Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Dear lybrate-user, the yellowish lining in your teeth is likely to calculus. Calculus is a hard substance that forms on or between the teeth due to inappropriate/incorrect cleaning. Although you are brushing regularly, but the hardened deposits can be only be removed once you get professional cleaning/scaling done from a dentist. This hard substance may also be accompanied by brownish stains, which usually get deposited due to intake of tea/coffee or due to smoking. Kindly get a thorough cleaning done.

Each body is different. You should not compare with others. Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. 1. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. 2. Take sprouts daily. 3. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.

If the milk tooth doesn't fall on it's own you will have to get it removed so that permanent tooth comes in the correct place. In the meantime give your daughter something hard to chew on so the milk tooth falls on it's own.

Breakfast is very important meal of the entire day so skipping is not good. Many researches has been done and found that breakfast eaters tend to be healthier. If you think heavy breakfast can lead to weight gain then its no. Because ot not only helps to maintain body weight but also keeps you fit and healthy in the entire day. Skipping breakfast may lead to risk of obesity. You may feel lazy tired. Skipping breakfast causes people to be more hungry and eat more at lunch/dinner which will compensate your breakfast so why to avoid. You can make your diet healthy which doeas not contain fat in breakfast. You can have fresh juice, bread slices, milk, poha, upma, fruits like papaya etc in your breakfast rather than taking butter, cheese, ghee etc which wil increase your cholestrol level. So as an advice start taking breakfast daily. If you want you can skip your dinner. or make a schedule in which you end with your dinner at 6-7 pm and so that food digest on time and you can sleep. Have breakfast rich in protein which is very good breakfast. If you do not feel hungry in morning than do not forcefully have it. Take lemon and honey in hot water daily this will increase your food digestion ability and will make you fit. Best Regards.

Hello- 10 home remedies to beat pain during your periods Suffering from cramps during those days of the month? Ditch those painkiller, try something natural instead. Why do periods hurt so much? Menstrual cramps are caused due to the shedding of the inner lining of the uterine wall. This shedding is assisted by a host of hormones, the master being ‘prostaglandins’. Where there is pain there are prostaglandins! This hormone is also prominent during delivery. It is responsible for pushing the lining of the uterus out. Apart from all the hormonal action, the poor uterus is devoid of blood, therefore the muscle spasms. In severe cases this condition is called Dysmenorrhea. Now that we know why we suffer from menstrual cramps, here are some tips to help relieve the discomfort: Keep up the exercise: It is important that you continue with gentle exercise during your periods. It helps by releasing beta-endorphins, which are internal Opioids — your own ‘human morphine’. It is natural to feel bloated before your periods, if you reduce your salt intake a few days before your periods it will help your kidneys flush out excess water. You can also try these 4 yoga poses to beat pain during periods. Remedy #1: A great pain reliever is the wild yam (Ratalu), its antispasmodic qualities help make the pain that much more bearable. Remedy #2: Raspberry leaf or jasmine flavored green tea work wonders in calming the body and mind. Remedy #3: Include a glass of milk in your breakfast. Calcium is a good cure for cramps. If you are not such a ‘milk’ person or are lactose intolerant about 600mg (2-4 tablets) of calcium chewables should do the trick. Remedy #4: Have generous helpings of papaya during and before your periods. Papaya contains ‘papain’ an enzyme that helps to regulate and helps to ease the flow during menstruation. Remedy #5: Carrots are not only good for your eyes; they also assist in regulating menstruation. A tall glass of carrot juice can go a long way in making you feel much better. Remedy #6: Aloe vera juice with honey is also well known to ease the flow and reducing the pain. Remedy#7: Avoid red meat and caffeine. They have properties that exacerbate the pain. Remedy #8: Have a hot shower. Concentrate the flow of water on your back and abdomen. A hot water bag also helps to relieve discomfort. Remedy #9: Applying lavender oil around your stomach is known to help relieving cramps in just 10 to 15 mins. Remedy #10: Just remember to be kind to yourself – relax, read a book, listen to some soft music or chat up with friends. If you feel happy and rejuvenated, your mind will help you fight physical pain.

To gain and healthy weight you need to maintain your diet and exercise to increase muscle mass. Try eating more of protein rich food like milk and milk products, eggs, meat, soya and soya products, fish, nuts etc. Exercise. Abstain from smoking and drinking alchohol. Your could be after effects of supplement, check your thyroid hormone also.

Try to introspect and find out why and how you mess up the relationships, there are possibilities that you start expecting more from others, or you becoming demanding over a periods of time, may be you feel possessive or insecure in the relationship or your just take them for granted and behave or communicate the way you want to do it without giving any value to their feeling. Hi, preventive measures for backache include: 1) maintain a healthy weight. 2) keep your sitting posture correct/straight. Do not slouch 3) avoid bending from back while lifting something from ground, instead bend at your knees. 4) hot fomentation to lower back or the painful part. 5) keep the coir side of your mattress up to give your back firm support and change the mattress if it is curved. 6) wear comfortable footwear with shock absorbing soles in shoes. In case above measures do not help, take rhus. Tox-30, 2 drops in 1 tsp water thrice a day for a week and revert back: now-a-days most backaches are due to vitamin d deficiency. Sit in sun and expose the long bones and back to sunrays. Also drink 2 glasses of milk daily.

I am 19 years old I get frequent night fall three times in a week. Is it harmful? Ok now what is actual mean of masturbation? Is this means just thinking? Ok what if I stop masturbation? My night fall can be controlled? Some Dr. says that masturbation is good for health is it true. IMPORTANT I actually get night fall at early morning. What if I wake up in early morning and do not sleep till 11 am? This can work. Or any harmful to stop night fall.

Dear lybrate-user, night falls as you have mentioned is not related with masterbation. It maybe due to sleep disorder which can be confirmed only after detailed history. Masterbation is not thinking only, it involves one s own involvement. It is not like good or bad. If done, not harmful to the body but within limits.

There are several reasons for hair fall if you have dandruf then soak two table spoon of fenugreek seeds in water over night. Grind them in the morning into a fine paste. You can add yogurt to it apply the paste over your scalp and leave it for few hours do this for twice a day.

Use a particular face wash and your face is free of all dead cells. it's not so simple. To dissolve the dead cells, the protein in the cells must be broken down. The only effective ingredients to do the job are AHAs or Alpha Hydroxy Acids. This is why many skin exfoliating products contain AHAs.


Papain, which is found in Papaya has similar properties. Papaya is a safe and natural, plant-based alternative to chemical exfoliants. To remove dead cells, gently massage papaya pulp on your face for about 5-7 minutes. Rinse your face alternatively with warm and cold water. Remember not to overdo it though! Papaya is an acidic fruit, so don’t let the mask sit on your face for too long as it might cause dryness and skin irritation.
