Take shool vajrini vati and chitrakadi vati 1-1 tab twice a day after lunch and dinner. Pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day with warm water. Take fresh butter milk empty stomach. Avoid spicy food. Junk food. Fermented food.

Hi lybrate-user. As you mentioned stomach pain is there from 2 months so if you take abdomino pelvic scan is better option. Hereby I am advising some medication which helps to relieve stomach pain. 1. Sukumara kashayam-2tsp with warm water before food twice a day. 2. Tab kamaduga with mouktik-1 tab thrice a day after food.

One has to induce by sleep inducing agents like make the room sound proof switched off the lights and electronic gadgets like tv, computer betc do not eat heavy dinner do not have water immediately after food at least for half to one hour have plenty of water by mouth. Try to read some book it will help go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises regularly. It will help. To get proper sleep an adult individual should have 6 to 8 hours sleep daily.

it is only psychological imagination. do not think that the depressive status is also in myself. depressive thoughts and feelings are having every one. but some may be chronic stage. some may be simple stage. some have ability to control their thoughts. all are not using medicine. based on their severity of the problem. they go to doctor. but you feel unnecessarily and wants to be injected that thoughts. but it is very harmful. we observe so many patients. if we feel like you what is our position. we just listen and leave it. we dont like to inject the thoughts into our mind. you are very sensitive. you are afraid of this status. but my advise be maintain distance from those type of thoughts persons. be spend most of the time with cheerful friends. be share and feel always confident manner. be share your all personal feelings and problems to your close friends and family members. be sociable and be happy all the time. ok all the best.

Low EF happens either due to weakness of heart muscle or due to blockages in heart vessels. If it is due to blockages depending upon some factors it can recover or not. But if it due to muscle weakness then it cannot recover. The only thing you can do is take medicines and control your water intake so that you don't have water retention. Consult a Cardiologist for proper evaluation and treatment. And please DO NOT take any Ayurvedic or Homeopathy medications because these can do a lot of harm to you as they contain heavy metals which can lead to abnormal rhythms in heart.

Hello.... For lossing weight eat healthy diet.. Prefer whole grain food like oats, barley, ragi, brown rice, whole wheat bread...... Drink lots of water......... Prefer skimmed milk and milk products because its less in fat....... If you are non veg then prefer lean meat and also avoid yellow part of egg........ Stop regular tea.. Prefer green tea.. Take it after every meal to reduce weight. Take atleast 5 cups of it daily......... Start morning walk or yoga or you can join gym....... Avoid carbohydrate in diet.... Prefer protein..... Avoid junk food and cold drinks.... Avoid sweets and bakery products..... Eat 2 apples daily.. It burns fat very fast..... Avoid mango, banana, cheeku, cheese, extra oil....... Take homoeopathic medicine Coffee crude 200 ( 3 drops only in morning time and after that take second dose after one week ).. do not take any other dose. ..... Phytolacca berry ( 10 drops three times a day in half cup of water ).. Take it one hr after meal..... Take it for one month...... update me after 15 days for follow up...... We all are well aware of an simple saying that height stops growing after 25, because it is considered that after 25 the normal production of growth hormone is stopped permanently.
But it is not very true, the growth hormone can even be stimulated after 25 yrs of age.
I would like to share some of my experience with you people here
1. Nutrition is very important - protein, calcium, mineral - everything is very essential for height growth
2. Stretch exercise should be done at least 2 times per day for at least 3 months
3. Dietary tip - the natural growth hormone produced in our body is secreted in first 3 hours of sleep
4. Proper medicine along with best diet routine can surely increase your height
We have seen some very fast height increase even with people with age group of 30 yrs

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Yes U are over weight by 20 Kg or so .You need to do lot of efforts by not starve your body but by change in life style .Dinner only by healthy nourishing soups one time in the evening instead of heavy dinners ,Plus orally some HCA preps /antioxidants /Vitamins /Minerals .ask for details.

Consume fruits, fruit juices and dry fruits in regular. Avoid spicy, fried, bakery items, cold beverages and late night working. For acidity better to have cleansing with herbal preparations to get good results for long, if interested inform.

1) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, 2) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily - 1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.

Please ensure that she doesnt stand up or sit from lying down position briskly as it would drop the blood pressure and she might get giddiness. 185 fasting is alarming. Get a good doctor. Check out treatment once again. Roasted chicken without oil, ghee or cream is permissible.

The reason of not getting healthy body or gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy
