You should have massage and hot water fermentation of your back pain area. And for gastric problem take tricks powder thrice a week at bed time with milk.

My nephew age is 10 Yrs. His elbow got fractured and even after 4 months hand is not fully able to move. While consulted another doctor, he told bone has increased and disabled. Doctor is saying operation is required and even after operation it cnt assure full recovery.

As his age is only 10 years and hence his bones will grow naturally till 18 years of age and we have to see and decide benefits outweighing the risks and hence guarantee can't be given with any surgery but we can follow a basic protocol for surgery and if we can prevent a deformity and make it functional than surgery can be considered.

Hello, 1. You can take tablet paracetamol 500 mg one tablet stat after food 2. You can do hot fomentation twice a day for 3 days I am giving to some common reasons for leg pain 1. Generalized weakness 2. Anaemia 3. Physical exertion and any trauma 4. Lack of protein in diet 5. Any infection present on leg or foot 6. Muscle weakness 7. Abrupt start/ stop of physical exercise 8. Vit d and calcium deficiency.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Proper examination is required to know the reason for it, but at this age it could be due to bad posture or mechanical backache, you should start with back exercises under the guidance by a physiotherapist.

Physiotherapy and chiro give a kind of massage, exercises etc. That's good. Experience will tell how much benefit you got. However pl take decoction of dashmoola twice a day with Erand sneh20 ml put in it at night for two weeks.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Hi , looks like you might have sprained your ankle, it's already three days so better get it checked, if it started after any injury than you might need a xray to rule out hairline fracture. Time being for swelling, you can apply cold pack around the area of swelling for 15- 20 mins, 2-3 times. If you walking comfortably, you can apply crepe bandage or use ankle support. Wear comfortable sports shoe or sandal.

Hello, back pain occur due to many reason: 1: muscle spasm 2: disc problem 3: stiff back 4: postural fault 5: traumatic history so it will be better if you send me your detail such as your symptoms either it is localised or radiate till your leg. Back strengthening exercise plays important role in releiving pain. Core muscle strengthening plays important role in releiving pain.

1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Life-style correction 1) correct your sitting posture. 2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily. 4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

dear siddesh, it is commom to have knee pain in youngsters. do not worry about it. make a roll of a towel put it under you knee and press it 10 times twice day. apply diclofenac ointment with warm water. which helps in reducing pain
