Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I have lot of pimples no matter what I try they just make a home in my face! My face becomes oily easily. When I ride a bike small pimples get bigger n bigger. 1. Avoid heat & dust on your face by covering your face when you go out. 2. Wash your face with oilfree face wash 2-3 times a day & with simple water when you go out. 3. Avoid humidity 4. Avoid spicy or fried foods 5. Take plenty of fruits & salads 6. Avoid face creams.

Your skin will be dry especially your legs and arms. You can have allergy. Someone in your family can have the same problem. Your palms and soles can be very sweaty. You can have keratosis pilaris. Lot of things to do. Soaps vil dry out your skin, so they r an absolute no. No vigorous rubbing of skin on face or body. Before bath, oil body with any oil be it coconut, olive. Use a soap free body wash or a dermatologically tested medical soap. After bath, pat dry within three minutes and apply moisturiser. Include dry fruits like almond, walnuts, figs, groundnuts. Have plenty of salmon, mackerel and sardine. Drink two litres of water. Have roasted flaxseeds. Avoid alcohol and aerated drinks or they vil dehydrate you more. Use loose cotton clothes. Avoid woollen clothes directly on body. Use it over cotton clothes if required.

Stop fast food / package food permanently. Medicine german lycopodium 200 4-5 drops orally single dose morn sbl ferrum phos 3x / 6 tabs 3 times a day for 10 days then report me food stop outside food/ specially oily. Dry coconut 30 gms daily 25 pcs kismis daily 5 pcs khejur 4 spoonful glucose daily 2 times. Mixed fruit juice daily evening water 3-4 ltrs a day

Exercise and Vegan diet : Increase the nutritional value
Diet and exercise make up two primary ways to build a healthy lifestyle. A typical vegan diet includes grains, vegetables, fruit, legumes (dried beans, peas and lentils), seeds and nuts.A healthy vegan diet need proper planning to get enough protein, iron, zinc, calcium, vitamins D and B12 and omega-3 fats from foods or supplements.
However, for athletes or anyone interested in being physically active on a regular basis, there may be concerns about getting adequate nutrients such as protein to fuel performance and build muscle.

Since vegetarians consume more plant foods on a regular basis, the absorption of several nutrients may be reduced

If you are a vegetarian, READ on for some advice on getting the balance right and for directions on potential vitamin and mineral deficiencies to look out.


1) Protein:
a) Protein is important for building and keeping muscles and red blood cells healthy. Sources of protein include:
b) Sources:
*soy and soy products like tofu, tempeh and fortified soy beverages
dried beans (kidney, black and white beans),
*peas (chickpeas and black-eyed peas) and lentils (red, brown and green lentils)
*grains (quinoa, brown rice, bulgur and oatmeal)
*nuts, nut butters (hazelnuts and almond butter) and seeds (sesame and sunflower)
*peanuts and peanut butter.

2) Iron

a) Iron helps carry oxygen to different parts of the body.
b) Vegans need about twice as much dietary iron as non-vegetarians because the iron from plant foods (non-heme iron) isn’t as well absorbed as the iron from animal foods (heme iron).
c) Sources:
*some nuts and seeds like cashews, almonds, pumpkin and sesame seeds
* prune juice and dried apricots
*vegetables like cooked spinach, kale and potatoes with their skins
* black strap molasses.
d) Caution :
* Iron from vegetarian sources is better absorbed when eaten with vitamin-C rich foods.
* Also remember some produce such as caffeine can inhibit iron absorption. So try and delay that after after-dinner coffee for at least 30 minutes.

3) Vitamin B2

a) It is responsible for a range of bodily functions such as maintaining healthy eyes, skin, and nervous system.
b) sources: most cereals, mushrooms, milk, pumpkin, sesame seeds, and wheat germ
c) Caution:
* It is also vital for iron absorption and the development of red blood cells and anabolic reactions in the body. .

4) Vitamin D

a) Vitamin D helps the body to absorb and use calcium and phosphorus for strong bones and teeth.
b) Sources of vitamin D include: The recommended daily amount is approximately 10 micrograms and can be found in: soya milk, butter, eggs, soya cheeses, yoghurt.
c) It is also well-known that we can absorb vitamin D from the rays of the sun. Gain sufficient ‘lux’ from natural light on a daily basis.

Calcium
5) Calcium
a) helps bones to grow and stay healthy. It also helps muscles to contract, including making the heart beat.
b) sources: protein rich soya milk, yoghurts and cheeses.
*Other good calcium sources include nuts, seeds, figs, rhubarb and a range of beans.
*soy yogurt, fortified soy beverages and other fortified non-dairy beverages like rice and almond beverage
.
6) Zinc
a) Zinc is needed for growth and development. It also helps strengthen the immune system and heal wounds.
b) sources:
*pulses, wheat germ, whole grains,fortified cereals and whole wheat bread
*some nuts like pecans and cashews and their butters like cashew butter
*peanuts and peanut butter
*pumpkin seeds and sesame seed butter (tahini).

7) Omega-3 fats
a) important for eye, nerve and brain development and are helpful in preventing heart disease.
b) sources:
*oils like canola, flaxseed, walnut and soybean
*ground flaxseed
*soybeans, tofu and walnuts.

8) Vitamin B12
a) plays a role in boosting immune function.
b) You only need to find a few micrograms on a daily basis in order to get sufficient vitamin B12.
c) Sources: soya milk, cheeses, yeast extract, vegetable stock and yoghurts.

Hi… A) apply paste of milk and fine powder of turmeric on face, two times in a day B) take 30 ml of RUBYCLIN liquid before meals C) take 1 tsf of haridra khand after meals D) take 1 tablet of gandharwa-haritaki vati at night prior to sleep Do all these things for 15 days. HI Lybrate USER. 1) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on toe…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash it with lukewarm water. Do this 2 times in a day. Do this for 15 days. It gives you good result. Thanks STAMINA.

Most man are unsatisfied with their penis size but in vast majority such anxiety is unfounded among men, there is no consistent relationship between the size of the flaccid penis and its full erect length. A penis is only said to be unusually small if it is less than 3 inches (7.6 cm) long when erect. The average penis size is about 14-16 cm (5.5-6.3 inches) when erect. The average girth for an erect penis is 12-13 cm (4.7-5.1 inches). But guys get out ruler's. Just because your member may not fall within those measurement doesn't mean you r not excellent partner.
