb used in cooking has amazing benefits, It contains menthol and chlorophyll which helps immensely to prevent the growth of odour causing bacteria. 9. Hi, headaches are caused due to sinusitis which may not be noticed as you must not be knowing its symptoms. Penis is of any size above 3 inches is sufficient to satisfy a woman. Besides that women orgasm is more dependent on foreplay than actual penetration. Moreover your penis size is not going to increase now with any technique or medicine. 5.5 inches is fairly enough size so don't bother much and enjoy your life .all the best.

Hi, in first place you need to restrict on such meals. Nothing can be done to minimize the food already eaten, but you need to watch your plate wisely rest of the few days. The following suggestions are intended to help overcome temporary insomnia and maximize the chance of getting a healthy night's sleep: 1) make your bedroom an inviting place. Keep the room free of clutter and distractions. Be sure you have the right bed and mattress for your needs. The wrong mattress can lead to musculoskeletal problems and sleep disturbances. 2) use the bed only for sleeping. Avoid use of the bed for watching tv, eating, working, or any other activities. If you do wish to use the bed for a bit of nighttime reading, read only pleasure books in bed. Therapists often use" reconditioning" as part of a treatment plan for insomnia. With this method, people are" reconditioned" to associate the bed with sleep. If you find yourself unable to sleep at all, get out of bed and move to another room, so that you only associate the bed with sleep and not with wakefulness. 3) establish a regular sleep-wake cycle. Your body will learn to set its internal clock to your schedule and will eventually respond to internal cues to become sleepy at a given time and to awaken at a given time. A good way to begin this is by getting up at the same time every morning, even on weekends. 4) don't nap. No matter how tempting it may be, an afternoon nap can make falling asleep at night even harder" extra" sleep on weekends can also throw off your regular sleep schedule and worsen midweek insomnia. 5) limit your consumption of caffeine in the afternoon and evening. Remember that eating chocolates and drinking cocoa and colas also are sources of caffeine. Watch your alcohol intake. Don't drink any alcoholic beverages in the few hours prior to going to bed. Excessive amounts of alcohol at any time in the day can also disrupt sleep patterns and lead to unsatisfying sleep. 6) cigarette smoking can also worsen insomnia. 7) fit in some exercise during the day, but don't exercise strenuously right before bedtime. 8) eat light meals in the evening. Eating heavily in the evening or eating just prior to going to bed can disrupt your sleep. 9) establish a" winding down" ritual in the evenings just prior to bedtime. Try to free your mind of distracting or troublesome thoughts and engage in a relaxing, enjoyable activity like reading, listening to music, or watching a pleasant film. For people with chronic insomnia, a type of therapy called cognitive-behavioral therapy with homeopathic medicine may help reduce anxiety linked to insomnia, such as anxiety about sleep loss. Studies have shown that the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy with homeopathic medicine are more long lasting.

I had last sex on 9th march (protected, but I doubt). I got blood hcg test done on 30th march. And it came out to be negative. Should I go for further test or I should trust the negative result? My cycle was 13th Feb but had ipill on 18th Feb so bled for 2-3 days on 28th Feb. It's 4th April today and no period yet. I got my test done on 30th march I. E. 20 days after intercourse. Should I trust that or go for it again?

Hi, avoid stress, take few rest during work or study. Do study with time table. Wash hands and legs with water before going on bed. Avoid to see t v at late night. Try to sleep before 11 pm. Avoid spicy/ salty / oily / fatty meal at dinner. Drink 1 glass of water before sleep. Checkup your b. P. And lipid profile and consult again.

Kindly show me digital x rays of knee &leg. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Drinking Alcohol can lead to heart disease . I am drinking alcohol continuously from last 15 years . From last two months I having pain in my left side of body including my heart, shoulder, neck , head . Exactly it does not pain but some nosiating feelings with heavy sweating . Good to know that your reports are normal, alcohol in moderation does not lead to heart disease provided one is careful about diet- no fried food as snacks or overeating other unhealthy foods. At 42, do get liver function tests (alcohol does lead to liver failure), echo test & then a stress test. These are routine tests for heart and are suggested to everyone.
