Eat a variety of healthy foods from all the food groups. Eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy foods. Whole grains include whole-wheat breads, cereals, pasta, and brown rice. Choose lean meats, poultry (chicken and turkey), fish, beans, eggs, and nuts. A healthy meal plan is low in unhealthy fats, salt, and added sugar. Healthy fats include olive oil and canola oil.

I have been feeling so much of pain in my left leg and unable to walk. What should I do? Please help me.

I would like to examine the patient in detail & investigate. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid, vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried. Do hot fomentation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1 tab od x10. Make sure that the patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that patient is going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful.

Hi sir, my left knee injured in sports I do 2 time operations. Grade iv medical femoral condyle (12: 20mm) over weight bearing area. Arthroscopic lavage with debridement with chondral biopsy left knee down. But I do slowly running continue the pain. Why sir please tell me.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

Hi back pain usually occurs due to prolonged sitting in a bad posture hence the pressure on the back increases and you get back pain as your muscle don't support any undue pressure so for this now you can start with a hot packs for ten minutes twice a day and also start strengthening your core muscles.

I have severe heel pain when I walk so short distance around 1 to 2 kms and also have back pain when I stand little time. I want to know what's the problem and correct treatment for the same. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) and take it three times in a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) and take it three times in a day for a week and update with the feedback. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Hi, I am 32 years female. My back hurts. It's not the muscle but the bone I feel. Lower end. I went low in vitamin D few months back. Entire body ached at that time. After medication body pain vanished but back pain started. I did health check up recently. Everything is normal in blood tests. There is no deficiency. I have been hitting gym since 3 years now. Dear low back pain k liyyy you can do it perfectly…. 1, Lying on your stomach, prop yourself up on your forearms. Align your elbows directly under your shoulders. Press firmly through your palms and the tops of your feet. Press your pubic bone forward. You will feel sensations in your lower back, but breathe through it. You are allowing blood flow int From all-fours, bring your right knee behind your right wrist with your lower leg at a diagonal toward your left hip. Square off your hips toward the ground. Bend forward. Widen the elbows and place one hand on top of the other as a pillow for your forehead. Hold 2-3 minutes and then switch to the left side for 2-3 minutes. O the lower back for healing. Hold for 1-3 minutes. 2…. Lying on your back, bend both knees with the feet flat on the ground. Bend the right knee like a figure four, with the outer left ankle to the right thigh. Lift the left foot into the air, bringing the left calf parallel to the ground. Thread your right hand between the opening of the legs and interlace your hands behind your left thigh. Hold 2-3 minutes and then repeat on the other side 3…Scoot your buttocks all the way into the wall and swing your feet up the wall. This pose is excellent for relaxing the muscles of the lower back and drains stagnant fluid from the feet and ankles. Do this pose after a challenging workout and always after traveling by plane. Hold for 5-10 minutes. I hope you will fit ands fine……
