Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration, irritability, fatigue & digestion problem. So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night. Do not think during sleep and avoid use of laptop during night. Do exercise and long walk daily. • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily.

Hi here is a very simple and the best way to keep skin n hair healthy. Just start taking" amla powder" 3-5gms daily with lukewarm water. I don't know weather you hv any other digestive or health problem. If any, it directly affects hair and skin.

How to stop snoring. And there is problem whille taking breathing from both hole of nose. Maxmium time only and only one hole works and other r stop. That means onw nose's hole works then other automaticaly stop. Please help me out. Thanks.

Hi, thanks for great observation! this is called nasal congestion, n snoring is due to loose tone of your related structure this shares that you might having more salty n sour food this habit has to be modified, spare 3-4 hrs to retiring on bed after dinner, if you've 3 of these you may have metabolic syndrome raised bp, raised cholesterol, raised sugar, waste size more than 85 cm, over weight, snoring, day laziness, joint pain, fertility/menstrual issues. To over come ayurveda management will serve best so consider to consult in person till then 3-5 tsf of agasti prash for 5-7 days empty stomach, will start boosting you.

It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. The common reasons behind hair fall are lack of essential nutrients in the body, improper and unhealthy dietary habits, hormonal imbalance, certain medications, dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, stress and tension etc. Natural oils such as coconut, olive, jojoba, almond etc. Can be used to massage the scalp for countering hair fall. Gently massage the scalp prior to head bath twice a week. Also check hemoglobin for anaemia and thyroid status with serum tsh. Have more proteins and trace minerals like copper, zinc, selenium in diet. Start taking a hair nutrition supplement. Keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. Get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. - Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. - Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. - Take one / two small packs (20gm) butter daily. - Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily - Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. - If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. - Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. - Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. - No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. - Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. - Take deworming tablets every six months. .Feel confident about yourself and be cheerful.

Baking soda serves as an agent that carries out micro dermabrasion on the skin and helps to clear the pimple marks on the face and body. Tomatoes Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A, which helps nourish the dead skin while rejuvenating it. Vitamin A helps by healing the skin and by helping facilitate quick growth of the skin while removing the scars. Using tomatoes to help heal the scars on the skin is not a lengthy process, but it is rather simple. Just take a tomato, slice it and make it into a pulp. Apply the pulp on the face and leave it on for twenty minutes’ time. Then, wash it off with some warm water. You could also mix cucumbers with it. Make a paste out of all of cucumbers and tomatoes and apply as a face mask. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with some cool water. Follow this method two days at a time every week and observe the results.

Start with physiotherapy treatment to treat your pain issue. Reduce your weight. Wear lumber spine belt. Do regular spinal exercise. Don't lift heavy things. Don't sit on floor. Apply volini cream. Take calcium and multivitamin with vitamin d 3 for 2 month. Share your mri report.

Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Your sgpt is within normal limit, but you have to take adequate precaution 1. Reduce weight if you are over weight by regular exercise, 2. Control diet by avoiding oily, fatty, cholesterol rich and high calorie diet, diary food product, fried /processed/junk food, soft drink, sugar, salt, ghee butter meat. 3. Take foods rich in omega3 fatty acid like walnut, fish oil, flax seed oil, high fiber diet, vegetables, beet/carrot and fruits 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Avoid hepato toxic drugs 4. Total abstinence from alcohol, smoking if you are having 5. Monitor your liver function test regularly and consult gastro enterologist/hepatologist for advice and treatment 6. Control diabetes/hypertension if you have 7. Take hepato protective drugs after consulting gastro enterologist/hepatologist.

Dear lybrate-user, if pregnancy test is negative. Pregnancy is less likely. Repeat test after 1 week of last test. If still negative then rest assured. But make sure you do not hav unprotected sex next time. If test comes positive visit doctor immediately because abortifacient are not prescribed online. Thankyou
