This can happen due to either over-exertion during exercise or may be ending an exercise session suddenly. This can also be caused by lack of hydration as exercising at a heavy rate causes blood flow to be taken away from the stomach, causing nausea. Another possible cause of exercise induced nausea is overhydration. Drinking too much water before, during, and/or after extreme exercise (such as a marathon) can also cause nausea as drinking too much water in a short amount of time can overload your kidneys and cause a drop in blood sodium levels. Sodium is important to your body because it's an electrolyte (just like potassium and chloride). Hyponatremia symptoms include fatigue, headache, disorientation, confusion, hallucinations, nausea. Since, you said that you feei thirsty during workout, I would suggest you to keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day. Have 2 glasses at least 2-3 hours before workout. Don't have too much water during or after the workout. Hope this will help!

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

I am 60 years old/Height-5 ft 4 Inches/Weight 68 kgs and suffering from high BP of 160. As per doctor's advice, I took 'Telmekind' tablet for 2 months but no development observed. Pl advise suitably.

Firstly you maintain your diet (light diet) avoid oily food and high calories and used lona salt for bp patients. Secondly drink water atleast 3 litres. Thirdly take gourd peel it and boiled it in 2 glasses of water for 20 minutes after cooling it drink it daily for 1 week regulate your bp definitely it vill improve for medicine take an appointment. Thirdly take walnut.

Dear lybrate user, to reduce stress in your life, start some exercise, meditation or pick up any hobby. Try to understand the source of this stress, analyse it and find the best options to get rid of this. Stress might cause overeating, so please learn" stress management techniques" to lose weight, concentrate on food having lesser calories and more of proteins and nutrients. Have plenty of water. Go for regular exercise, yoga, cycling, jogging whatever you like. To have perfect relations with your wife, understand what she needs from you. Encourage her to express her feelings and needs and you also express your feelings and needs to her. Open communication, individual freedom of choice, faith, care and love make a healthy married relationship. Also, please understand that if you want to have an" ideal" life, which will have less stress, no sadness and excellent relationships, then you are sure to be disappointed. Every other person in this world would like to have this. But this is not possible. We all will have some stress in life, we cannot be always happy, there will be sad moments in our life. Our relationships also will never be perfect, because each person in this world is unique and hence it is difficult to get along with other people. Because of all this, it is important to have" rational expectations" from life and even from people around us. If you try to be a perfectionist, you might not be satisfied in life. Take care.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Avoid oily n spicy food.....take vegetable soup twice daiy....eat only saladn 1 cup of fat free milk at night...drink 1 glass of water 1/2hr before meals....take fruits empty stomach... take 1 tsp triphala churna dailyat night with luke warm water.. do yoga asana early morning...join aerobics ...
