How to lose fat from hips and thighs Dietary changes – •Check the oil that you are using. Vegetable-based and olive oils are good for you. Cut down on ghee, butter, cheese, paneer and margarine. •Limit your carb intake. Restrict yourself while eating potatoes, white rice, sago, pasta and other products made of refined flours. •Use only skimmed milk and skimmed milk curd. •Give up on all the fried foods until you get that shape. Nothing will come easily. Avoid fries, pakodas, samosa, fried momos, chips, and other fried snacks. •Increase your fibre intake. Eat whole cereals, oats, broken wheat / daliya, brown rice, brown breads, fruits with skin and a lot of green veggies. If possible mix bran into your flour. •If you are a non-vegetarian and enjoy fish, you will love this diet. Eat fish upto 4 times a week. Bake it, grill it but don’t fry it. You can have other lean meats up to 2 times in a week. And egg whites for breakfast are a good idea. •2 tsp of Triphala churn, along with ginger water is excellent way to help you liver to break down fats speedily and effectively. •Cut the intake of wheat. Extra carbs always end of on hips and thighs. Include other cereals like jowar, bajra, and mix these flours with horse gram flour and soya flour. •Go very light with your dinners. A plate full of salad made out of veggies, sprouts, fruits along with soups will help. Fill in with a very small portion of brown rice or daliya. In short have a fiber and protein rich dinner and go low on carbs. Eat dinner around 7.30 pm and having a small walk after it will only add up to your goal. •Consume as much of water as you can and eat different varieties of melons for better results. How to lose fat from hips and thighs through exercise •Walking is the best exercise for your hips and thighs. Walking up to 4 km per day will make your goal appear closer and closer. •If I ask you, “how to lose fat from hips and thighs”? You would probably answer cross trainer or the cycle at gym. Frankly you are not helping yourself if you are doing these to lose fat from hips and thighs. These exercises will only help you in tightening your muscles and then bulking them up. •If you have been walking already, but don’t see much result, then you might need to increase the distance by a km and the intensity of walks from the 30thminute onwards. Also check your diet to ensure you are following the tips above. •Lunges and squats will help you too. Remember to check your posture while you do these exercises. Wrong posture can cause pain. •Running and jogging, hiking and trekking will help you too. Now that you know how to lose fat from hips and thighs all you need to do is tailor the above given tips to suit your plan. You could slowly increase your exercise and go easy with the diets. Hello, nothing is possible in12 hours, it needs a proper medication and continuous efforts. Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Aim for long term weight loss @ 2 Kg per month = 12 kgs in 6 months. Aspire to be fit and smart and slim..>> Add more 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet..>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully. Hello losing weight is a slow process. Max you can loose is 2 kgs a month in a healthy way. Eat more of vegetables and drink water. Exercise everyday for an hour.

Dear user, wt gain is mainly becoz of low physical activity n faulty food habits. Increase your physical activity as urs is a desk job go for walk, take stairs instead of elevators, follow some exercise plan make changes in your diet by including more veggies n fruits, whole grains n dals. Avoid junk n fried foods.

Mr. lybrate-user Bihari, First and foremeost is to achieve a strict blood glucose control. Ideally FBS should be closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mh & HbA1c%<6.8. If this achieved, plus if you exercise regularly for 1 hour a day, most of the problems can be controlled. Since you have not mentioned any details about blood glucose levels, HbA1c% and current treatment, drugs and dosage also whether you exercise daily. Without any of this information it very difficult to comment or give any suggestions. Thanks.

Hello friends!

My name is Mrs. Swapna Nadgauda, I m a psychologist and a counselor. I am also a hypnotherapist and reaggregation therapist i.e. past life reaggretion that I do. I’m in this field for past 23 years and I have a clinic in Sanpada New Mumbai. The name of my clinic is Healing Touch Counselling Center. I see cases among children, adults.

The services I provide through my clinic is child counseling adult counseling, psychometric testing in IQ, and in personality testing, also I see children those who have remedial issues I mean learning disabilities. I’m also into marital counseling, relationship counseling, pre-marital counseling, stress management and there are a variety of services that my clinic provides. Yeah! Today I would like to tell you or inform you about what is counseling?

We hear the word counseling often from our family and friends is that yes you need counseling but we really don’t know what counseling is and what the experts in the clinical psychologists and counselors what they do in counseling? Counselling is nothing but I would like to tell you in crocks counselling is helping a person to move or shift from his emotion to his thinking and that we called that we empower a person so that in whatever situation that you are in or in a problem that you are in you are able to generate multiple options or solutions. And that is what we do in a session or in a counseling setup.

Let me tell you about relationship counseling. Now relationship may be, be it in a mother and a daughter relationship or be it a relationship of a teacher or a student or relationship in marriage or any relationship outside. So in relationship counseling, we help a person to understand how to build a bond and to build a bond first and the foremost component is about the compatibility. The second component is about the understanding the other person and also understanding yourself.

This all is done through the counseling process. I have helped a client or his patient to understand how to understand self and also to understand the other person. Friends understand counseling is not about the advice given. Many times people asked me counselor will advise, no we don’t advice, basically we helped the person to tap into his own thoughts and emotions and helped the person to generate a powerful solution which can work for his life.

So it is not about the advice that we give but it is about understanding your own self and coming to a solution which will work the best for your life. So for example in marital counselling people come to my husband says that you please you make my wife understand, it is not who I make your wife understand but it is I help the partner to understand what is happening at her or his end where he needs to work in a compatible way to make the relationship work for both of them.

Many times parents come to me with their child or adolescent and they don’t understand how to help their children but I would like to tell here that it is most of the parental counseling because parents have to adjust their own understanding perception’s attitude which should match to the needs of this 21st-century child. So basically it is not about only talking to a child and empowering a child but it is also complete family therapy. Parents need to come and needs to understand what is the best they can work with themselves to adjust or understand the needs of their children.

You need to reduce your calorie intake. Restrict rice, potato, sweets, junk foods in your meals. Have a healthy breakfast and have light & early dinners. Have a protein & fiber -rich diet with lots of fruits, salads & vegetables in your daily meals. Drink at least 3 lts water daily. Exercise / brisk walk for at least 30 minutes daily is a must.
