First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

I will suggest you to not concentrate on your penis size and even small penis will give satisfaction to your partner but just increase your self confidence and take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

Always Stressed? 8 Ayurvedic Remedies To Try

Stress, the new buzzword, has become an inevitable part of our lives. Take any of today’s diseases, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, cancer, sleep disorders, indigestion, infertility, depression, memory loss, migraines, etc. All of them have a common contributing factor stress.

Ayurveda believes that health is the result of balance maintained between the three elements or doshas, vata, pitta, and kapha. An imbalance between these 3 components is the main cause of ill health. Different diseases have one of these as predominant factor. Stress disrupts the balance and so contributes to various diseases. Managing stress is one of the keys to maintaining good health and thereby avoiding a lot of lifestyle related disorders.

Read on to know and understand some of the simple but effective ways of maintaining stress.

  1. Yoga Asanas: While yoga, in general, is believed to calm the mind and reduce stress, shava asana (corpse pose) sarvanga asana (Shoulder stand), hala asana (plough pose), simha asana (lion pose) and shalabhasana (locust pose) are greatly beneficial in reducing stress.
  2. Take a break: A break to break away from the mundane routine helps. Try doing nothing for a short while and see how this practice calms the nervous system and provides a clear state of mind.
  3. Mind your mind: Stress is often caused by fear of what might happen. Changing attitude to a positive one can go a long way in reducing overall stress.
  4. Analyse your stressors: If you can change it, go ahead and change it. If you cannot, change the way you react to it or simply ignore it. It is definitely not possible to have control over all things in life. Learning this helps greatly in managing stress.
  5. Meditation: Using Om, take deep breaths and focus on air moving through the lungs and the body. This can be done anywhere and leaves you with a calm mind and body. Pranayama also increases the flow of oxygen to all parts of the body and relaxes you completely.
  6. Hand it down: The ends of the finger have pressure points which act as energy channels for the body. The padding at the end of the thumb and the middle portion of the index finger are linked to the brain and can be stimulated to manage stress. Most yoga asanas use this hand posture.
  7. Warm baths: Add some ginger juice and baking soda to the bucket of hot water. This improves circulation and helps you in feeling light, with elevated mood.
  8. Herbal teas: These are, simply put, magical. Substances like chamomile, tulsi, jasmine, Brahms, cardamom, etc. provide a soothing effect on the mind and body. The aroma and taste of these leave you feeling elated, with the stress disappearing with their vapours. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Finally I have stopped chewing tobacco. From 2 days with my strong will power. Im not even using nicotine gums. How to know that I have left chewing tobacco for life time. And what should I to after these. I took yesterday morning 8pills tabacum 200. Please give suggestions. Presently okay but at some how some friends gonna meet if they chew tobacco how to stop tempting from that one.

You are controlling your attitude. But it is very difficult to you control long time. In this time expert advise and therapy by the expert is needed to you very much. It is better to avoid friend circle those who have smoke tendencies. Develop busy schedule on that time. Divert the thoughts towards other aspects. Eat some of the small tiffins on that time. Talk with friends in cell. Spend most of the time with your family members. Make a good career plan. Do hard work for your career aspects. Do not waste time to think unnecessary aspects. Attend yoga and meditation classes. Attend personality development classes. If not possible yourself. Better to take the help of psychologist. Psychological counselling is always best. It has no side effects. It improves your life style modification. Ok all the best.

Obisity &oa could cause pain knee. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Rule out diabetes, vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises. Gradually develop your walking stamina. It may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
