This could be due to OA knee &/Or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. IBUPROFEN 200mg OD & SOS x 5days CALDIKID PLUS (mankind) 1 tab ODx10days You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan.. Don't ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

For knee pain the best treatment course would be to undergo janu vasti at a panchakarma centre near u. After undergoing janu vasti, you shall be completely treated. If need the doc might prescribe you some ayurvedic medicines depending on your body type. Till then you can have drumstick soup daily. Also boil 2 pieces of garlic in 1 cup milk & 1 cup water. When 1 cup remains, strain & drink daily after adding 1 tsf cow ghee.

Hi * stop running completely or decrease your training. *Apply ice to reduce inflammation. *Gently stretch your Achilles and your calves. *Consider cross-training for a while Swim, run in the pool or ride a bike. *When you return to running, increase your mileage slowly, no more than 10 percent weekly. *Make sure you wear the correct running shoes Do reply for detailed treatment plan. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Pain in hips if I keep standing for more than 30 minutes. After standing for more than 30 mins I feel severe pain in bending. If I sit for long then there is pain while getting up. Pain in hips during and after walking also.

Hello dear its suspect that sacroiliatis and weakness of glutinous muscle. So you can go to a good physiotherapy centre near by where you can treated by ift for 2-3 days if pain reduce then do it continue if not get any difference then go for ultrasound therapy for 7-10 days. Also do glutinous and back strengthening and stretching exercise you will get rid from this problem. Best of luck.

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start.
