If you are taking medicine only for few days than Dr. Change is not solution. Sometimes it happens that after medication it increases but after sometimes it reduces. So take proper medication for sometimes than see results.

Homoeopathy has good treatment for your skin problem without adverse effects. The medicine tackles the root of the problem, acts internally and gradually expels the toxins from the body. It heals from inside out unlike superficial treatment of an ointment.

Premature Aging - How To Deal With It?

MBBS, Diploma In Dermatology And Venerology And Leprosy (DDVL), Fellowship in medical cosmetology

Premature Aging - How To Deal With It?

Skin aging is a gradual process, but multiple factors, including stress and less sleep, expedite the aging process. Skin aging manifests itself in the form of wrinkles, sagging, discoloration and other visible effects. Such changes become more apparent as soon as one reaches late thirties or early forties, but early onsets are now very common too, which can be caused by a number of factors.

There are many ways by which skin aging can be prevented. Let us have a look at the following:

  1. Eat healthy: Having a nutritious balanced diet can make a tremendous positive impact on your skin. Consumption of food items that are rich in vitamins, minerals and other nutrients is essential. It is also important to drink lots of water and fluids to stay hydrated. Junk food and sugary drinks should be avoided as it negatively affects skin health.
  2. Avoid sun exposure: This is the most basic way of reducing the rate of skin aging and slowing down the process. While going out in the day cannot always be avoided, it is important to keep the skin covered with clothing, hats and sunglasses.
  3. Always wear sunscreen: This provides protection from the harmful rays of the sun (known as UVA and UVB). Making a habit of constantly applying sunscreen on all exposed parts of skin plays an important role in preventing skin aging. It is also necessary to use the right products, which should have an SPF rating or 30 or more.
  4. Exercise regularly: Keeping fit through regular workouts and exercise improves the circulation of blood in the body and consequently, the supply of blood and oxygen to the skin. This keeps the skin healthy and young and prevents early onset of wrinkling and aging.

There are several other ways of preventing skin aging such as avoid smoking, avoid the use of too many products and cosmetics, getting enough sleep, and always keeping skin cleansed and moisturized. Following these simple ways can effectively make your skin look younger and slow down the aging process. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dermatologist.

Hi. Certain vitamins have very important role in blood formation, clotting cuts and healing. Deficiency of some vitamins can lead to these bruise marks. Vit b12, vit C, vitK are few vitamins that are related to blood formation. Start Taking vitamin rich diet and multivitamins tablets. At this of your age this is most probable cause. Otherwise it can be dur to thrombocytopenia that is low platelet count and many other diseases.

Sir/Mam I am having a little ball like something in my left breast, when I press it I feel pain, I noticed it almost 2 years ago, I have not consulted any Dr. Yet, I want to know that, is it a serious matter or will it be fine itself?

DM - Oncology, MBBS, MD - Medicine
Oncologist, Mumbai
I don't know how old you are, certainly serious problem for elderly, may not be problem for younger. But can't be said anything without seeing it. My opinion would be to consult good surgeon, do mammogram, and biopsy whenever if on mammogram it is above BIRADS CAT 4.
