Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Yes, through those reports again only you can get to know about your toxin levels. To stay away from toxins: be natural, avoid outside junk food, surya namaskar daily in morning for 10 times is best for fitness.

Hello lybrate-user. Take a proper night sleep of 8 hours daily. Watch tv from at least a distance of 3m. Eat fresh fruits, vegetables juices and antioxidants daily. Do exercise or yoga for at least half an hour. Avoid stress. Apart from all these, there are 2 creams for these dark circles that give very good results. You need to apply one of these creams in day and one at night for 2 months continuously to get the best results.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

I want to know about zika virus. What are the symptoms? What precautions one should take to avoid this?
Zika virus is transmitted through mosquitoes to humans and symptoms are vague -fever , joint pains , bodyaches and the fever is not very high like in malaria , one tends to ignore and treat it like just any other fever which lasts for 3-5 days. At risk are Pregnant women , because the babies get anancephaly -means baby with small head and other congenital defects. Recent reseaech has proved that This Virus can be transmitted through body fluids , sexual intercourse , Vaccine is underway and Indian Scientists have made it , they are waiting to get a patent. We are expecting an epidemic all around the world but some places in North America has got no patient of Zika and Brazil has lots of cases , Reasons are Not known.

A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or root canal treatment. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight will be better. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Follow advises given below 1.Take proper rest 2.lot of fluids and proper home made diet. 3.warm Saline gargles twice a day for 2-3 days. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days Consult Physician/me for further management

I have pcos I am confused by so many options in net. I am so much worried about my future. Plzzz help me wr should I start form.

Pcos is not a life threatening disease. Its a lifestyle disease which has become common place due to nutiritonal betterment and lack of physical work. The basic problem is that like diabetes, persons with pcos have inability for the sugar to enter the cells. But here there is excess weight gain and hormonal disturbance in which the menses become irregular, and there are excess facial hair and obesity. The best way to deal with pcos is to keep a healthy life style, be more physically active eat in moderation, and have a balanced diet if you are over weight then you can go for exercises and be actively involved in reducing weight. This is the best you can do irregular menses are not a problem, unless they are accompanied with excess bleeding. So the best bet is to lead a healthy physically active lifestyle and keep weight in check to ideal after marriage you can go for a child early and if you do not conceive in 6 months of marriage, you must take help of a gynec.

kindly take avipattikar chruna powder, 1/2 tsf in half a glass of warm water, twice a day, before meals. Take sutshekhar rasa (gold), 1 tab, twice a day, 1 hr after meals with warm water. Stop tea, coffee, curd, cold water, fried food, fast food in your diet. Make sure you dont eat after, 8 pm. continue the regime for 21 days. Good luck

Hi, From your question I could understand that you want to increase your body weight and muscle. We can increase our body weight by taking any foods but it should be healthy. So you should follow a healthy food and lifestyle. So you should include a balance diet which contains fats, carbohydrates and more proteins. Take food 4 or 5 times in a day that include snacks, drink lots of water and try to get proper sleep of 8 hrs continuously. Also make sure that you are doing some physical activities like regular exercise or involve in sports and games. Below are some daily diet suggestions •Breakfast (7.30 am– 8.00 am) Milk-200ml Any types of legumes eg: green gram, black gram, chickpeas etc. Rotis made up of Rice, potato, cereals or wheat Fruits which contains more calories like banana, jack fruit, mangoes etc. •Snacks (11.00 am-11.30 am) Fruit juice odry fruits •Lunch oRice 2 bowl or chappathi 3 nos Dal curry, curd, leafy vegetables If you are non-veg take 1 egg or 1 piece chicken or fish •Evening Snacks Lassi or fruit juice or dates Some biscuits •Dinner 3 chappathy with veg curry It would be helpful if you can provide. •any history of other illness •your bowel habits, sleep & appetite. So that I can suggest you medicine.

Hdl is needed in our body. It acts like a grease between organs so that to avoid friction and produces less heat which helps to maintain normal body temperature. It is especially found in abdominal areas between all digestive organs. So if it gets reduced. The opposite will happen like organs won't be able to show its efficiency and other heart and vascular functions gets disturbed. And the bad cholesterol tends to get deposited in all blood vessels hampering the blood flow. So ldl (bad cholesterol) is to lessened. Hope you understood. Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne 9. Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen, dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.
