It looks like acidity, pain got alright after water, drink some warm liquids more frequently. If pain does not stop, do write again, you will be suggested basic tests for heart.

Drink 3-4 litres of water daily, it will help in long run. If required take tab meftal spas after eating something and 1 tab pan 40 empty stomach daily for 15 days. You are welocme for further queries. If needed get ultrasound of whole abdomen done and come back with report. Thank you

Kindly show me a photograph & digital X RAYS of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

10 Tips to Sleep Better

10 tips for how to sleep better:

  1. Rest in cozy comfort: quality mattress, soft blankets and cool temperature will reduce annoying distractions (too hot! achy back!) and help you relax.
  2. Turn on some soothing sounds: use a sound machine or a fan to drown out what may be preventing you from falling asleep within 15 minutes of laying down.
  3. Complete darkness: If your room isn’t completely dark, consider a sleep mask—this will also increase your natural production of melatonin, which is not only a great sleep inducer but a great cancer fighter as well (study).
  4. Snooze-inducing smells: wearing lavender lotion or using a diffuser with lavender essential oil may help you hit deep sleep sooner. Plus, who doesn’t love the smell of lavender? ahhh…
  5. Turn off tech and meditate: Turn off tech at least 1 hour before going to bed. Then, keep lights dim and read or meditate to let your body naturally make some sleepy melatonin (the hormone that is produced as it gets dark out, and regulates sleep and wake cycles).
  6. Skip or reduce caffeine: Caffeine not only prevents many folks from falling asleep at night initially, but it can also decrease the amount of restful sleep that happens at night (study). If you’re having trouble sleeping at night, try decaf, herbal tea or keep it to one cup very early in the morning.
  7. Go easy on the alcohol: Alcohol feels like a sedative at first because it slows down motor and brain function, leaving us feeling relaxed and worry-free. But, as it’s metabolized, acetaldehyde is produced, which acts like a stimulant in our bodies. This is what wakes us up in the wee hours of the morning unable to get the rest we need. So for a good night’s sleep, peel back on the alcohol and drink it earlier and with food (or not at all).
  8. No nicotine: Nicotine is similar to caffeine in that it’s a stimulant and may cause insomnia. And even once you fall asleep, you’ll have decreased slow wave sleep, which means it’s less restorative (study). Tough love: stop smoking. 
  9. Exercise: Try to fit in 20-30 min of moderate exercise daily, but make sure to do it several hours before bed. Ideally, 20-30 minutes of cardio in the morning with some restorative yoga in the afternoon.
  10. Clear your mind: If you’re tossing and turning after switching the lights off, you may need to hit the reset button on your mind. Here are a few things to try. Before going to bed, journal—jot it all down. You could also try a guided meditation. If you can’t fall asleep after lying in bed for 15 minutes, get up and do something relaxing for 15-30 minutes before returning to bed. Don’t give up. You’ll find a strategy that works for you.

1. Drink plenty of water and other fluids 2. High fibre diet (green leafy vegetables) 3. Sitz bath - take a tub of warm water, add two spoons of salt and sit in that water in such a way that the anal area gets submerged. Do this at least twice daily.

What is "furious form" of rabies in animals?

The excitative phase follows the prodromal phase in some animals. The animal becomes irrational and may aggressively use its teeth, claws, horns, or hooves. The expression is one of anxiety with dilated pupils. Noise invites attack. The rabid animal roams extensively and attacks other animals, including humans and any moving object. Cats usually manifest furious type of rabies.

There is no symptom before heart attack. And to prevent it you should work from 30 years of age. Regular check your sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol,weight and consult a physician every 1 years and get your routine health check up done.

You go to ultrasound abdomen for kub ,blood urea and creatinine tests and urine complete test. Then tell me report. For pain take tab. Spasmolin 1 sos.

Hi, looking at the details mentioned her sugar levels look good. In fact fasting should come down to about 100 mg. Walking 500 mts is as good as doing nothing. She is already over weight with a bmi of 25.44 kg / m2 (normal <23 kg/m2). Her ideal body weight should be 45 kgs. So weight reduction is a necessity. Anginal pain usually comes on exertion. If you have any doubt get an ecg done to see if there is any problem or a stress test (tmt). But as regards diabetes control she needs to increase her walking to at least 45 minutes plus.

White discharge may be normal sometimes. But we have to exclude abnormal things like infection and precancerous lesions by check up. Please go for a gynaecological check up and colposcopy.

Hello sir, we are a newly married couple and we are trying to conceive a baby. Iam 24 years old and during inter course we achieve full penetration and ejaculation but when I take out my genitals out, some of the semen comes out. Does this mean that semen has not gone inside properly?

Full penetration and ejaculation definitely semen would have gone inside. You do active sex between 11th to 16th day of periods with full penetration and ejaculation definitely by next year, this time you will have a baby in hand.
