Sperm colour, quantity and thickness changes according to physical condition and sexual intercourse / masturbation timing and related mental and physical conditions. Therefore, don't think too much about the thickness or quantity of sperm. If you want to know the quality of sperm, get your sperm checked for that. First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- take belladonna 200, twice daily. Take eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs, thrice daily. Take alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Dear lybrate user, masturbation should not be done for more than twice in a week. Sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm. A sperm is mainly made up of protein. An increased production of sperm count needs a steady supply of protein. This supply of protein is met from the amount of protein we intake daily. Over masturbation increases the rate of production of sperm to such extent that the demand for protein cannot be fulfilled naturally & it often results in breakdown of protein from muscle tissues. If you are sure that it is a viral fever then no need to worry, drink plenty of fluids, take sufficient food (limited fats and spices), rest and medicines for fever. Virals are all self-curing and you should be fine within the next few days. However for the diagnosis of a viral fever, I would request you to do a blood test for Complete Blood Count. Is there any harm or side effects of taking BECOZYM C FORTE daily? (its a vitamin B complex forte+biotin+vitamin C tablet). If not what are the side effects and if yes what are the benefits? My doctor has prescribed this me when I had furuncle; along with some medicine (tolpa-d and cefuroxime). Vitamin B and C are water soluble vitamins and only needed amounts are retained by the body and excess is excreted in urine giving yellowish discolouration to urine. You may take these vitamins daily but anything more than daily requirement will be a waste.

Good morning, mera naam Dr Amol Bamane hai aur main Ayurveda ka founder hoon. Aj main aapko asthma ke bare mein information dene wala hoon. Uska causes, uske symptoms, aur uske kuch home remedies bhi mai dene wala hoon.

First of all, asthma kya hain, ye air intake jo hum lete hai, lungs mein humare jo trachea rehta hai, woh contract ho jata hai, aur use air aane mein, lungs mein, pareshaani ho jaati hai. To uske wajah se asthma ho jaata hai.

Toh iska symptoms hain-

  • Breathlessness
  • Pressure on chest
  • Cough

Yeh 3 symptoms hai asthma ke.

Uske causes mainly 2 types hotey hai:-

  • Allergic asthma
  • Non-allergic asthma.

Allergic asthma mein dust hai, smoke hain, drugs hai, pollution hai. Toh yeh factors uske liye causes hai.

Non-allergic asthma k causes hai, fear, anxiety, stress, excessive consumption of processed food. Toh yeh saare causes hai non- allergic asthma ke liye.

Asthma ke liye, home remedies bhi hai, jese ki:

  • Aap saucer li jiye, mix kijiye aur ek kapre mein leke aap inhale kijiye isko, toh isse bhi aapko aaram mil jayga.
  • Seeds lijiye aur usko 1 litre paani mein aap ubaliye 30 mins tak, aur liquid chhan ke lijiye aap. Uske baad us liquid mein 2 spoon aap ginger paste daaliye. Ginger paste daalne ke baad, usme aap 1 teaspoon honey daaliye. Aur yeh aap din mein 1 glass, ek baar jo yeh hai, glass mein paani, woh liquid, toh yeh aap lijiye. Yeh asthma ke liye bahuti achha hain, laabh dayak hai.
  • Aap do chamach gooseberry liiye. Usse aap karsh ki jiye ache se, usme aap 1 chamach honey daaliye aur yeh aap din mein 1 baar lijiye aur issye bhi aapko asthma se bahut hi achha result mil jayga.

Hello Ashok, I need detail history but at least take plenty of water and fibres. If bloating symptoms are not preset take milk at bed time. Do light exercises, yoga and jogging. Morning soon after you wake up, take 2 glass of Luke warm water.

It could be due to gastritis, indigestion or worm infestation. Deworming is advised. Eat fresh food and avoid processed foods, fermented foods. Eat smaller meals instead of heavy foods. Eat 3 -4servings of fruits daily. Take antacid if required. Hope this helps u.

Bakshji, first thing is she should take appropriate medicine to control her blood sugar, bp and hypothyroidism effectively. Blood sugar should be fasting closer to 100 mg, pp between 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <7. Bp <130/80 mm og hg and tsh levels should be between 3 to 4 milli units/ml/ with this should consult a competent orthopedician urgently.
