Hello in order to gain weight you need to do some exercise like walking or cycling for 20-30 mins for 5 days a week at least along with healthy diet food. Include balanced eating pattern on a daily basis by having all food groups. Any of these protein rich foods like dals, sprouts, soya, milk, curd, paneer, eggs can be taken in meals. Have chapatis or paranthas instead of bread & add seasonal fruits between meals. Water & fluid intake about 3 litres should be maintained. Also food should be consumed in a relaxed state, eating slowly & chewing well. Handful of nuts can be taken as evening snack along with milk shake or fruit smoothies. Peanut butter sandwich can be a healthy breakfast option. Take banana shake or mango shake before exercise. Thank you.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Hello, fungal infections thrive in hot and humid weather. Avoid moisture in skin folds. Wear loose cotton clothes. Change clothes if they get wet. Apply kevon lotion or d-k gel twice a day on affected areas for 6 weeks. See a local dermatologist if no satisfactory response.

check your bp. if it is high consult doctor. if bp is normal then check your eye sight. if it is abnormal, use specs. some times stress causes headache, avoid stress, take normal sleep. inform if not ok. avoid pain killers.

You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water in the morning. Take sprouts, fruits, vegetables. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night. Take small and frequent meals.

Hello madam. Please get x rays of your knees. Ap view while standing on single leg. Lateral view. Skyline view for patella. If possible get scannogram of both lower limbs while standing to check limb alignment. Ap view with varus and valgus force. Review with films.

hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Please start a good exercise and do it consistently. Walking, jogging, swimming etc. Avoid refined sugars. Avoid oily and fried food. Eat on time. Do not skip meals.
