Hi acne is a very common problem now a days. It is usually due irregular unhealthy life style, poor sleeping habits, stress, excessive use of cosmetics etc. Acne scar usually results bocz of continuous touching, squeezing the acne. To get rid of oily skin wash your face 2-3 times throughout the day. You can use a good scrub atleast once in 15 days. Stop touching, squeezing the acne as it will reduce the scar and prevent it frm spreading. Start consuming diet rich in proteins like sprouts, green leafy vegetables, fish, and seasonal fruits. Consumption of green tea is also a gud option as it is full of antioxidants. Food rich in antioxidants and omega3 is also a good option. You can even apply a mixture of 2-3 pinch of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey. Apply evenly over the face leave it for 10 mins and wash it with luke warm water. This will help to reduce acne and will control the oil.

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

De pigmentation is not a 10 day short treatment. It might take one month to show some result. For faste result, clinical treatments should be done.

Hi Krishna, initially you have to be on diet rich in flavanoids, calcium, soya so that it will help. Even if symptoms are persistent then need to put on medication. Hormonal therapy have many side effect so decision has to be taken on risk benefits ratio.

Dear, these are some reasons for dark circles: * lack of sleep * stress * lack of nutrition * anaemia follow these instructions and methods to reduce dark circles: * eat green leafy vegetables and a bowl of cereal daily. Drink a glass of milk daily in night. Do not skip food eat on time. You can drink carrot juice daily or eat raw carrots. * take proper sleep 6 to 8 hrs daily. * drink 6 to 7 glass of water daily. * apply moisturizer around the eyes do massage slowly for 3 to 5 minutes daily. * do long breathing pranayams daily for 5 to 10 minutes. * apply piece of cucumber on eyes it has bleaching property for reduce dark circles.

Hi lybrate-user if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Hello , you need to have small - 5-6 frequent meals in a day, have soaked methi dana in every morning and have drink green tea twice or thrice in a day and whole grains cereals or flour chapati. Pulses, fruits, vegetables, egg white, fish, nuts, skimmed milk and avoid all sugary foods, junks, refined and processed foods. Keep in mind the portion sizes of foods which you take. To increase the strength of urinary muscles, try this exercise. Put a pillow between her knees & ask her to press it & count till 10. Then release the pillow. Do this exercise as often as she can.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you wherever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifoium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.
