Many times due to indigestion, gas becomes painful. Very often, gas pushes uo on the chest and back to give burning (heart burns) and back pain. Try this. Chew your food properly while eating. Drink plenty of water. In few days you should get relief. This should be followed at all times. If no relief, do a sonography. The reports will help decide next step.

if you are eating a lot and you are not gaining weight it simply means that your intestine is not clean, weight has everything to do with your intestine, take a copper pot (tamba lota) fill water in it at night before sleeping and in morning drink it immediately when you wake up. Do this for 3 months and tell me the results, two things you have to take care when you drink water in Copper pot, firstly keep washing copper pot everyday and dont let the green layer come on it, secondly you have to drink water in copper pot in morning only, for entire day you have to drink in steel lota.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Dear lybrate user, in addition to consuming acv, she should follow a low calorie yet balanced diet plan and do some cardio like brisk walk etc to lose weight fast. Acv alone won't help much. Its true that it helps in increasing bmr and has numerous other health benefits too, but the result would be best if it is taken in conjugation with good diet and exercise. She can start with 1 - 2 tsp in a glass of water before meals. Or it can be sprinkled over cut fruits or salad too similar to other vinegars. Once a day.

May be it is simply a viral fever so will go with time and rest and if it does not subside then go for further investigation to know other test like blood culture etc to know cause and its treatment accordingly.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

For prevention from greying of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

Hello. Don't we all get frustrated seeing people eating so much and still not gaining while even drinking water seems to be adding in our weight? well, I understand your concern, but eating less can decrease your metabolism that makes it difficult to reduce weight. Eat healthy foods but eat in every two hours and work out, this will surely work. Take more green tea (sugar free and take it 5-6 times a day) but also work out for atleast 45 minutes daily. You will see results. If you go for medicinal ways, you might gain more as a sid effect, your skin might turn bad. Try loosing with the mentioned method and do not give up, it can take 3 months of vigorous exercise and strict diet to show results but do nit give up. Some people do not loose weight easily but take it as a challenge. Also, get a thyroid test done if you are gaining unnecessarily.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.
