I'm so depressed because of a love failure. I'm not able to forget him, even though he have done so many brutal things to me. Something is pulling me back to forget him. I lost my studies for a year because of mental depression. And I'm always thinking of ending up my life. I can't even think of a new life. I have been spending my 6 six years in my home itself. No body is worth dying for, period. Your life is too precious and if that guy had not appreciated it, you dump him. If you had broken up and you are still thinking about him, it only means that you loved this boy very much. I hope you were not the one to break up with him. If it was, then you have played a game and now you have regrets. The clock cannot be turned back again, I suppose. The trouble is that you want to attempted suicide over this love affair. This means that you might have entered into a symbiosis and him leaving has become life-threatening. That itself might be the reason for the breakup. Boys want a relationship where independence is respected and there is no clingy behavior. You have got to look into this aspect of your personality. Are you becoming too dependent on the boy and therefore demanding? This is not a welcome feature for a boy to want to maintain this relationship. You must develop yourself to become independent and responsible. Maintain respectful distance. There are three important developments in an individual that creates an autonomous personality: intimacy, awareness, and spontaneity. Of these, awareness is of great importance: it will help you know yourself internally and to also make you conscious of other people around you. This person is able to meet her needs and that of the other in a balanced manner. You must learn to do this soon. If you resolve the symbiosis, you will do really well. Meet with a counselor and describe your longings, needs and wants, openly. Take your parents along and let them describe your entire life till now and the counselor will get an understanding of your plight. Remove everything that is a reminder of this boy in the meantime and start working on your development. Life is too precious and no one is worth dying for. Demonstrate how you will look after yourself and work on doing that. Learn independence skills and do a personality development course too. By sitting at home you will brood and think of this boy more. So get out and socialize and that is how you are going to meet other boys, and make a new relationships: this time do not hurry and learn lessons from the past.

Take light meals and use best qualit for baby give her nepali harar (or pahari harar). Its big size haritaki. Rub on sila with few drops of water and let the child lick. Child may not like taste but you may mix with honey too.

. With proper diet you can easily increase your weight. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut etc. 2 start eating jaggery, khajur, etc. Above all are high energy foods. 3 milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, and curd include in your diet. If you are non-vegetarian add eggs, white meat like chicken, fish in your diet. Above all are high protein foods. 4 eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction. Follow this best Diet plan for fastly reducing your weight naturally within 4 weeks. Before you start with this diet there are a few Things you should keep in mind to achieve best Results: * Stay away from Chocolates, cold drinks and any Other fatty but delicious food items for these 7 Days. * Do not do any weight training at Gym. This is Because once you gain muscles it will add to our Body weight. If you want you can only do 30 mins Brisk walking daily. * Try to drink as much water as you can during The day. How To Stop Food Craving During Weight Loss

Know the difference between real hunger and a craving: 

When you want to solve a problem you attack its roots. As mentioned earlier, hunger is your physical need, while craving is your emotional need and will die off in 10 – 15 minutes, you should never suppress hunger. But its best to suppress your craving if you are watching your weight. It is just a matter of 10 – 15 mins, then the cravings will wash off automatically.

Know the triggers: cravings are usually triggered responses. You need to know what makes you crave for a certain thing. Knowing the triggers and avoiding them can help you achieve the health goal. Ex – if you crave for sweets post lunch / dinner meals, chew on some fennel seeds / roasted sounf or chew on a sugar free gum immediately after the meals. Strong flavors of these foods will divert your mind and you will not crave.

Distract yourself: cravings are all in the mind, and hence the key to controlling them also depends on how well you distract your mind. We know that cravings don’t last long, hence when you crave for something, engage yourself in some work or call a friend or go for a walk. Don’t get into watching television. A lot of people tend to crave for food all the more while watching television.

Brush your teeth – I suggest this to a lot of my clients. And they benefit from it. If you crave for something while you are at home, it is best to brush your teeth with a minty paste. The strong taste of the paste will help you overcome all your cravings.

Don’t starve yourself: hunger can also trigger cravings. So if you are wondering about how to stop food cravings, the key is in your hand. All you need to do is eat! studies have confirmed that people who eat small frequent meals crave less for sugary foods than those who are stuck with 3 meal pattern.

Don’t skip breakfast: it is advisable that you do not skip breakfast. Consuming high fibre food with lots of liquid for breakfast will assure an energetic day ahead with no food cravings.

Get enough sleep: in a university of chicago study, researchers found that people who slept only four hours a night for two nights had an 18 percent decrease in leptin, a hormone that tells the brain there is no need for more food, and a 28 percent increase in ghrelin, a hormone that triggers hunger. This causes an increase in appetite and a preference for calorie-dense, high carbohydrate foods like potato chips, cookies, etc. So make sure you sleep well for a minimum of 6 hours at a single strech to have a healthy functioning mind and tongue.

Eat healthy food if you have craving: if you still are struggling with craving, try to go for healthy food rather than junk food. You can grab a carrot instead of french fries, eat an apple instead of a burger and have popcorn instead of potato chips.
