1. Drink plenty of water with ors, 2. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required up to a maximum of three tablets a day after food for headache 3. Take one tablet of norflox tz twice daily 4. Have bland diet like rice/khichdy with curd/butter milk, avoid oily/spicy/fried food.

Don't worry. Periods will come. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid non veg and eggs. Do meditation for mental strength. Follow this and give feedback.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hi, you are having digestion problem, take a gastroenterology opinion. Take tab neksium 40 mg one tab once a day before breakfst stop taking oily, fatty, spicy foods. Stop alcohol n smoking if you r taking. Take fruits, green vegetables, plenty of fluids. Take small meal at night.

Dear user. 3 mm stone will pass out on its own. You don't require any medicine for that. And no need to change your diet. Keep taking good amount of fluids.

To increase weight Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. I am 27 male I am facing sexual problem from 6 years libido or ed I get erection in night many times in a month during sleep I am unmarried I get my penis tight when I masturbate but suddenly fell my penis is getting soft after 2-3 minute one more thing I notice my penis get erection when I am laying or sitting if I stand it will loose erection I met a doctor last year he get some blood test which were normal 1. Urine culture normal 2. Total tsh serum 1.044 range 0.35-4.94uiu/ml 3. Testosterone total serum 566. 82ng/dl range 241-827ng/dl 4. Hydroxyvitamin d it was very low only 3.90ng/ml range 30-100ng/ml I am taking d3 syrup 60000iu weekly and now it is almost 23ng/ml but not too much improvement in my sexual conditions so I do not know what to do my marriage is next year. I feel tension stress and fog on my mind.Please tell.

Thanks for giving a very nice and detailed history. It helps us in advising you the correct treatment. As investigation suggest there is no hormone deficit in your body. You need to understand that male sexuality has three parts. First is desire, then errection which is caused by increased blood flow in your penis. After that if stimulated discharge happens. At night when you are relaxed during sleep, your blood vessels also relax and that causes more blood to flow to pebis. So what you are experiencing at night is absolutely normal.After errection, when discharge happens, blood will go away from penis and it will become soft, till you get another stimulation. The same reason explains why you get errection in one position. To summerise it is absolutely normal to have occasional errection and softening depending on relaxation of blood vessels. The most important thing is to stay relaxed as that can give you sustained errection.

How to Deal with Runner's Knee

Runner's knee is a painful condition that is usually encountered by athletes who indulge in varied exercises like running, jumping, walking, biking and more, on a regular or professional basis. The kneecap is a region that gets affected with aches and pain when a person is suffering from Runner's knee. This condition can occur due to a fall or constant bending of the knee, which can lead to misalignment of the knee joints and knee cap. Also, weak muscles and lack of balance during physical activities can add to the risk of contracting this condition.

Here's how you can deal with it.

- Give it Rest: Literally! Suffering from Runner's knee could also mean that your body is trying to ask you to slow down. Wear and tear from excessive levels of physical activity can lead to Runner's knee, and in such cases, the best way to come back to peak physical form is to take some rest so that the knee is free of activity and consequent pain until it is ready to take on exercise again.

- The Only Way is 'Up': When you are suffering from pain in the region behind and around the knee cap due to Runner's knee, the best way to alleviate the pain is to place your knee in an elevated position. Get yourself some comfortable cushions and pile a few of them up before placing your knee on top. This position will give support even as blood circulation increases and inflammation, if any, decreases.

- Anti-inflammation Medication: See your doctor for chronic Runner's knee and find out if you are suffering from inflammation which may require the help of medication. This medication can bring down and gradually eliminate the inflammation or swelling, to give you relief from the pain. Remember to check for side effects before you take these medicines, though.

- Strengthening Exercises: A sure shot way of dealing with chronic pain is to do some muscle strengthening exercises as prescribed by your orthopaedic specialist or a physiotherapist. Doing these exercises will give your muscles the strength to support your knees in a better way while you indulge in athletic activities. Remember to substantiate these exercises with a calcium and protein rich diet as well.

- Cold Compress: In case you have had a fall or suffered an injury which has led to Runner's knee, you can make use of a cold compress or an ice pack to relieve the pain for some time. Ice is a well-known treatment for acute and sudden pain.

Runner's knee is a condition that needs care, rest, and medication if it is persistent. If these methods do not help, you should see a doctor for scans and tests.

Stress is very common now a day's and it is affecting all age groups - Be it school going children, young adults or working professionals.  No one is immune to stress in the present fast and competitive world.

So, what is stress? Stress is the body's response to any kind of physical or emotional demand or threat. Body releases certain stress hormones under these pressure conditions. On long term basis , stress can lead to many chronic conditions affecting the heart and can cause mental disorders like depression, sleep disorders or affect the social well being also.

Women and Stress:

Women deal with stress differently than men. Women  are generally soft, caring and gentle. They have to manage their personal and professional life and generally get less support at both fronts.They generally spend their life taking care of others and give least attention to their own needs( emotional and physical). As women progress through different life stages her emotional balance also changes affecting her emotionally making her vulnerable to stress and depression.

Ways to handle Stress:

  • Relax - don't take each and every situation seriously , take a deep breath, not all emergencies are a do or die situation.

  • Learn  yoga, meditation or other relaxing techniques. Go for a massage , listen to music or talk to a good friend.

  • Make time for yourself - love yourself and take care or yourself and then you can love and care for others as well. Take out time to do things which you like.

  • Sleeping is a great way to help both your body and mind. Try to get atleast 8 hours of sleep.

  • Get a hobby and immerse yourself in doing something creative and constructive.

  • Do regular exercise- it is the best way to bust stress in a healthy way.

  • Make new friends or travel to new places. Explore the unknown and spend time with people.

  • Focus on one thing at a time.

How to manage stress:

Don't let stress make you sick . Often people are not aware of the stress levels and how they are affecting them. One should pay attention to themselves  and focus on their emotional and physical needs. Take a break, go on holiday, eat what you like, go out with friends and relax. Live life, love yourself, listen to your body.

Side effects of Stress on Women:

  • Menstrual problems: Stress can cause delay in periods or sometimes short cycles.

  • Infertility : Stress can affect the hormonal levels leading to an ovulation and infertility.

  • Hair loss : Many women complain if losing hair and biting their nails in stress.

  • Eating disorders : Either women end up binging on healthy food items or completely refuse to eat anything. In stress the best is to out ant divert your attention to something constructive.

  • Skin ailments: Stress can lead to pimples, break outs and even itching and rashes.

  • Sleep disorders: Trouble  in falling asleep is common in women under stress.

  • Heart disease: High blood pressure., stroke and heart attack are common ailments caused due to stress. This is because women take stress to heart and are more susceptible to go through heart disease due to stressful situations.

  • Depression : Women can go into a shell and suffer from acute depression. If you are getting self loathing or helpless thoughts, reach out to your loved ones and talk. If talking and reaching out also doesn't resolve the situation, consult a specialist. Medical expertise can ensure that stress doesn't affect your health.

  • Weight gain : Women stop going out, start eating unhealthily and restrict their interaction with people in depression and stress. The result is that they start to gain weight. It is best that you keep a check on the scales and opt for a strict diet.
