Pimples or acne is a problem of your age and sex. It's linked to your eating habits, so cut down on dairy products. Cosmetics, oil, chemical agents vil clog pores and increase acne. Picking at existing acne vil leave bad marks. Wash face with cold water and use a mild salicylic acid face wash. Drink plenty of water. Consume lots of bright colour fruits and vegetables. They provide antioxidants and phytonutrients which provide the necessary glow to the skin. Use a honey, banana and curd on your face. Apply and leave it. Wash after ten minutes without soap, you can see your face glowing.

You should see an endocrinologist for this. It's important to do complete hormonal profile and thyroid levels before prescribing medicine.

Potatoes are crammed with carbohydrates. All forms of this stuffy food have major impact on weight gain. You can grill or bake potatoes with butter. People who eat potato chips and French fries tend to gain weight faster. Make French fries using extra virgin oil, if you like them.  Moreover, you can also make a delicious potato salad. Peel and slice potato. Boil them and mix them with the high calorie ingredients like buttermilk, mayonnaise, and veggies.

Most of body weight is accumulated in parties, outings, marriages, social functions, movie snacks etc. Strictly follow a 1600 calories diet. Take 2-3 fruits daily and eat lots of salads in each meal. Drink lots of water and try to exercise for 45 mins every day. If you follow this routine, your weight will come down.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.
