Keep yourself well hydrated if you work at night, take 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep during day get your blood pressure and eye sight checked.

I am 52 years old. I got one ligament damaged in both legs knee. My left shortened by 3/4" due to gun shot injury. Presently I am feeling my shoulders and neck being jaam gradually. Perhaps this is symptums of survical spondolitis. I am suffering from osteo arthiritis. Since my child hood I am facing constipation and gastro problems. I am doing some physical activity to keep myself fit in my agricultural fields. More over I use to play volly ball regularly. I reduced my weight from 90 to 74 kg. My height is 5'8" (170 cm). Hello, I understand your concern. Neck stiffness, shoulder stiffness, neck pain these are all due to cervical spondylosis. This is a age related disorder common in old age. For this problem I suggest you to consult a physiotherapist who will teach you some exercises which will help you to reduce the stiffness of neck and shoulder. Additionally, you can take tab. Zerodol-mr 1 tab whenever needed. Osteoarthritis is again a different problem to deal with. As it is a degenerative diaease of joint it is difficult to treat with medication. I really appreciate what you are doing, i. E, weight loss, playing volleyball, working field. All these help you to reduce pain. Additionally, you can try some stretching exercise of joints. Ex. Yoga. Tha tablet which I have mentioned above will also help you to reduce the pain from osteoarthritis. Constipation and gastric problem: try to increase fibre content in your food. Add green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Drink luke warm water as soon as you get up. This will stimulate the gut. Try to develop a habit og going to toilet at the same time daily. This will help your body to get adjust to that time. For gastric problem, you might be already taking some medication. Additionally, avoid tea coffee, spicy food. Take care. Don't go for such a long walk in the night. You can go for a long walk in the evening/morning You can go for a small walk after dinner. Follow the advice given below for sound sleep. 1. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time .8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Control oily scalp and dandruff with - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Examples of heart-related causes of chest pain include: Heart attack. A heart attack is a result of a blood clot that's blocking blood flow to your heart muscle. Angina. Thick plaques can gradually build up on the inner walls of the arteries that carry blood to your heart. These plaques narrow the arteries and restrict the heart's blood supply, particularly during exertion. Aortic dissection. This life-threatening condition involves the main artery leading from your heart — your aorta. If the inner layers of this blood vessel separate, blood will be forced between the layers and can cause the aorta to rupture. Pericarditis. This condition, an inflammation of the sac surrounding your heart, usually causes sharp pain that gets worse when you breathe in or when you lay down. Digestive causes Chest pain can be caused by disorders of the digestive system, including: Heartburn. This painful, burning sensation behind your breastbone occurs when stomach acid washes up from your stomach into the esophagus — the tube that connects your throat to your stomach. Swallowing disorders. Disorders of the esophagus can make swallowing difficult and even painful. Gallbladder or pancreas problems. Take fiber containing diet, like cereals, whole grain bread, brown rice, pasta, broccoli, cabbage, plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. 5. What is the best time to sleep?

This is one of those questions which bother many and sundry. Considering the different sleep schedules which different people might develop as a result of their work or other reasons, the correct answer is roughly around 10 p.m. It is good to follow a proper sleeping schedule so that you go to bed and wake up at the same time almost every single day. The body's internal clock or the circadian rhythm is linked to the cycle of the sun. Technically, it is better to wake up with the sun as it has a number of benefits for the human body.

The quality of sleep is known to be influenced by how late you retire for the night. The quality of REM (rapid eye movement) sleep tends to decrease if you go to sleep late. There is another type of sleep which is known as non REM sleep; this is a deeper state of sleep. The non REM sleep helps in revitalizing the body and leaves you energized once you wake up. Sleeping late at night is linked to higher levels of REM sleep, which might not be very beneficial for your physical or mental health.

If you go to bed late at night, you will experience more of the lighter REM sleep. This may lead to fatigue and restlessness the following day. It is also been shown that going to bed late and sleeping less than the usual eight hours is linked with problems in blood sugar levels and decline in cognitive function. It also raises your risks of high blood pressure.

Exposure to radiation from your cellphones or the glare from your computer screen before going to sleep may also affect the quantity and quality of your sleep. Make sure you eat a light dinner consisting of salads. Eating a heavy dinner before going to bed may cause digestive problems, thus impairing your sleep. Also make sure to exercise on a regular basis as it releases various hormones in the body that help in improving your overall wellbeing.

You need to have better control. Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For sugar control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner.
